Chapter 137 This thing is called a gun.

Cindy's body was suspended in mid-air, his thick neck tightly gripped, like a helpless hare caught by a hunter.

His face turned an intensely reddish-purple, and even his eyes became somewhat unfocused.

Suddenly, Victor abruptly released his grip.

Cindy, now free of her restraints, knelt helplessly on the ground, breathing heavily.

He kept filling his somewhat tense lungs with air.

It took him a while to come to his senses. He raised his somewhat blurry eyes and looked in horror at the indistinct figure in front of him.

"Who...who are you?"

Viktor looked down at the man kneeling on the ground, expressionless.

It sounded like a disdainful sneer in his ear.

"Why does everyone have to ask me who I am?"

Cindy blinked rapidly until she could see the person in front of her clearly.

His mind went blank for a moment, as if he had seen something extremely terrifying, and his eyes widened instantly.

Fear, like a vast ocean, gradually filled his eyes.

“Victor…”

Cindy shook her head violently, muttering in a trembling voice:

"Impossible, impossible..."

He simply couldn't believe it.

Viktor is a mage, how could he possibly be stronger than a fourth-tier warrior like himself?

That's absolutely impossible!

He quickly began to grope his way across the dark ground, trying to find his weapon.

However, Cindy didn't even see a glimpse of the giant sword.

An ominous premonition came from above his head, and he suddenly looked up.

His magnificent greatsword was held in the hand of a giant lava hand that emitted a faint, fiery glow.

"What's this?"

His eyes glazed over, and he sat on the ground, involuntarily backing away.

An extreme sense of fear filled my mind.

The fear in his eyes did not diminish in the slightest, but he felt even more pressure surging towards him.

At that moment, the thought of escaping arose in his mind.

Run away now, run away immediately!

But just then, a cold voice rang out in his ear.

"Oh, you want this?"

Like a ray of light suddenly seen in the darkness, it was as if hope had returned.

The enormous lava hand tossed the greatsword down at Cindy's feet.

The giant sword was slammed to the ground, its immense weight creating a deep crater.

Cindy saw the giant sword fall to the ground and quickly grabbed it in her hand, only then feeling completely at ease.

A soldier who loses his weapon is no different from one who has lost both arms.

With the weapon back in his hand, he felt that Victor in front of him wasn't so terrifying after all.

Even the fear that flickered in his eyes faded a little.

He stood up unsteadily, his face flushed, his blood rushing to his brain, and his breath rising again.

Viktor just now only managed to launch a successful sneak attack on him.

He's a powerful fourth-tier warrior!

In melee combat, how could I possibly lose to a mage?

This is utter nonsense.

Cindy seems to have taken the previous actions as a misperception.

Cindy clenched her fists and clenched her teeth, making a cracking sound.

He wanted to make Viktor understand that a mage who was approached by a fourth-tier warrior was nothing more than fish on a chopping board.

There is no chance of winning.

A confident and arrogant smile spread across his face as he looked at Viktor with disdain, his head held high.

"I'll let you know that if you give me the sword, you'll..."

Before he could finish speaking, Viktor had already vanished.

Cindy's pupils suddenly contracted, and upon closer inspection, he saw that the knee had already appeared in front of his chest, seemingly completely blocking his view.

"So fast..."

Before he could finish speaking, a powerful gust of wind slammed into his chest.

Cindy suddenly felt a sharp pain, and her body bent over from the force, saliva flying out uncontrollably.

His flushed face seemed to turn even redder, and his eyes bulged as if they were about to fly out of his head.

"You talk too much."

A cold voice rang in her ears, and in Cindy's bewildered gaze, she could only see Victor lift one leg.

A swift and violent kick slammed into Cindy's head.

Immense pressure suddenly pounded into Cindy's head.

He felt his vision go white, and a wave of intense dizziness and confusion filled his mind. In an instant, fear regained its psychological advantage.

The greatsword slowly slipped from his hand.

Under the immense impact, Cindy's body was manipulated like a sheet of paper, slamming violently against the ground.

Throughout the entire ordeal, Victor didn't even extend his hands.

The giant lava hand reached out from behind and grabbed Cindy's greatsword again.

He looked coldly at Cindy lying on the ground, his voice filled with disdain.

"Ha, that's it?"

That extremely sarcastic tone left Cindy completely bewildered at that moment.

If previously it could be explained as being ambushed.

But how do we explain this now?

He lay quietly on the ground, feeling his whole body wracked with pain, and barely managed to lift his head.

Before he could even see Viktor, the greatsword was thrown in front of him and lay quietly on the ground.
