Hades stared wide-eyed as he watched 'Erica' pull Persephone into her arms.
Those trembling eyes were filled with intense astonishment, and even a clear buzzing sound rang in their ears.
He suddenly felt a throbbing sensation in his head, a dull pressure filling his scalp.
What did he see?
That dog thief not only dared to swagger in front of him.
Now, he even pulled his wife into his arms right in front of him?
At that moment, Hades felt he had been insulted like never before.
An overwhelming rage erupted in his heart, and orange-yellow hellfire burst forth from the surrounding earth, tightly coiling around his blue body.
Flames spread up his legs and body, gradually engulfing his entire massive frame.
His long beard was also set ablaze, and fierce flames danced in the air.
Those crimson eyes were also hidden in the raging fire serpent.
A serpentine fire snake emerged from its eye socket, pointing vertically upwards, swaying incessantly beneath the crimson stars.
Hades' breathing became heavy and labored, his anger nearly overwhelming his reason.
Because he always felt that a mysterious force was wearing on his head.
No wonder he felt like he'd forgotten something.
Now it seems that the dog thief deliberately sent him away to go find Persephone!
Seeing this, Hades suddenly swung the crimson spear in his hand.
The spearhead left a golden afterimage in the air, quickly sweeping across the surrounding space.
In an instant, slender spatial rifts appeared as the gun tip swung, and the shattered rifts spread throughout the entire world.
Those majestic buildings were torn apart by the void, breaking in half and collapsing with a deafening roar.
The spearhead emitted a sharp whistling sound under the intense air pressure as it fiercely slashed towards 'Erica'.
However, Erica stood still, completely motionless.
She simply stared silently ahead, watching the enraged Hades and the golden spearhead hurtling towards her. It was as if she were deliberately waiting for Hades' attack to arrive.
Just then, a clear female voice rang out beside Erica:
"Hades, what are you doing!"
The next second, the flames in Hades' eyes quickly went out, and his crimson eyes returned to normal, even becoming clearer.
The anger that was surging up his head seemed to be extinguished by cold water, and it subsided by more than half in an instant.
His outstretched arm extinguished the flames and hovered in the air.
The spear that had been swung out also stopped in mid-air, and the flames enveloping it gradually dissipated.
The golden spear tip stopped beside Erica's neck, trembling slightly.
A powerful, scorching wave of air rose from the ground and swept across the entire area in front of the palace.
Hades stopped his attack.
It was not Persephone's persuasion that calmed his anger.
Instead, he suddenly thought of the annoying ability that the dog thief in front of him possessed.
His body, capable of transforming into elements at will, prevents his attacks from reaching his opponent.
Therefore, Hades realized the consequences if this shot failed to hit Victor.
It is highly likely that it will pass through his body and accidentally injure Persephone.
Only when he realized this did he stop his attack.
But two sharp, burning rages erupted again in his crimson eyes as he stared fiercely at 'Erica' before him.
What a cunning human...
They wanted him to accidentally hurt his wife, in order to sow discord between him and Persephone.
That's absolutely outrageous.
Seeing Hades retract his spear, Persephone finally breathed a sigh of relief, his tense nerves gradually relaxing.
She knew that neither Viktor nor the possessed girl were simple people.
Let's not even talk about the fact that Viktor is a human favored by that goddess.
This girl's body contains a powerful force closely related to nature.
It's like six natural elements perfectly blended in an ideal container.
If she is truly connected to nature, then the underworld is simply not to be trifled with.
Persephone realized that there might be a very important secret hidden behind this matter.
She needs to have a serious talk with Hades.
At the same time, she also felt that Hades' behavior was too impulsive.
Why would they attack humans without warning?
She had no recollection of marrying such a grumpy god.
Seeing Hades' reckless actions, Persephone pouted unhappily and began to reprimand Hades:
"Hades, watch your temper!"
"I didn't come back this time to see you get angry!"
Hearing his wife's reproach, Hades' eyes showed a conflicted expression.
He looked at Persephone, unsure of what to do.
"But……"
Hades was somewhat devastated.
After all, the reason he was angry was entirely because of her.
How is he supposed to explain this situation to Persephone?
The dignified ruler of the underworld actually got jealous and angry because a human girl gently hugged his beloved wife?
Although the dominant soul within the girl's body was that of the cunning dog thief.
But from the outside, this scene looks more like two little girls of similar age affectionately touching each other.
This makes the other person look like Persephone's human best friend.
The thought of this made Hades' anger hard to contain.
He knew perfectly well that the dog thief's soul was lurking inside the girl's body, but he was powerless to do anything about it.
