Chapter 47 Unique
Hua Yu, who was born in 2013, thought food delivery was a novel thing, so she specially ordered one to take to the company and share with Yun Jin.
In 2025, Hua Cheng didn't care for those pre-cooked meals, so before coming to the company, although he locked Hua Yu in the ward, he didn't steal his takeout.
Hua Cheng preferred to eat at the cafeteria with Yun Jin.
The cafeteria at Yuncheng Technology was personally overseen and constructed by Fatty back in the day.
The private chefs hired by the company and the brands that move in must all be screened by him at every level, striving to ensure that the taste of every window reaches at least eight points.
In Pingcheng, a city teeming with large companies, Yuncheng Technology may not be the largest, but it is definitely the company with the highest-standard cafeteria, attracting a large number of outstanding graduates every graduation season.
Hua Cheng has been eating his sister-in-law's baby food for a while now, and his mouth is so bland. Today he finally had a chance to come to the company, and he was all set to eat something spicy.
Yun Jin glanced at him and said, "No."
Hua Cheng's momentum immediately weakened: "Why?"
“Going to the cafeteria at this time will make the employees uncomfortable.” As senior executives, we should be aware of the need to keep our distance from the employees’ daily needs.
Hua Cheng: "Then let Xiao Zhou go to the cafeteria and wash a pot of boiled fish. I'll eat it in your office."
"Mr. Zhang from Yuanhang Xingye is coming over later. Do you want him to smell the aroma of boiled fish as soon as he walks in?" Yun Jin asked.
Hua Cheng remained silent, watching her in quiet contemplation.
Half an hour later, he still got to eat boiled fish, but in Xiao Zhou's assistant's cubicle.
It had been so long since he had eaten anything flavorful. Although this boiled fish was a lighter version with less spice and salt, Hua Cheng was still moved to tears: "Delicious!"
Xiao Zhou's lips twitched as he watched. After greeting Yun Jin, he went out to eat with the other people in the secretary's office.
“Xiao Zhou has been by your side for several years now,” Hua Cheng said, placing some fish slices on Yun Jin’s plate. “Have you considered promoting him?”
"Too young, let him hone his skills for a few more years," Yun Jin said casually.
Hua Cheng nodded: "That's true, he's not even thirty yet."
Yun Jin: "The Yi Cai project has been launched these past few days, but the results are not ideal."
Hua Cheng: "We entered the market too late, so this situation is normal. Let's continue the price war. It would be best to stir up public opinion. Fatty is good at this. You can discuss it with him. If necessary, you can also release our Director Feng."
The market is only so big, and when various capital groups fight for it, it often ends in a bloody and ugly battle. They deliberately rub salt into each other's wounds. Yuncheng Technology strives for dignity, but sometimes it is simply impossible to be dignified, so it has no choice but to give up.
That person is a master at finding fault, he's mean, malicious, and irritating.
“Speaking of Feng He,” Yun Jin raised her eyes, “a few days ago Wanwan gave birth, and he didn’t know where he got the news, so he flew abroad to see the child and burst into tears after seeing her.”
"Why?" Hua Cheng asked, looking confused.
Yun Jin: "The child looks a lot like my sister-in-law."
Sister-in-law, Feng Wan's mother, and Feng He's first wife.
"...He's done so many despicable things, and suddenly he regrets it just because he glanced at the child?" Hua Cheng found it hard to understand.
Yun Jin: "What do you think?"
“I think it’s unlikely,” Hua Cheng said immediately.
A person's nature can't be changed overnight. Although I don't know why Feng He cried, I don't think it had anything to do with regret.
Yun Jin: "Wanwan also thought it was impossible, but he went there and transferred a large sum of money to the child and also transferred a manor to the property. Although I don't know what he was thinking, the property was indeed given to him."
"Such a big investment! He's really turned over a new leaf," Hua Cheng remarked. "But I still think it's unlikely. He probably got carried away with acting. Now that he's calmed down, he might regret it."
The two of them ate together, chatting like any normal couple, and eventually the conversation turned to the charity gala in a couple of days.
The charity gala was organized by a partner, who had sent invitations to the two of them a month ago, so Yun Jin couldn't refuse.
“Let’s go then,” Hua Cheng suddenly became interested. “It’s been a long time since we’ve appeared in public. How about we get some big coverage this time and promote our Yicai project?”
What kind of big media coverage can an old married couple possibly get?
When no one else is around, he always likes to talk nonsense, and Yun Jin has gotten used to it and doesn't take his words seriously.
Hua Cheng, however, was serious.
Upon returning to the hospital, he immediately contacted a suit designer to take his measurements right there in the ward and decide on the suit fabric and details.
Several stylists also came and discussed with the designer what accessories to choose.
The once spacious and quiet ward suddenly became noisy because of the arrival of so many people at the same time.
Hua Yu stood at the entrance wearing a mask, feeling that it was a bit like a vegetable market, but a vegetable market wouldn't be this clean and bright, nor would it have so many people with exquisite makeup, chatting elegantly and amicably.
This was a completely unfamiliar world to him, as was the social mode he was completely unfamiliar with. However, Hua Cheng was very used to it. He didn't feel intimidated by so many eyes staring at him, and felt at ease being the 'moon' in the crowd.
When Liu Zhuang came out of the elevator, he saw Hua Yu's lonely figure. His heart softened, and he walked over and gently patted Hua Yu's shoulder.
Hua Yu felt a tightness in her back, but breathed a sigh of relief when she saw it was him: "Fatty."
Although he was wearing a mask, Liu Zhuang could still tell he was wary at a glance, and couldn't help but laugh and say, "Why are you so nervous?"
Hua Yu didn't answer, but asked him, "Why did Hua Cheng call so many people here?"
“Oh, him,” Liu Zhuang glanced around the room. Hua Cheng was already choosing cufflinks. “He’s going to participate in an event with Yun Jin. He’s figuring out how to do a peacock-like display.”
Hua Yu glanced at Hua Cheng thoughtfully. Hua Cheng suddenly felt a chill down his spine. When he looked towards the door, Hua Yu had already pulled Liu Zhuang out to buy milk tea.
Hua Cheng looked away and continued examining the clothes.
The charity gala wasn't large in scale, but it would be broadcast live. He paid so much attention to his outfit that day not only because he wanted to promote his own project, but also because he knew Hua Yu would definitely watch the live stream.
He wanted to prove with his own actions that only 32-year-old Hua Cheng was qualified to stand beside Yun Jin, and that if someone knew what was good for them, they should go back to 2013 as soon as possible.
"Let's choose this one."
Hua Cheng handed the selected accessories to the stylist, a determined look in his eyes.
Three days later, at 5 p.m.
As soon as Yun Jin finished her last online meeting and shut down her computer, Xiao Zhou immediately brought in the styling team that had been waiting for a long time, and handed her some food.
The event was scheduled to take place in two hours, and the styling team worked tirelessly, each showcasing their skills, and finally finished all the work in an hour and a half.
Since it was a charity gala, an overly luxurious look wasn't appropriate. Yun Jin wore a classic black Chanel dress and chose classic pearl jewelry. Her shoulder-length hair was pulled back, creating a gentle and charming look.
She carefully checked her makeup, and after confirming that everything was fine, she looked at Xiao Zhou and asked, "Where is President Hua?"
"They're already waiting in the car," Xiao Zhou said hurriedly.
Yun Jin nodded and took the private elevator directly down to the underground parking garage.
In the underground parking garage, a black van was parked quietly at the elevator entrance, with two tall bodyguards standing beside it.
As soon as Yun Jin stepped out of the elevator, her bodyguards immediately came forward to greet her and opened the car door for her.
As Yun Jin walked to the car and bent down to get in, she suddenly saw the man in the seat next to her.
Today he wore a well-tailored gray suit paired with a restrained black shirt, looking both energetic and handsome.
Their eyes met, the man looked away, but after half a second he felt it was inappropriate, so he looked back.
“You…” He looked at this side of her that he had never shown before, and said softly, “You look beautiful tonight.”
Yun Jin raised an eyebrow, lifted her skirt, and got into the car.
The car doors closed, and the driver drove towards the banquet venue.
Yun Jin took a bottle of water from the refrigerator and glanced at the person next to her.
The van was large, but someone's long legs seemed to have nowhere to go, so they could only slightly bend their knees and cross them uncomfortably.
She turned on the tap, took a sip, and then handed the water to the person next to her.
“I’m not thirsty,” he said.
Yun Jin: "Have a sip, Hua Yu."
The man next to her couldn't keep up the act any longer and looked at her with a surprised expression: "How did you know...?"
"I'm not blind," Yun Jin smiled.
Hua Yu pursed her lips: "Fatty isn't blind, but he just didn't notice."
Hua Cheng works out regularly, and both his appearance and physique make him look several years younger than his peers. When he was getting his hair styled, he specifically asked the stylist to make him look more mature, so he looks about the same age as Hua Cheng right now.
Fatty didn't recognize him, but Yun Jin recognized him at a glance. Was it because he hadn't been annoying enough just now?
Seeing that he was still confused, Yun Jin smiled and said, "Is it okay now that the gauze is off?"
Hua Yu touched her hair: "The doctor said it's okay."
When he was being bandaged, he resolutely refused to have his head shaved. The doctor had no choice but to remove the hair around the wound. Now that the bandage has been removed, his hair perfectly covers the wound, which is why he was able to appear here today.
Although he said it was okay, Yun Jin still gestured for him to lower his head and personally confirmed that there was no problem before letting him sit up.
Hua Yu was overjoyed at the rare opportunity to spend time alone and be intimate with him.
Yun Jin suddenly asked, "Where is Hua Cheng?"
Hua Yu's eyes flickered: "He...he's a little dizzy, and the doctor told him to rest in bed."
After yet another failed attempt to break through the defense, Hua Cheng, wrapped only in a bath towel, roared, "Hua Yu! You bastard!"
In the van, Hua Yu suddenly sneezed.
He took a deep breath and looked at Yun Jin earnestly: "Can I go with you?"
Yun Jin met his gaze and remained silent for a moment.
Hua Yu suddenly tensed up: "I promise I'll stay with you the whole time and won't cause you any trouble..."
“Okay,” Yun Jin agreed immediately.
Hua Yu's eyes lit up: "Really?"
"Yes, really." Yun Jin nodded.
Hua Yu breathed a sigh of relief, silently holding her hand that was adorned with a diamond ring, making sure to cover the ring as she gripped it tightly.
"You look so beautiful today." He felt relieved, so he complimented her again.
Yun Jin raised her chin and glanced at him out of the corner of her eye: "When aren't you beautiful?"
She was just teasing her casually, but Hua Yu's neck quickly turned pink, and she gripped her fingers even tighter.
"You're beautiful every day." She said earnestly, though she was shy.
Yun Jin smiled gently, and Hua Yu's heart started beating faster instantly.
Hua Cheng's heart was beating quite fast too.
He was locked inside the bathroom, which had another door outside.
The two doors provided excellent sound insulation; if Fatty hadn't come back to get something, he wouldn't have noticed that there was someone locked in the bathroom.
“I’m going to kill him. I’m going to kill him right now. I’m going to lure him abroad and then hire mercenaries to shoot him in the head. I’m going to let him know who the only Huacheng will be in 2025.”
Hua Cheng had a bath towel hanging precariously from his waist, pacing back and forth with a dark expression, like a tiger driven mad by its cage exhibiting stereotypical behavior.
Liu Zhuang watched in terror, blocking the doorway as if afraid someone would suddenly come in, or that he would run out with a scarf hanging from his arm.
"I must kill him!" Hua Cheng roared.
Liu Zhuang: "...So what exactly happened?"
"Hua, Yu!" Hua Cheng gritted his teeth. "He locked me up, tricked my styling team, took my clothes, and went to the banquet in my place."
Liu Zhuang: "..."
There was too much information; he needed to organize it.
After finishing his work, Liu Zhuang gasped, "So the person walking the red carpet with Yun Jin now is Hua Yu?"
"What red carpet?" Hua Cheng frowned.
"You're going to the banquet, don't you know there's a red carpet event today?"
Liu Zhuang clutched his head and spun around in place.
"Oh my god, oh my god, if there's a red carpet, there's bound to be a Q&A session. Can Hua Yu handle it? Should I send someone to tell the PR department not to leave work yet?!"
Hua Cheng only knew there was a live stream before, and knew nothing else. Now that he heard Liu Zhuang say this, his expression worsened. He lowered his head and sent a message while saying, "Find me some clothes, we'll head over now."
Liu Zhuang: "It's too late! The red carpet has been going on for ten minutes already!"
Hua Cheng paused, sent the message, immediately clicked on the live stream link, and then skillfully projected it onto the TV.
This kind of charity gala in the financial world doesn't attract many people because there are no celebrities in attendance, but it's definitely not a small number either.
Liu Zhuang habitually counted the number of viewers and, upon discovering it was in the six digits, his vision went black.
He was busy contacting the public relations department, but he didn't know how to explain it. He couldn't just say that their 32-year-old boss had been replaced by a 20-year-old boss, so he might do something stupid during the live stream.
While he was overwhelmed with worry, Hua Cheng, wrapped in a bath towel, sat on the bed, his eyes fixed on the screen.
A moment later, Hua Yu and Yun Jin appeared at the end of the red carpet, and Liu Zhuang subconsciously looked over as well.
"Are you nervous?" The flash of the camera ahead was too bright, and Yun Jin had a kind smile on her face, her voice trembling.
Hua Yu felt she should be nervous, but at this moment, holding Yun Jin's hand, all she could hear was her own heartbeat and her breathing.
"I'm not nervous," he said.
On the way here, Yun Jin had already reminded him of the precautions to take when walking the red carpet, which he kept in mind and smiled appropriately.
The two walked hand in hand, slowly and steadily to the center of the red carpet.
While lying at home scrolling through her WeChat Moments, Lan Li saw a live stream link posted by an acquaintance. She clicked on it casually and then saw this handsome couple.
"Tsk, Hua Cheng looks pretty good today," she remarked before leaving the live stream.
Three seconds later, she clicked on it again.
Lan Li: "!!!"
The audience in the live stream were also stunned by Hua Cheng's beauty.
In its early years, Yuncheng Technology invested heavily in marketing its boss's good looks to quickly gain brand recognition, making Hua Cheng a celebrity entrepreneur. Now, whenever he appears in a live stream, the comments section, which was previously slow to scroll, immediately fills up.
"No, is this Hua Cheng? He's so handsome!"
"Upstairs, our CEO Hua has always been very handsome."
"He's handsome, but he used to look like the older brother, now he looks like the younger brother. It's so strange. Could he have had plastic surgery?"
"Don't make malicious attacks, or we'll sue you for defamation. Your face hasn't changed at all, what did you do?"
"No, she hasn't changed at all, she's just in better shape. You really can't tell that she's already in her thirties."
Liu Zhuang silently watched the rapidly scrolling comments on the TV screen, somewhat afraid to look at the person next to him.
Hua Cheng stared at the TV quietly for a while, then suddenly chuckled.
Liu Zhuang shuddered at his laughter and dared not turn his head away.
But Hua Cheng would cling to him like a ghost: "Fatty..."
Liu Zhuang swallowed hard. "W-what's wrong?"
"Is he much better looking than me?" Hua Cheng asked quietly.
Now Liu Zhuang couldn't hide anymore, so he could only turn his head and pretend to look at it carefully before saying, "Absolutely not."
"Really?" Hua Cheng frowned.
Liu Zhuang nodded vigorously: "Really!"
In fact, he thinks Hua Cheng looks better now.
Hua Yu is also beautiful, younger, and has clearer eyes. Even when dressed up in a more mature style, she still has a flower-like beauty.
Hua Cheng is like a tree, steady, reliable, and resolute. Although his eyebrows and facial features are exactly the same as Hua Yu's, he has his own unique flavor bestowed by the years.
Hua Cheng could tell that he genuinely felt that way, so he didn't press the matter further.
“The audience for live streams is much younger, probably mostly teenagers or young adults. It’s perfectly normal for people of that age to think that 20-year-old Hua Yu is prettier than 32-year-old Hua Cheng,” Liu Zhuang added, offering a few more words of comfort.
Hua Cheng pursed his lips, and as he looked at the TV again, a reporter suddenly spoke up: "Yuncheng Technology recently launched the Yicai project. Consumers say the vegetables are fresh and cheap, even more cost-effective than going to the market. But we don't know how long this situation can last. In the long run, will there be problems such as exploiting merchants or a decline in the quality of vegetables? Mr. Hua, would you like to answer the consumers' questions here?"
This media outlet has had a long-standing partnership with Yuncheng Technology, and the reporter's sudden question was actually intended to help promote the new project.
but.
The person he's asking now is Hua Yu.
Liu Zhuang's heart jumped, and Lan Li's face went numb with embarrassment. She clicked "exit" again.
On the television, Hua Yu stood tall and straight beside Yun Jin, her expression unchanged.
Hua Cheng opened his phone and tapped on a phone number.
This is the number of the organizer of this charity gala, and also the person Huacheng has been contacting.
Upon learning of the red carpet segment, Hua Cheng immediately sent a message saying that he might have to temporarily cut off the live stream later.
Although the other party didn't know why, they agreed without hesitation because of their long-standing friendship.
Now, as long as he makes this call, the live stream can be cut off, solving the problem directly at its source.
Hua Cheng breathed a sigh of relief and was about to dial the number when the person on TV suddenly spoke up.
"Yicai is our Yuncheng Technology's most important project for the second half of the year, aiming to help more vegetable farmers reduce intermediate links and deliver affordable, fresh vegetables to consumers..."
Hua Cheng paused, looked up at the TV, and Liu Zhuang also sat down silently.
“Although the stall fees at the farmers’ market are not high, they still exist. There are also first-level and second-level distributors, which are distributed layer by layer, and in the end, all the costs are passed on to the consumers. But our Yicai project buys directly from the farmers…”
On television, Hua Yu spoke slowly but clearly.
Yun Jin glanced at him with considerable surprise.
After the reporter asked the question, she was prepared to answer it for him, but unexpectedly he suddenly squeezed her fingers and began to respond.
And the response was so good.
In the ward, Hua Cheng sat quietly until Yun Jin and Hua Yu entered the scene and another entrepreneur arrived on the red carpet. Only then did he silently get up and change into his pajamas.
The imagined red carpet crisis didn't happen, and Liu Zhuang breathed a sigh of relief. But the next second, he noticed that the atmosphere in the room was a bit off.
Hua Cheng's phone, which was lying on the bed, was still lit up. Liu Zhuang glanced at it, and just then, a message popped up from the person in charge of the banquet, asking whether they should cut off the live stream.
Liu Zhuang chuckled and said, "So you already had a backup plan in mind? Why didn't you say so earlier? You made me so worried."
Hua Cheng changed his clothes and returned to bed, his lowered eyebrows and indifferent expression, like a sculpture without emotion.
Liu Zhuang's eyelids twitched, and he couldn't help but ask, "What's wrong with you?"
"I'm a little sad," Hua Cheng said honestly.
Liu Zhuang asked, puzzled, "Why?"
Shouldn't we be happy that we've weathered the crisis successfully?
Hua Cheng glanced at him, unsure how to explain.
Perhaps it's because... he originally wanted to prove that he was the only one qualified to stand by Yun Jin's side, but he found that it wasn't.
Hua Cheng looked at the moon outside the window; it was crescent-shaped, not very bright, but unique.
At the charity gala, after taking her seat, Yun Jin looked at Hua Yu with interest.
Hua Yu confessed, "Before I came here, I looked at the documents you left on the table."
"Well done," Yun Jin praised.
Hua Yu's cheeks immediately flushed red.
"Oh my, is this our CEO Hua?" A woman in her forties walked over, hugged Yun Jin with a smile, and teased Hua Yu, "How come you're getting more and more handsome? Your face is so tender. Did you secretly get some cosmetic surgery behind my back?"
Although Hua Yu had brought a lot of information and the history of Yun Cheng's rise to power with her, she was still as unfamiliar with interpersonal relationships as ever. Upon hearing this, she subconsciously looked at Yun Jin.
Yun Jin smiled and said, "He's not feeling well today, so please don't tease him, Sister Li."
"Are you sick?" the woman asked in surprise.
Yun Jin: "Yeah, I have a bit of a cold."
"Then... drink more hot water?"
Hua Yu's lips twitched, and she silently picked up the hot water cup.
The woman chatted for a few more minutes before turning and leaving.
As soon as she left, other people came. Hua Yu focused on playing the role of a patient trying to support her friend, watching Yun Jin move between tables with a wine glass in her hand.
"Dude, you're sick?" A strange man suddenly appeared and casually put his arm around Hua Yu's shoulder.
Yun Jin, who was three tables away, glanced at Hua Yu, then continued exchanging pleasantries with others.
Hua Yu dislikes physical contact, but judging from Yun Jin's reaction, she knows that she and Yun Jin are probably familiar with each other, and that Yun Jin has no ill intentions.
He forced himself to nod, despite his discomfort: "Yes, I'm sick."
"What illness do you have? Why do you look so listless?" the other person asked curiously.
Hua Yu: "I have a cold."
The other person silently took a step back.
Hua Yufu's inspiration struck: "Contagious."
The other party backed down a lot: "Then you're really being inconsiderate, spreading the virus while you have a contagious cold."
Hua Yu smiled faintly.
“I notice you’re a little different today,” the other person leaned closer, “Why do you seem a little unfamiliar?”
Hua Yu looked up: "Where does it feel unfamiliar?"
“You didn’t even try to help Yun Jin fend off the drinks,” he said.
Hua Yu was taken aback and looked up at Yun Jin, just in time to see her drink the wine in her cup in one gulp.
So, is it really necessary to refuse drinks in situations like this?
He was about to stand up when the man held him down.
"Forget it, you'd better not go," the man shook his head. "Why would you drink if you're sick?"
After saying that, the man left.
Hua Yu stared intently at Yun Jin, who, noticing his gaze, quickly looked away and asked, "What's wrong?"
"Should I help you fend off the drinks?" Hua Yu asked directly.
Yun Jin paused for a moment, then chuckled, "No need."
Hua Yu frowned slightly: "Really?"
"Yes, really." No one dared to force her to drink today; she only drank a few more glasses because she was happy to see so many old friends.
Yun Jin explained in a low voice. Hua Yu stared blankly at the pearls dangling from her earlobe, wondering if Hua Cheng would be here and could directly determine whether Yun Jin needed to drink more without even asking.
Seeing that he was not speaking, Yun Jin patted his shoulder reassuringly and continued chatting.
This was a side of Yun Jin he had never seen before. She was adept at handling different people, wearing different masks, and even laughing heartily.
Hua Yu found her cute, novel, and unfamiliar, and then wondered if Hua Cheng would feel the same way.
Probably not. He's been involved with her for many years and knows every side of her well.
In fact, many aspects of her personality developed during her time with him. Just like Hua Cheng at 32, there are many differences between him and Hua Cheng at 20. It's hard to say whether those differences are due to natural growth or being changed by her lover.
Hua Yu snatched Hua Cheng's clothes, which gave him the opportunity to be alone with Yun Jin. He was initially happy, but he couldn't help thinking about Hua Cheng and comparing himself to him, which made him feel inexplicably depressed.
His seat faced a large floor-to-ceiling window, from which he could clearly see the moon in the sky.
The moon was crescent-shaped, its light was weak, and it was the only one there.
The banquet ended quickly. Yun Jin returned to their bridal chamber, and Hua Yu returned to the hospital. After they got into the car, Yun Jin asked the driver to take Hua Yu first.
They walked back in silence. Yun Jin closed her eyes to rest, while Hua Yu quietly looked at the moon outside the window.
The van arrived at the hospital entrance quickly, and just as it was about to drive in, Hua Yu told the driver to stop.
Yun Jin opened her eyes, her gaze flowing towards him like water.
"I can walk back, you should get some rest," Hua Yu said.
Yun Jin looked at him without saying a word.
Hua Yu pursed her lips and was about to open the car door when her arm was suddenly grabbed.
He paused, then turned back, puzzled. "What's wrong?"
"I took you to the dinner party hoping it would cheer you up, but you seem even more depressed?"
Yun Jin asked casually, but Hua Yu's Adam's apple trembled, and she had to use all her strength to suppress her emotions.
Those emotions were too shameful to discuss openly, and he didn't want to tell Yun Jin about them. After a long silence, he asked in a hoarse voice, "Can you... kiss me?"
Yun Jin chuckled, cupped his face, and kissed him.
Hua Yu felt a little better.
The problems weighing on his mind couldn't be solved with just a kiss, but after being kissed by Yun Jin, he felt that there was still hope in life.
"Good night," he said.
"Good night," Yun Jin replied.
Hua Yu got out of the car and walked into the hospital under the bright streetlights.
Although he is the same person as Hua Cheng, the suit Hua Cheng wore did not fit him as well, and their auras did not match.
Hua Yu felt too stuffy, so she took off her coat and walked forward wearily.
"Didn't we win tonight? Why aren't you happy?"
Hua Cheng's voice suddenly rang out, and Hua Yu stopped, looking coldly at the person in front of her.
Hua Cheng scoffed, a hint of condescension in his eyes: "Do you find Yun Jin in social situations unfamiliar, completely different from the person you know? The closer you get to my life, the more you feel that it's an unattainable dream, a world you can't reach or integrate into right now?"
A small arrow pierced Hua Yu's heart with pinpoint accuracy. His breath trembled, and he asked defiantly, "And you? Have you suddenly realized that you're not so great after all? I can stand firmly in that position next to Yun Jin, just as well?"
After piercing the flower bushes, the little arrow returned to Huacheng.
Hua Cheng laughed and cursed, then strode toward him, stopping two steps away.
The two exchanged a glance, and Hua Cheng suddenly grabbed Hua Yu's hair.
Hua Yu: "?"
“I’ll pick your scars off,” Hua Cheng said.
Hua Yu laughed and shook his head.
Hua Cheng: "?"
I'll shake your tumor off!
Hua Cheng: "..."
After much deliberation, Yun Jin decided to visit the hospital. She quietly closed the car window and called Liu Zhuang: "Brother Pang."
"What's wrong, Xiao Yunjin?" Liu Zhuang asked with a smile.
Yun Jin: "Are you in the hospital?"
Liu Zhuang: "I'm here."
Yun Jin: "Come down here."
Liu Zhuang asked, puzzled, "What are we going down there for?"
Yun Jin: "Get down first."
"Okay." Fearing something might happen, Liu Zhuang quickly went downstairs.
Yun Jin looked at the driver: "Let's go quickly."
The driver was puzzled, but immediately stepped on the gas.
A minute later, Liu Zhuang, who had been trying to break up the fight, sighed, "Yun Jin, you've gotten me into trouble again!"
