Chapter 20 Six-Eyed Demon Spider
Ye Luo carefully observed her surroundings. Based on the usual pattern in the original story, even a few spiritual fruits were guarded by demonic beasts. How could such a treasure be obtained so easily?
If it were that easy to obtain, wouldn't the major sects who create the drawings have already taken them?
"Fifth Senior Brother, you should retreat immediately!" Ye Luo held a Fiery Talisman between her fingers, ready to attack at any moment.
Seeing this, Cen Feng immediately released his puppets and had them assume defensive stances. "Junior brother, is something wrong? They look perfectly normal to me!"

The two were startled and looked up to see a giant spider lurking on the cave floor, staring at them with six eerie green eyes.
"Six-Eyed Demon Spider!" Cen Feng exclaimed.
"Is this thing really that powerful?"
“A level two demonic beast, of course it’s powerful!” Cen Feng carefully observed the Six-Eyed Demon Spider and said, “It seems to have a pair of small eyes on its head, and it looks like it’s about to advance to level three. I don’t think I can beat it!”
"Uh... Shall we go?"
No sooner had Ye Luo finished speaking than a six-eyed demon spider jumped down from above with a "bang," blocking their escape route.

The giant spider legs slammed against the protective shield, and fine cracks began to appear. Seeing this, Ye Luo quickly opened the second defensive array box and seamlessly replaced the damaged array.
"Roar—!" The Six-Eyed Demon Spider roared, glaring at Ye Luo as if it wanted to tear him to pieces.
Seeing this, Ye Luo's heart trembled. She reached out and pinched the sleeping Yin Bao in her arms, but found that he showed no sign of waking up. She couldn't help but curse inwardly.
"Hehe, Brother Spider, how about we make a deal? You can give us that spirit shrine box, okay? We won't fight anymore, alright?"
Upon hearing this, the Six-Eyed Demon Spider opened its blood-red maw and roared at Ye Luo again, making him tremble in fright.
"Hey! You dare scare my junior brother? I'll beat you to death!"
Cen Feng manipulated the puppets to enhance their attacks, and the demonic spider howled in pain, crawling upwards towards the top of the cave to avoid the puppets' attacks.

Suddenly, the six-eyed spider's blood-red pupils trembled, and it inexplicably stopped its attack, lowering its head to sniff the bloodstains dripping from the night lake on the ground.
Seeing this, Ye Luo looked bewildered, but she didn't have time to think much and ran towards the relatively narrow passageway.
When the Six-Eyed Spider realized what was happening, its blood-red giant eyes looked in the direction he had fled, and it chased after him with bloodthirsty excitement.
Seeing this, Cen Feng's heart tightened. He put away his puppet and chased after them, shouting, "You dead spider, how dare you ignore me?!"
