The sounds outside the door faded away. Without Jiang You pushing him, Shen Yi'an got out of bed first. He always knew how to use the phrase "retreat to advance".
Before he could think it through, he saw Jiang You get up from the bed and, before she could say anything, he knelt down in front of her with a thud, pitifully saying, "I kissed you without your permission, but I really didn't know what was going on. Shen Yi'an knelt down and approached her, holding her hand and lowering himself very low, but his face showed a bit of a rogue.

Hearing the panicked and incredulous voices behind him, Jiang You quickened his pace and walked towards another room.
Lin Yu sat cross-legged on the bed, his gray eyes fixed on the phone screen. After looking at it for a while, he didn't see Shen Yi'an. Did that mean he had successfully climbed into Jiang You's bed?
He twitched his fingers, a sharp pain shooting through his chest. He turned off the light, lay down on the bed, and kept his eyes open.
With a creak, the door opened, followed by a blinding white light. Lin Yu squinted, and after a second, his eyes adjusted before he looked at the doorway, his pupils shrinking slightly.
Jiang You strode towards Lin Yu. Seeing his bewildered expression, she stopped by the bedside, blushing, and whispered, "I'm sorry."
After saying that, she threw off the covers and climbed in next to Lin Yu.
Their bare skin touched, and the two froze instantly. Jiang You was extremely embarrassed, but a sharp cracking sound from beside the bed interrupted her awkwardness.
