Chapter 104 Little friend, do you want to try it?
"What movie would you like to watch, little one?" Dan Anwen asked, his long fingers gripping the steering wheel.
Gu Zhaodi took a sip of the icy matcha milk tea, chewing the chewy tapioca pearls slowly, and said in a soft voice, "Watch...watch a horror movie."
Dan An raised his dark eyes slightly upon hearing this, staring intently at the girl. A barely perceptible glint flashed in his eyes, and a slight smile played on his lips. "Little girl, aren't you scared?"
“I’m not afraid. Watching horror movies is different from going to a haunted house.” Gu Zhaodi recalled her embarrassing experience of going to a haunted house last time.
She practically clung to the man's clothes as she walked, as if she wanted to stick her whole body to him.
