Chapter 227 No, are you out of your mind?

Sensing Lia's arrival, he slowly turned his head.

Lia looked at him and asked anxiously:

When did you get back?

"What happened last night?"

Seeing this, Liya couldn't help but breathe a sigh of relief.

Upon hearing Viktor's words, she was certain of her decision.

She asked casually.

"Where are Leon and Cocotte? Didn't they come back with you?"

Viktor turned back to look at the scenery outside the window:

"They've stayed in the Elf Forest for now and will probably be back in a while."

"Oh, oh."

Lia nodded, then suddenly felt a little embarrassed.

She felt a little embarrassed at the thought of how she had completely disregarded Viktor and rudely pushed open his door.

For a moment, he didn't know what to say, so he just turned his head and said:

"Um... if there's nothing else, I'll go take care of my work now."

"I still have a lot of work to do at home."

Victor turned around, put his hands in his pockets, glanced at Leah, and said calmly:

"Before this, you saw that tree in the backyard, right?"

"Huh, what's wrong?"

Lia responded.

That giant tree was truly breathtaking.

It's unbelievable that it appeared out of thin air in my backyard overnight.

Lia felt that only Victor could have done something like that.

That's how she found out that Victor had returned.

"Have Helnason select some strong and healthy men, and you take them with you to that tree."

Viktor gave instructions.

Leah was a little confused, but she nodded anyway and turned to do as she was told, when Victor suddenly added:

"It can be used for physical examinations."

Lia's eyes lit up immediately.

Because there are many servants in the house, regular medical checkups are necessary to prevent the spread of any hidden infectious diseases within the residence.

The Clevina family has to pay for most of this money, which is a considerable expense every year.

Now that a single tree can do this, wouldn't that save the family a lot of money?

That feels good.

Upon hearing the good news, Lia hummed a little tune and turned to go downstairs.

But before she could leave, she heard Viktor add another sentence.

"Oh, and remember to change your clothes."

"Um?"

Lia was startled, feeling a gaze from behind her, as if they were staring at her without any restraint.

The voice sounded softly:

"The pink pajamas are cute, but if the maids see them, it will damage the reputation of the Clavner family."

In an instant, a flush of red rose from Lia's neck to her cheeks.

She no longer cared about her image and slammed the door to Viktor's bedroom.

Accompanied by the sound of footsteps 'thump thump thump', they gradually moved away.

Once she was completely gone, Vega's eyes regained their sparkle.

It looked at Victor with a puzzled expression in its eyes.

"I don't quite understand what you're trying to do."

"Just some small attempts."

After a while, Viktor felt that it was about time and was about to leave the room.

As soon as the door opened.

Bang!

The door seemed to have bumped into something soft.

"ah……"

It hurts.

Henney covered her head with one hand and lay half-reclined on the floor.

Upon seeing Viktor's face clearly, she hurriedly stood up, straightened her robes, and gave a silly grin:

"Professor! Good morning!"

Victor nodded calmly, casually shifting his gaze away from Henney.

This little succubus is leveling up rather quickly; even wearing that wide robe that conceals her charm, he can hardly look directly at her now.

"What's up?"

After a brief inquiry from Victor, Henney pulled out several documents from her pocket:

"That's right, Professor!"

"The college will start in a week, at which time it will formulate topics for the new students and conduct entrance examinations."

"I would like to ask you to take a look at these questions and see if there are any errors."

Viktor took the document and examined it closely.

In reality, he was just pretending; what he was really looking at closely was the one-eyed raven on his shoulder.

The cawing of crows rang in my ears.

"Hmm, let me see, let me see."

"There's a slight bug here. Let's modify its rune combination formula."

“This could be improved to be more suitable for magic beginners…and the runes don’t need to be so complicated.”

Viktor suddenly asked:

Do you have a pen?

Hene quickly rummaged in her pockets, then suddenly heard Victor calmly say:

"never mind."

Viktor gently pinched his fingers in mid-air, and a faint flame transformed into a quill pen, which he held in his hand.

He casually scribbled two strokes on the document, leaving a trail of flame-like writing.

The red flame flickered for a short while before going out, leaving a black mark on the paper.

After doing all this, he handed the document back to Henney.

Hene stared blankly at the added black text, then read it carefully, her eyes suddenly lighting up:

"Wow...what a brilliant idea!"

"Professor Victor, you are truly a genius!"

She looked at Viktor with an adoring gaze.

Victor simply nodded and was about to leave when he heard Hennie continue:

"Oh, there's one more thing! Professor!"

He turned around and saw Henny looking at him intently.

"The academy hopes you can create a 'copy' similar to the last assessment, to serve as a practical assessment and for promotion."

"The dean hopes I can consult you."
