Ryan was taken aback. He stared at Viktor with a puzzled look, then quickly slid down and landed on the black scales in Viktor's hand.
You call this raw material?
This doesn't look like a material for crafting a staff at all.
Although the Libra looked somewhat familiar, he couldn't recall where he had seen him before.
Ryan stopped paying attention to Libra and asked himself a question that piqued his curiosity.
Are you the only one here?
Where did Haim Horn go?
Haim Horn was the chief administrator of the parliament.
Since he has no citizenship, he does not need to stay in other countries like other members of parliament.
For example, Ryan himself, although also a member of parliament, spends most of his time in Mitty City.
In addition, Heim possesses countless phantom clones, so the management of the mage capital is mainly entrusted to Heim Horn.
"The others are still in the magic library."
Viktor gave a concise answer and then temporarily put away the black Libra.
The scales disappeared from his hands and were transferred into his backpack.
Then, without any hesitation, he spoke to Ryan.
"I'm busy and can't get away."
There was absolutely no trace of the attitude of the instigator.
Ryan listened to his explanation and stopped worrying about it.
After all, this was originally a collaboration between him and Viktor.
Whether or not the Heim is present doesn't really matter.
He reached into his backpack and pulled out a long, rectangular blueprint, which he then handed to Viktor.
"These are the blueprints I got from Rachel."
The prepared blueprints were given directly to Ryan Kent by Rachel.
This shows that they still put a lot of effort into Viktor's staff.
Viktor took the blueprints and slowly unfolded them in his hand. Green lines on the blueprints danced, constructing the phantom of a staff that floated in the air, clearly showing its appearance.
The staff was jet black and extremely slender.
The staff was wrapped in a thick metal ring, from which a sharp gem protruded, gleaming with green magic.
The staff continues to extend upwards until the tip begins to bend.
The curved sections were meticulously crafted, forming three rotating layers. Finally, it extends backward, resembling a tiny wing.
A golden protrusion extends from the center of the three levels, with the end of which seems to be carved with a majestic bird's head.
The blueprints also detailed the materials needed to make the staff.
Demonic dragon blood, blazing rocks, hurricane steel, and what about chaotic dragon scales?
They all sound pretty awesome.
Materials like "Burning Rock" and "Hurricane Steel" are used to forge exceptionally sturdy weapons.
They are extremely rare because these materials contain magical elements.
Weapons made from them can absorb the corresponding elements.
Ryan had hardly ever seen him either.
The very location where these materials are produced is enough to deter most people.
The 'Burning Rock' requires obtaining the hottest rock during an extremely hot volcanic eruption.
'Hurricane Steel' is the hardest metal that needs to be forged and solidified in the eye of a storm.
Ryan did know about the Demonic Dragon Bloodline.
Just find any dragon of level four or higher and bleed it out.
Dragon's blood, when poured onto weapons, makes them more durable.
But... can something made from these materials still be considered a staff?
Does Viktor want to become a soldier?
However, he did not object to this, after all, he just needed to manufacture it step by step.
“I’m not very clear about the origin of the other materials, but I do have some impression of this ‘Chaotic Dragon Scale’.”
"This thing must be obtained from the Chaos Dragon King."
Like the Storm Dragon King, the Chaos Dragon King is also a magical elemental creature that exists in the city of mages.
In essence, it is not a real dragon.
Victor knew exactly what that thing was.
Ryan continued:
"If you want to make a staff right away, my suggestion is to start with the Chaos Dragon King."
"However, that guy is really strong."
As he spoke, he glanced at Viktor.
For others, the Chaos Dragon King is someone no one would want to mess with.
But given the strength Victor has demonstrated, that thing will probably have no choice but to willingly use it as raw material.
"Let's deal with him first."
Sure enough, Victor simply nodded and said casually.
It seemed they didn't take the dangerous magical creature seriously at all.
At that moment, Ryan reached into his overalls and pulled something out.
"Do you remember what we agreed on at the beginning? One condition: I promised to forge a staff for you."
Victor certainly remembered.
He could agree to Ryan's conditions as long as they weren't excessive.
So he asked:
"So, what are your requirements?"
"Hmm... wait a minute, found it."
As soon as he finished speaking, he pulled a Rubik's Cube out of his pocket.
The Rubik's Cube unfolds in your hand and gradually grows larger.
The intricately detailed Rubik's Cube pieces slowly unfold, spiraling out into a magical sphere that emits golden light.
Ryan tossed it into the air and then spoke:
"Actually, I have always had a very high research interest in your super wide-range attack magic."
"So, I was thinking, if I could infuse war magic into these kinds of items through research, and then release it all by triggering a mechanism."
