Chapter 99 Stop Being So Reckless

The two instantly closed the distance to zero, startling Lorraine so much that she almost dropped the spatula in her hand.

"My God, Xiaoye, what are you doing!"

"Hey, no... didn't you tell me to hold on tight to you and not go anywhere?"

"I didn't ask you to hold me!"

"ah?"

When the water goddess Xiaoye came to her senses, she was still hugging him from behind, and her face buried in Lorraine's back showed no sign of moving away.

She said somewhat guiltily, trying to sound tough, "Isn't it all the same anyway? I can't see anything, can't you be a little understanding?"

"Damn it, fine, fine... you want to play like this? Fine, then you can hug me however you want!"

"Huh? Really?!"

"Uh, no..."

"You said it yourself."

"I was just saying that in anger."

"I don't care about any angry words... Aren't you a great cook? Then just keep doing this until dinner is all finished."

"Let me go."

"Hey, the food's going to burn!"

"What? Holy crap!"

In his haste to protest, Lorraine nearly burned the food in the pot, which startled him so much that his heart pounded.

Cooking was the priority, and he was too lazy to continue fooling around with this guy.

That's how I made dinner, carrying this burden with me.

It gave him a strange sense of déjà vu, like someone staying at home taking care of a child.

He was still a naughty child.
