On the other side, there was the same battlefield, perhaps not as grand, but certainly no less brutal. A young man in a dark blue robe with thick, flowing black hair carried a large flag and headed towards the south wall of the city.
Wei Jie, dressed in full armor, sat on the city wall, having prepared in advance. His eyes were like those of an eagle, and anyone who met his gaze felt terrified and lowered their head.
Annan, a trusted confidant, stood to the side with his hand on his sword. He saw the young man carrying a large banner galloping toward them in the distance. After he had a clearer understanding of the situation, he approached Wei Jie and whispered something to him.
"Let him come closer."
The health department seemed to have anticipated this, and Annan also ordered the city defense troops, who had already drawn their bows and arrows, to lower them, allowing the young man in the distance to approach.

"Today, the city is rife with bandits who have harmed and robbed civilians. As the defenders of the city, we must protect our people. The Mu family are also citizens of Qingmang... Release them!"
"Let me ask you, if you do not return from this journey, will you regret it?"
