When the two of them stood facing each other in the corridor, before Ye Wenyu could even speak, several girls from the class crowded around them. Their faces were flushed, their eyes sparkling, and they smiled brightly at Lin Tingxuan. Then they put their arms around Ye Wenyu's shoulders and whispered to her, "Who is he? Is he your boyfriend? If not, introduce him to me right now!" They were as excited as if they had seen their idols.
Ye Wenyu was both amused and exasperated.
She wondered, is Lin Tingxuan really that handsome? The reason these girls were so infatuated was because they hadn't seen Lin Tingfeng. In her heart, Lin Tingfeng was much more handsome. Lin Tingxuan was like a pale, weak moon, while Lin Tingfeng was like a radiant sun. She loved her sun because it warmed her lonely heart.

Ye Wenyu finally came to her senses, pulled her thoughts back from their wandering, and said to him, "I was just about to go eat. How about I treat you to lunch at the cafeteria?"
Lin Tingxuan smiled, looked at her, as if he had suddenly discovered that she was a very interesting person. He was filled with joy that he couldn't quite explain, and said gently, "Okay."
Ye Wenyu felt her face flush slightly, and immediately turned around, lowering her head to lead the way.

Lin Tingxuan felt a warmth in his heart and smiled slightly. He nodded. How many years had it been since anyone cared what he liked to eat? Since his mother left home, no one had cared about him.
Ye Wenyu ordered a bowl of Crossing-the-Bridge Rice Noodles. Since there was only one bowl left, she ordered a bowl of Tomato and Egg Noodles for herself. Anyway, after seeing Lin Tingxuan suddenly come to find her again, she had no appetite at all, so it didn't matter what she ate.
While waiting for the noodles and rice noodles to be served, the two sat facing each other, staring at each other.
Lin Tingxuan looked at her with great interest, as if she were an alien monster and he were an Earth scientist studying her closely.
Ye Wenyu looked down at her phone. As he studied it, she became quite curious about why he had come to find her, but thinking that he would tell her sooner or later, she didn't ask.
Sure enough, after staring at her for a few minutes, Lin Tingfeng said to her, "Did you tell Lin Tingfeng about the time I came to see you last time?"
Ye Wenyu looked up, thinking about Lin Tingxuan. He called him "elder brother" instead of "brother," but by his given name? Just how estranged were these two brothers?
She shook her head.
Lin Tingxuan smiled, clearly pleased. He nodded and said with great satisfaction, "Very good. You're smart and obedient. I don't like talkative girls, like my sister, who's like a sparrow all day long, chattering endlessly. I get a headache when she's around." He then tapped his head to show his dislike for talkative girls.
Ye Wenyu glanced at Lin Tingxuan again, knowing he was referring to Lin Tingyue. She thought to herself, "How strange. Lin Tingxuan doesn't like Lin Tingyue either. Lin Tingyue is very good. She's beautiful, gentle, innocent, romantic, warm, and polite. The relationship between the three siblings is indeed strange from the inside out."
She remained silent and continued looking at her phone.
Lin Tingxuan tilted his head, thought silently for a few minutes, and then suddenly asked her, "Why didn't you tell Lin Tingfeng about me looking for you?"
We must not only know what it is, but also why it is.
Ye Wenyu was somewhat annoyed, thinking that Lin Tingxuan was studying her again!
She looked up at him, and saw a narcissistic smile on Lin Tingxuan's face. She couldn't help but find it ridiculous, and suddenly said to him, "I'm not telling him because he doesn't like you, and I don't want to upset him."
What? Lin Tingxuan was very surprised. He had been feeling warm inside because of her obedience and thoughtfulness, but now, hearing her words, he felt as if he had fallen into an ice cave, and his face turned pale instantly.
He had always thought that Ye Wenyu and Lin Tingfeng were together because of reality, and that she had her own reasons. Now that he found out that she actually cared about Lin Tingfeng's feelings, he couldn't help but feel disappointed and pained.
Lin Tingxuan clenched his fists and said angrily, "So, you love him? You actually love such a wicked person? You're incredibly stupid!"
The air suddenly froze, and the surrounding air pressure dropped frighteningly low.
Ye Wenyu looked at Lin Tingxuan, whose face was ashen. He sat there like a powder keg that could explode at any moment. She suddenly wondered what had gotten into her that she was wasting her time and energy with a mentally ill man. He had come to her, so why did she have to meet him?
