Chapter 5 You think you're qualified to morally blackmail me?

Erica stared at him with a resentful look, and tried to activate the magic circle again.

The hairpin on the podium suddenly disappeared again, neither returning to Erica's hand nor being transferred to Victor's.

Victor maintained his poker face and said calmly, "Congratulations, your hairpin has been teleported to another dimension."

Erica was stunned. No matter how she operated the magic circle, the missing hairpin never returned.

Victor hadn't stopped what he was doing and continued, "There's another way to break this magic circle."

He snapped his fingers with his right hand, and six beams of light emanated from the mage's hand on his right hand, causing six magic circles to light up in the air at the same time.

Those around exclaimed in surprise: "Multiple spellcasting?! Six times?!"

"How is this possible?"

"Nothing is impossible, Victor is a third-tier mage!"

"The showdown between a genius professor and a genius student at the Royal Magic Academy—it was definitely worth coming!"

Viktor waved his hand, ignoring their praise, and calmly said, "Just suppress them directly."

Having said that, the mage gently clenched his hand towards the air, and the six magic arrays lit up simultaneously.

Bang!

Under the immense magical pressure, a startling crack appeared in the teleportation array.

Then, it disappeared.

Erica's hair clip never returned; she lowered her head, her body trembling slightly.

It was impossible to discern her true expression.

Viktor smiled slightly and prepared to turn and leave.

"Erica, remember this, this is the answer your teacher gave you, along with a little lesson."

"Teachers are very busy and want to end get out of class on time."

He didn't care about the consequences and walked straight out of the classroom.

Just as I stepped out the door, a wave of voices suddenly erupted from the classroom behind me, but that was no longer relevant to me.

......

Viktor returned to his office and whiled away the time. As the bell rang for the end of the last class at school, he remembered the library and decided to go there to see if he could find anything.

He teleported directly from the mage tower, and the library that came into view was exactly the same as his memories of the game.

He randomly picked up a book and started flipping through it when a dialog box suddenly flashed in front of him:

[Do you want to learn the first-tier spell: Rolling Fireball?]

【Materials needed: Flame Flower, Harpy Feather】

This is why Victor bought so many materials before, because they could not only be used to make tools, but also to be used in the library to learn magic.

Learning magic naturally costs money, but Victor, being a wealthy lord, didn't care at all.

This can be considered exploiting a loophole in the game.

Those materials can only be obtained by killing neutral monsters in the outside world.

However, Victor could easily use his own money to go on a shopping spree in the store.

Seeing that it was still early, Victor studied frantically in the library, learning many of the basic magic spells available on the first floor.

Until he ran out of all the materials in his purse and most of the money in his pocket.

I've basically learned everything I could.

It was dusk, and the golden light shone into the library, casting a yellowish glow on the floor.

As dusk fell, a discordant light suddenly shone from the depths of the library.

It seems he's not the only one diligently 'studying' in the library.

Victor wanted to see who the person was, so he followed the light.

He was slightly taken aback when he saw the person.

"Henry?"

That was his teaching assistant, who was sitting at his desk, pen in hand, writing furiously.

He could even hear the other person muttering to themselves.

"Let Professor Victor use this topic in his lecture tomorrow..."
