Lunchtime.
On the rooftop of a building, everyone sat together on a clean and tidy picnic blanket, forming a circle. They enjoyed the beautiful view from the high vantage point while preparing to enjoy the most wonderful and delicious lunch after their tiring day.
Lorraine took out a large, luxurious lunchbox with seven layers from her savings ring.
Two layers of rice, five layers of special Dongda cuisine, a feast for the eyes, nose, and palate.
Lorraine even prepared a large pressure cooker full of red date and white fungus soup for everyone to enjoy.
"Wow, this is way too lavish!!!"
Wu Tina sat to Lorraine's left, looking at the huge table full of food. She was so overwhelmed by the sight that she could hardly eat anything.
The spot on the right was snatched up by the cunning Magenta. She raised a friendly smile and said, "Since we're all good friends now, Tina, don't be shy. Make yourself at home. These were all made by Brother Lin himself. Look... they're still warm, just like when they came out of the pot."
"Waaah, someone like me is so incredibly lucky to one day be able to sit down and have lunch with magical girls!"
Given that Wu Tina had already almost fainted from excitement once before.
Lorraine quickly supported her waist, reminding her to calm down and not to faint on the spot.
Wu Tina blushed with embarrassment.

"Alright, everyone's been working hard all morning, you must be starving, so eat to your heart's content."

Just as it was excitedly preparing to serve rice and pick up braised pork, it suddenly felt its feet dangling in the air. When it looked up, it realized that Old Lin had grabbed it by the back of the neck and lifted it up.
Lorraine looked at it and asked in confusion.
"Waz, what are you still doing here?"
"Huh?"
"I asked you what you're still doing here."
"I...I'm eating, hehehe~"
"Are you eating?"
"Yes."
"Did you pay? You just came here to freeload a meal."
"What, I have to pay more?"
"What... you go to a restaurant and don't pay?"
"Old Lin, aren't we best friends?"
"Not paying you wages and making me work for free every day is one thing, but now you want to freeload off my meager food allowance? Waz, that's not how you take advantage of others. Pay up now, or you won't eat."
"How could this happen!"
Waz wailed, but when he reached into his pockets... no, he didn't have any pockets. "Old Lin, I have no money."
"No money, no food."
"Waaah, Lao Lin, how can you bear to watch me starve?"
As he spoke.
Waz's big, bright eyes glistened with pitiful tears as he pleaded with Lorraine in front of him in an incredibly cute way.
To everyone's surprise, Lorraine wasn't buying it at all.
"Go to the bank and ask the staff to take pity on me and let me into the vault to be a gold miner for free. What do you think?"
"Old Lin~, I know you're the best~"
"Being cute won't work, just stay out of the way."
"Eh!!!"

Waz was left standing there, watching helplessly as Lorraine, Butina, Magenta, Azure, and Sulfur served themselves rice, vegetables, and sweet soup, thoroughly enjoying themselves.
Meanwhile, it could only endure its rumbling stomach and the glistening tears that rolled in and out, on the verge of bursting into tears.
Wu Tina couldn't bear it, after all, in her eyes, Waz was different from that evil Venus. Waz looked more like a cute mascot of a proper magical girl.
Kind and gentle.
She first looked at Lorraine, then at Azure sitting on the other side, and asked in a low voice, "Um... Miss Azure."
Azure was taken aback at first when she was approached, but then smiled in response.
"Just call me Azure."
"Hey, really?"
"We're friends now, aren't we?"
"Waaah, Azure is so gentle, kind and virtuous. No wonder she's a popular magical girl."
"Haha, Wu Tina, you're exaggerating."
“Um… Miss Waz, is it really okay to just leave it there like that? It looks so pitiful.”
Wu Tina originally wanted to persuade Bilan to go with her and plead with Lorraine.
Who knew?
Azure chuckled and comforted him instead, "It's alright. Don't be fooled by Lorraine's cruelty; he'll definitely eat it in the end. Although the delayed wages will certainly upset Lorraine, he won't hold a grudge against Waz for it."
As expected.
Just a few minutes into lunch, Lorraine glanced at Vaz's pitiful expression, which resembled that of an abandoned puppy, and finally sighed.
He put down his bowl and chopsticks and reached out to pick up Watts.
The latter's face lit up with joy when he saw that he had relented.
"Old Lin, sob sob, I knew it... You're so kind, you would never do something so heartless."
"Hey, I haven't even said anything yet, and you're already thanking me."
"Just let me have a bite, Lao Lin, please."
"I can let you eat, but you'll have to pay on credit. It'll be deducted from your salary later, understand?"
"Eh!!!"
