The two sound waves collided, like a roaring gale, causing the surrounding space to tremble slightly.
Countless skeleton soldiers grinned, their mangled jaws flaring with the flames of their dead.
The skeleton warriors even abandoned their own skeletons, transforming into skeletal horses filled with ghostly flames, carrying their companions into battle.
In an instant, the surging sea of skeletons collided with the onrushing, scorching souls.
The howls of the dead and the cracking of bones intertwined in the air like a chaotic symphony.
The vast battlefield of the king was filled with endless, fierce sonic waves, like thunderclaps from the sky.
Countless blue-green spirits were stunned by the scene, unable to recover for a long time, and could only stare in disbelief.
Perhaps the current devastation has brought them back to a long-gone past.
It brought them back to that chaotic war of the past, stirring up the long-dormant fervor deep within their hearts.
At the end of the heavy silence, they burst into excited cheers, their high-pitched howls filling the entire black platform.
If they could shed the constraints of being dead souls, perhaps they too would join the grand battlefield without hesitation.
Although it is merely a ghost, it cannot fight against real enemies.
But they still showed endless admiration for these skeletons who were fighting for freedom.
Those skeletal warriors were also among the human powerhouses who challenged the trials of hell back then.
Although they were trapped in hell because of their failure.
Even so, those who dare to challenge the trials are still the heroes they admire.
Seeing these heroes again, and the presence of the Hellfire General, they couldn't help but feel their blood boil and were extremely excited.
Persephone, sitting in the main seat, couldn't help but shake his head and smile.
She supported herself on the handrail with one hand and rested her cheek on the other.
She lazily draped one leg over the other armrest, half-reclining on the seat, completely oblivious to the endless expanse of her fair skin exposed to the air.
Looking at the fierce battle below, she sighed softly, seemingly with some helplessness, and said:
"Honestly, they fall for it so easily."
"What a brainless man I married."
But now, she looked around again, a slight smile playing on her lips.
The underworld before us is in constant turmoil, seemingly about to reach its peak.
Now is the perfect time to demonstrate our power to those gods.
Just as the skeleton warriors and the undead soldiers were locked in a fierce and evenly matched battle.
Sensing the surging excitement and enthusiasm of the surrounding ghostly spectators, Vega quickly flapped his wings and shouted at the top of his lungs:
"That's about it, that's about it."
Right now, its eyes are practically burning with intensity.
This group of dead souls numbered nearly a million, all trapped in the underworld by the curse of the gods, unable to extricate themselves.
Although the faith of the dead is not entirely effective, in addition, they worship human heroes.
Even if the object of faith is shifted to Vega, the effect will not be too obvious.
But even a small amount is still something, let alone so many souls here.
If such a massive amount of faith were transferred to it all at once.
Although it cannot restore it to its full divine power, it is enough for it and Victor to leave the Underworld without any pressure.
However, a catalyst is needed to transform the reverence for these deceased souls into faith in Vega.
Therefore, Victor calmly reassured Vega:
"Don't rush, it's not the right time yet."
As he spoke, he turned his head and looked behind him.
On the other side of this abyss, all that remains is a vast expanse of white.
Just as he was slightly distracted, a sudden, scorching gust of wind swept in;
"At a time like this, who still has the mind to be distracted?"
The sound made Viktor instantly sense danger approaching.
He looked back and saw a figure engulfed in flames approaching from the sky.
Hades, wielding a flaming spear, fell toward him like a burning meteor.
Viktor's fiery eye suddenly blazed with a brilliant light.
The spear instantly rose up, swiftly blocking the falling spear tip of Hades.
Thump—!
The sound reverberated, and the terrifying power instantly overturned the entire battlefield of kings.
The shattered earth was instantly pulverized by the impact, leaving cracks and fissures all around.
Rock fragments flew everywhere, propelled by scorching heat waves, towards the rubble-strewn battlefield.
A terrifying pressure burst forth, shattering tens of thousands of skeleton warriors and undead soldiers on the battlefield.
Amidst the chaotic fragments of bones and the lingering aura of the dead, the entire battlefield teetered on the brink of collapse, utterly shattered.
Hades's arm muscles bulged suddenly, and with a flick of his spear, he sent Victor, who was resisting his strength, flying.
The crimson armor left a long trail across the rocky battlefield.
Viktor adjusted his body in mid-air and finally stopped just before flying off the black platform, standing back in place.
Standing where Viktor had been, Hades slung his spear over his shoulder, his eyes burning like embers:
"Don't forget what you just said."
"King against king, general against general."
As he spoke, he gripped the gun handle and pointed it at Viktor, who was enveloped in the rising dust.
Just like a hunter keeping his prey within sight:
"Now, I am the king."
"They've come to see you, General."
