The hurried, almost impatient pace made the people behind him exchange bewildered glances, almost wanting to laugh, but they didn't linger any longer and followed quickly.
As soon as they entered the villa, the aroma of food wafted over, making their stomachs rumble.
"You're back? Go wash your hands, dinner's ready!" Grandma Gu came out of the kitchen carrying the last dish and greeted them with a smile as they returned.
"Okay!" Milair responded first, then picked up Gu An'an and headed towards the bathroom.
Gu Xinyan and the others followed behind. After they washed their hands, they came to the living room and found that the table was already full of various dishes.
The air was filled with the aroma of food, both meat and vegetables, a feast for the eyes and the palate, making one's mouth water. And just as Gu Xinyan had said, the quantity was indeed quite large.
"Grandma Gu, did you make all of this? It looks so delicious! It smells so good!"
Milair placed Gu An'an on a chair, then sat down beside her, her eyes fixed on the food on the table. She swallowed hard and spoke impatiently.
"Hahaha, Grandma made all of this. You must be starving. Come on, start eating! Don't just stand there and watch!" Grandma Gu said with a smile.
"Yes, yes, everyone, hurry up and eat while it's hot! We're all family, don't be shy!" Gu Xinyan served herself a big bowl of rice and smiled at the others.
"Of course I won't feel awkward, Grandma Gu's cooking is excellent! I'm going to eat a lot later, I've been craving this for so long!" Li Chendong replied loudly, holding his bowl.
Hearing this, Grandma Gu was in a very good mood. She loved the lively atmosphere and couldn't help but laugh.

For a moment, the entire villa was filled with laughter and chatter, and was quite lively, with shouts from Miler and Gu An'an from time to time.
The meal lasted until it was completely dark before it ended, and then Lu Yunting and the other two went home.
After all, they are all from the dimensional department now. When they are not on missions, they are usually taking various courses and training, so they don't have time to go home.
