"Why haven't we encountered any new dangers for so long?" Chen Zhou asked. They had been on their way for quite some time and hadn't seen any dangers ahead. Had something gone wrong?
"It's good that nothing's wrong. Let's keep crawling. It's best to get through this teleportation tunnel as soon as possible. Do you really want any danger?" the middle-aged merchant said slowly.
The more the middle-aged vendor said this, the more uneasy Chen Zhou felt. He always felt that the previous two attacks were not far apart, but this attack had been going on for so long and hadn't come out yet.
"Does this mean we're about to leave this teleportation portal?" Chen Zhou asked.
The middle-aged merchant could gauge the distance of the teleportation portal. Just as Chen Zhou was wondering when the next attack would occur, a series of banging sounds suddenly came from ahead.

The sound was unlike any other sound; it was more like a series of footsteps.
"That's footsteps," Chen Zhou asked. The ground in the teleportation tunnel was so slippery that it was impossible to walk on it, so how could there be footsteps?
"It just sounds like footsteps, probably not real footsteps," the middle-aged vendor said. In a place like this, there's probably no one else but them; how could there possibly be footsteps?
