Chapter 571 His measurements have been thoroughly investigated

Darkness, and endless darkness.

The blackness, like ink, filled the entire dry, lightless, boundless space, along with a profound stillness that permeated the surrounding void.

In this deep, dark place, like a swamp, the fleeting sensation transformed into a surging tide, impatiently spreading throughout Viktor's limbs and body.

As Viktor was plunged into darkness, he slowly opened his eyes.

The low, chilling ripples and deep darkness flowing around him seemed to brush past his eyes and touch his eyeballs.

It was as if a group of twisted and mischievous demons were reaching out their cold fingers and scratching at Victor's eyelids.

This fleeting feeling and cold touch were strangely familiar to Viktor.

He fumbled for his hands in his pockets, gazing calmly at the endless abyss ahead.

Victor had realized this since his last visit here.

Even as a spirit, he could continue wearing that trench coat.

This is likely related to his identity as a player.

As a player, Victor has a panel in front of him displaying all of his player data.

Even the players' outfits are recorded in detail.

Indeed, Victor is currently in a state of being a spirit.

Looking around at the endless, cold darkness, Victor easily realized it.

He seemed to have been summoned again by that god of the underworld to have a dialogue.

Sure enough, when a pair of huge female eyes, shimmering with dark light, appeared in the low, dark sky...

Victor slowly raised his head and greeted the suddenly appearing god of the underworld with a touch of politeness:

"We meet again."

Those eyes, suspended in the darkness, slowly lowered, their deep, calm gaze falling upon Viktor.

After a long wait, the mysterious deity, as if undergoing a prolonged reaction, finally uttered two words:

"Hello."

She then fell into deep thought, seemingly considering how to speak with Victor.

Peng—!

With a sudden sound, a faint, radiant light burst forth from all around, illuminating this void space once more.

At this moment, what was exposed to Viktor was a dense and dazzling starry sky.

The deep darkness enveloped the top floor of this vast space.

The stars embedded on it combine to create various animal totems.

Each star twinkled with dazzling light, appearing and disappearing intermittently.

It was as if the spirits of the night sky were blinking their eyes high in the sky, quietly gazing at the visitors.

And around the edge shrouded in darkness, there were exposed, frigid mountain ridges.

Each mountain peak resembles the upright spine of a giant beast, soaring into the clouds, its summit disappearing into the deep night sky.

The void beneath their feet floated gently as the marble gate, carved out of the mountains, closed tightly.

The dark, deep door is engraved with a mysterious nebula totem, and in the center is the image of a dignified goddess with flowing robes.

Standing before Viktor was the goddess who had emerged from the totem.

Her nebula-like, mysterious robes fluttered in the air, her slender, white arms crossed over her chest.

A crystal hairpin, shimmering with a dark light, was inserted into her long, black hair, which was styled in a bun.

His tall figure soared into the night sky, his mysterious tasseled robe resembling a galaxy falling from the heavens, exuding extraordinary elegance.

Nyx simply looked at Viktor quietly and then spoke:

"Welcome to the Mansion of Darkness."

This is below the underworld, three hundred feet underground.

The surrounding valleys are actually huge rifts opened up by the underworld for the abyss below.

There is never daylight here, only stars dotting the night.

Those towering mountains resemble a series of interconnected cages.

Therefore, this place is called the Mansion of Dark Night.

This is the palace of 'Nyx, the Goddess of the Night'.

Viktor was well aware of this.

As I said before, whether it's the underworld or the deeper dimensions, he already knows these places inside and out.

He had already explored this entire space, and he had even measured the measurements of the goddess of the night before him.

Now, he glanced down at his status bar.

Even without a physical body, he can still see his own state as usual.

A thin line of text and a ghost icon appeared below.

Viktor Clavner – The Soul

His soul was forcibly extracted from Erica's body.

"So, what do you want?"

Viktor looked up with a hint of helplessness at Nyx, who was looking down at him from a high place.

Her voice, devoid of any emotional fluctuation, rose slowly, bluntly expressing her true intentions:

"To stop you from taking that girl through the trial."

She knew perfectly well that the human girl was able to pass the trials time and time again entirely because of Viktor's presence.

The reason for separating Viktor from the human girl was simply to prevent her from passing the trial.

Because each time, Viktor would end the trial with an extremely terrifying magic, bombarding the entire underworld and Tartarus.

This caused Tartarus to suffer endless pain.

The roars and wails coming from the depths of the underworld are the best proof.

Tartarus can no longer endure such torment.

If it were to experience a few more bombings, it would no longer be called hell.

Tartarus has made his decision.

If Viktor were to launch another full-scale bombardment, it would unilaterally lift the restrictions on him and banish him back to Earth.
