"His wife was humiliated in front of him, but he could only feel powerless and angry."
"The arrogance and disdain people show when facing mediocre people."
"That's why the devil can use these emotions to perfectly understand what a person really needs."
Every word the Second Prince uttered seemed to flash before Kefla's eyes.
A gambler, his wife and children torn apart, his family ruined and his life destroyed, stands in the darkness, unable to find his way forward, filled with grief and regret.
When an unfortunate person has their home broken into by robbers, and witnesses their wife being violated and their children being killed, they can only feel powerless anger.
Standing beneath the magnificent tower, watching the ordinary people coming and going, one develops an arrogant arrogance.
These images seemed to transform into countless threads, seeping into Kefla's mind.
The more she listened, the more upset she became. She could only look at the Second Prince with a cold gaze to change the subject she didn't want to discuss.
"What does this have to do with what you're saying?"
The second prince smiled slightly and got to the point.
"And the seven purest demons, born from these emotions, are what I called the primordial demons."
"They will constantly devour these human emotions to fuel their own continuous growth."
"As long as the emotions continue, they will become stronger and stronger."
Kefla listened to his story, feeling utterly bewildered.
Then, the second prince continued:
Have you ever wondered why Viktor became so strong?
"You mean, Victor has connections with the Primal Demon?"
Kefra suddenly asked a question, but the second prince simply shrugged.
“That’s what you think, Miss Kevlar.”
"Of course, I am indeed guiding you to think that way."
Kefla squinted, her tone carrying a hint of danger.
"so what?"
"What good does it do you to target Viktor like this?"
"There's no benefit to it."
At this point, the second prince stopped smiling, and his expression returned to calm.
“The Clevner family is currently at the height of its power, and everyone wants to befriend them.”
"Everyone wants to know Victor."
If one side could gain Victor's support, or rather, the support of the Clevina family.
Then, the throne would be within easy reach.
But the Emperor would not allow Victor to support either of his two sons, so he made Victor Aurelion's tutor.
The second prince lowered his brows, a sly glint in his eyes, and continued speaking:
"Although our reasons are different, we share the same goal."
"You and I both want to find that demon."
"Then why not give it a try?"
His voice, seemingly with a hint of seduction, whispered softly in Kefla's ear.
"Or is the other party Viktor?"
"You can't bring yourself to do it?"
Kefra snorted coldly and glanced at the Second Prince with indifferent eyes.
"You don't need to provoke me. I hate demons, these filthy creatures, more than anyone else."
"but--"
Swish! Swish!
Two silver-white daggers pierced the air and embedded themselves beside the Second Prince's bed.
The second prince, lying on the hospital bed, felt the sharp wind blowing towards him, but did not move at all.
A red flame ignited in the lower eyelid of Kefla.
One of its scarlet eyes seemed to want to devour the second prince completely.
"You are just as filthy."
After saying that, Kefla turned to leave, but left behind a distant voice that echoed into the room.
"In a few more days, your injury will be completely 'healed'."
"I will bring you back to the capital safe and sound."
With a crisp sound of footsteps, Kefla gradually walked away.
Finally, Kefla disappeared completely, and even the sound of her footsteps vanished.
The Second Prince suddenly felt a wave of tension wash over him.
Suddenly, a cold sweat broke out.
He clenched his fists, gritted his teeth, and his body trembled uncontrollably.
That was the lingering fear of surviving a disaster.
That aura just now was very obvious.
Tier 4 Witcher.
Sometime later, Kefla advanced.
The second prince understood that he was no match for Kefla in his current state.
However, he never expected that he would fall into the hands of a witcher.
Even Kevlar's identity was revealed to him by the greed hidden within his own body.
Fortunately, Kefla's interest in Victor outweighed her doubts about him.
After a long while, the second prince finally recovered.
He took a deep breath, his pounding heart calmed down, and his eyes regained their clarity.
"Let's wait and see."
