Chapter 110 Swift Sand Cat

Chen Zhou had originally planned to sleep on the ground, but he was so captivated by the stars in the sky that he forgot all about sleepiness.

For some reason, when Chen Zhou saw the starry sky, the true essence of his first-level pupil technique was activated. A wisp of star filled Chen Zhou's eyes, as if all the stars in the sky had been hidden in Chen Zhou's eyes.

Chen Zhou felt that he had a more thorough understanding of the true meaning of his first-level pupil technique, and that the power of the Starry Eye, the true meaning of his first-level pupil technique, had been subtly enhanced.

It was because of the enhanced power of his pupil technique that Chen Zhou accidentally saw a huge figure behind a boulder not far from him.

What is that?

Chen Zhou couldn't help but feel very curious, so he immediately stared intently at the boulder, not daring to let his gaze move even slightly.

With the enhancement of his pupil technique, Chen Zhou could clearly see a figure behind the boulder through the darkness, but due to the limitation of his vision, he could not make out what it was.

Chen Zhou could only vaguely sense that there was something behind that boulder.

Moreover, it was a living thing, and Chen Zhou sensed it closely and seemed to detect a powerful aura.

This aura is even stronger than mine.

Damn it, could it be another powerful spirit beast?

Chen Zhou couldn't help but mutter to himself, "How long have I been away from that Great Wilderness Python? How come another spirit beast has come knocking on my door?"

“This is quite common. There are many spirit beasts in this central desert, and since you didn’t conceal your aura, it’s understandable that you attracted them,” Elder Ren said at this moment.

Chen Zhou then realized that he had been using his inner energy to shield himself from the sun all day.

Could it be because of this?

If that's the reason, then this spirit beast must have been chasing me for a long time, but just hasn't attacked yet.

"What is that thing there? Why is it following me and not coming out?" Chen Zhou immediately stood up from the bed sheet he had made and said loudly.

As if it had heard Chen Zhou's words, the huge figure immediately emerged slowly from behind the boulder and appeared in Chen Zhou's sight.

This was a huge reptilian spirit beast. When Chen Zhou first saw it, he couldn't name it for a moment, as he had never seen such a spirit beast before.

“The Swift Sand Cat, an agile spirit beast that lives in the desert,” Ren Lao suddenly said.

Hearing what Elder Ren said, Chen Zhou gradually realized that this spirit beast seemed to resemble a cat.

The Swift Dune Cat is very large, standing over two meters tall, and has a robust build. Its body is covered with dense, vertical spikes, and it has a pair of deep-set eyes on its head, wearing a tattered straw hat.

This straw hat is clearly made by humans; it already has four or five holes in it.

It seems this Swift Sand Cat has been wearing this straw hat for quite some time; the yellow parts on it have gradually turned gray.

"Hoo hoo hoo... Roar roar roar..." The Swift Dune Cat seemed to growl in a low voice, sounding somewhat angry.

I was actually discovered by this human?

The Swift Sand Cat has always prided itself on its stealth and deadly strikes, and this seems to be the first time it has been caught in human form.

This human is quite interesting.

“The Swift Sand Cat is known for its speed and excellent stealth. You were able to find it entirely because you activated your eye technique, and the stars just now further enhanced the essence of your first level of eye technique. It was under these conditions that you were able to find it,” Elder Ren continued.

Chen Zhou nodded. If he hadn't seen the starry sky and accidentally activated his pupil technique, which also caused his Starry Eye to evolve, he would have had a hard time finding the Swift Sand Cat.

"So that means it's planning to ambush me?" Chen Zhou said normally, neither amplifying nor deliberately lowering his voice, just loud enough for the Swift Sand Cat to hear.

Moreover, the Swift Sand Cat is already a level six spirit beast, capable of understanding human languages.

They intercepted many humans along the way. The Swift Sand Cat had learned many human languages, but because it had not yet reached the transformation stage, it was unable to speak.

"That's right, the Swift Sand Cat's strength lies in surprise attacks."

"Judging from its expression, it must be very angry because you found it."

"That's what Elder Ren said."

That's right. The Swift Sand Cat is now furious and determined to kill the human in front of it.

"Roar..." Without any hesitation, the Swift Sand Cat roared and attacked Chen Zhou.

Chen Zhou had no intention of engaging in a prolonged battle with the swift sand dune cat. In an instant, he set up the Dragon-Trapping Formation right in front of him.

The Swift Sand Cat was incredibly fast, and just as it entered the location of the Dragon-Trapping Formation, Chen Zhou had already set it up. The Swift Sand Cat was trapped by Chen Zhou as soon as it attacked.

The Swift Sand Cat, at level six, possessed strength at least equivalent to, or even greater than, that of a human at the Fusion stage. Yet, it was imprisoned by Chen Zhou, and no matter how it attacked, it could not break through the dragon-headed cage.

With the Swift Sand Cat trapped, everything became much easier. The Swift Sand Cat was now furious and embarrassed. It had followed the Sand Cat for so long, only to kill it in one fell swoop, and now it had been caught red-handed and was trapped by a mere Foundation Establishment stage human!

"The Swift Sand Cat has low defense! Let it see how humans can kill it instantly!" Old Ren said excitedly.

Chen Zhou nodded. Since you want to kill me instantly, then I'll let you experience what it's like to be instantly killed.

"Sizzle sizzle..."

The Crimson Dragon Formation quickly appeared at the feet of the Swift Sand Cat, and a small lava pool soon emerged, with fireballs attacking the Swift Sand Cat one after another.
