One step, two steps.
Just as the third step was about to land on the water.
His body suddenly transformed into a crimson flame.
Like a shooting star, it crashed into him.
Only Victor's head was visible above the flames, making him look like a messenger of hell bathed in fire.
He stared at the guard with intense heat, yet with cold indifference.
Then, Victor stretched out a 'hand' made of flame and removed the star-like badge from the guard's chest.
Then, looking at the trembling guard in front of him, he spoke indifferently:
"roll."
The guards breathed a sigh of relief, their bodies deflated like punctured balloons, and they scrambled onto the water-shaped hull.
He instantly started the boat and escaped.
Victor, holding the badge, walked up to Henney.
Hene blinked and watched as Victor reached out his hand and slowly approached her.
"This is yours."
Victor hung the badge around Henney's neck.
Hene couldn't quite understand.
But soon, after she put on the badge, she sensed that something was wrong.
A lightning-fast sensation seemed to travel through my brain.
She sensed it in her mind.
In her mind, parts of the Sea City seemed to form a transparent skeleton.
The three-dimensional map appeared in her mind.
It's like suddenly having a surveillance camera.
Henney could spot anywhere in this area, if she wanted to.
But apart from the area where Henney was, the rest of the place was completely gray and gloomy.
Hennie couldn't see what lay behind the thick fog at all.
But she was still shocked and couldn't help but ask Victor a question.
"The City of the Sea is divided into countless areas?"
Viktor responded calmly:
"That's right."
How vast the ocean is!
Even the surface oceans are larger than the land.
Not to mention the even deeper parts of the ocean floor.

Its sheer size is enough to deter those who want to explore it, causing them to lose their desire to do so.
Right now, Victor and his group only possess a regional badge from the City of the Sea.
Area A-1 is the area of the Sea City under the jurisdiction of the badge in Victor's hand.
At that moment, the flames subsided.
Hene also noticed the surrounding area.
In this area, all the passersby seemed to have vanished.
Apart from the buildings, there wasn't a single pedestrian in the entire city.
Henney couldn't understand.
Just a moment ago, the city was bustling with people and full of life.
Why does it look like a dead market?
Even if they were afraid of Viktor and wanted to run away, they should have made their voices heard.

Henney was taken aback as she looked at Victor pointing his finger at the badge on her chest.

Hene looked around and was immediately surprised.
Those sea creatures slowly emerged from the water.
The water beneath them kept flowing and forming their original bodies.
The transparent water flowed violently against each other, like bursts of water droplets.
The people of water, as if reborn, reappeared in the city.
"As long as the ocean exists, they will not truly die."
"But this may not necessarily be a good thing."
Victor stood with his hands in his pockets, watching the numb sea people.
They seemed completely unaware that they had just been absorbed into the sea and then reappeared.
Even her previous memories seemed to have vanished.
Pedestrians on the street continued to go about their business as usual, and the city regained its vitality.
But this time, when they saw Hennie on the road, they always showed her respect.
