Chapter 401 I Have a Great Renovation Plan

His face was flushed, his breathing was rapid, and his heartbeat had quickened considerably.

I feel like Miss Henney is getting prettier and prettier.

Even though her clothes didn't reveal a single inch of skin, her tall and shapely figure always gave off a strange, alluring feeling.

Those bright yellow eyes were as beautiful as stars.

But it's still work time, is it really appropriate to think about these things...?

Feeling the deep longing within them, they could only close their eyes, hoping the feeling would pass quickly.

Hene strolled leisurely along the path leading to the garden, her heart filled with anticipation.

Since learning at the academy that the diplomatic mission had returned and the princess had safely returned to the palace.

Henney didn't even bother with her classes; she took a leave of absence and ran back to the Clevner mansion.

As she ran, a voice that didn't belong to her suddenly echoed in her mind:

"Hey, you said..."

"If my brother goes to the garden, will he find that lazy dog?"

The small crocodile perched on Hene's shoulder, its tiny mouth agape in boredom as it muttered something to itself.

After all, that "god" had always been by his side.

Hene responded with a soft "Hmm?" and gradually slowed her pace.

"Of course he'll know."

She responded to Wrightton with absolute certainty.

Hene trusted Victor too much; she firmly believed in his erudition and keen insight.

Just as the crocodile was about to say something, it sensed the presence of someone nearby, and in a flash, it turned into a cloud of smoke and disappeared.

Sensing that Lightton had disappeared, Henney couldn't help but slow her pace.

She slowly peered out towards the edge of the garden and saw it.

A person stood up, watering flowers with a watering can...

tiger! ?

Hene blinked, then rubbed her eyes carefully.

Upon closer inspection, I was right; it was indeed a real tiger.

Oh no, it seems she's gone crazy from learning magic.

How did a tiger suddenly appear in my house that stands on two legs and even waters the flowers with a watering can?

The tiger's thick fingers seemed to struggle even with the handle of the gold-sprinkled water jug.

The tiger's thick arms made the small water bottle appear extremely tiny in his palm.

Hene couldn't help but feel sorry for the little water bottle.

Tigers have very keen senses; they noticed Henny's keen observation of them as soon as she looked at them.

Immediately afterwards, the tiger-man turned around and glanced at Henney.

Instantly, a sense of crisis, as if being targeted by a top predator, surged through Henney's spine, causing her to shudder slightly.

It is absolutely powerful, at least much more powerful than her.

But Henney knew that this was Professor Victor's home, and the tiger couldn't possibly have appeared here out of thin air.

I contacted Professor Victor, who just returned today.

Therefore, there is only one answer...

She was just about to go out and greet the somewhat ferocious-looking tiger.

Lia, however, hurried over from the other side, as if she were looking for someone.

At a glance, I spotted the tiger.

"What's going on? So you were here..."

Lia looked up, somewhat helplessly, and said to the tall tiger-man:

"The flowers have already been watered, so there's no need to water them again."

"You'd be better off pruning the extra branches growing in the flowerbed."

The tiger looked down at Liya, carefully put down the water bottle, picked up the scissors next to it, and left.

He didn't even glance at Henney again.

Lia sighed as she watched the tiger-man leave.

Turning around, I happened to see Hennie hiding to the side, and I was taken aback.

"Huh? Hene? Why are you back so early?"

Before Heni could even speak, Leah struck her fist and palm together:

"Oh, right, after all, Viktor is coming back today, so you should have received the news."

The quick-witted Lia answered for Hene directly.

Hene looked at the tiger-man's back as he held scissors, pondering which branch to trim, and said:

"Did Professor Victor bring that back?"

"Oh right, I forgot to tell you."

Lia introduced the situation to Henney in a relaxed manner:

"Its name is Tiger One, and it's a demi-human that Victor brought back from the kingdom."

"Surprised, aren't you? Even demi-humans can be like this."

Liya watched Tiger's retreating figure as he worked on the garden, and said with a hint of helplessness:

“Victor told me not to let it sit idle until we send it back to Braxton, and to just tell it what to do.”

"However, making it work actually makes me feel more tired."

After all, this tiger-man from the forest only knows how to fight; he doesn't know anything else.

This meant that Lia had to keep a close eye on it when assigning it tasks to prevent any accidents from happening.

Hene nodded knowingly.

However, as she looked at the tiger-man's back, she inexplicably felt something was off.

I feel a little uncomfortable.

Lia looked at her and continued to ask:

"Oh, by the way, you're back to see Viktor, right?"

The moment the words were spoken, a loud commotion suddenly erupted, echoing throughout the garden.

Henney and Lia were both startled, covering their ears and looking in the direction of the sound.

That's deep inside the garden.

The tiger-man continued pruning the branches with complete focus, showing no reaction to the loud noise.

With one hand behind its back, it carefully trimmed the branches with the other, as if a gardening master was embellishing the vegetation.

Deep within the garden, several thick vines suddenly sprouted and shot straight into the sky.

The vines swayed and danced in the air, like frantic tentacles swinging high in the sky.

Thick vines spread outwards from the garden like ocean waves, completely covering the originally flat outer vegetation.

As the tremors gradually subsided, Leah shrugged and sighed.

"As you can see."

"He might be tearing down the garden now."
