After actually putting on the combat armor, Chen Zhou realized that it was actually a bit heavier and felt somewhat oppressive on his body. Moreover, Chen Zhou could clearly feel the temperature of the combat armor!
The battle armor still retained some warmth, a result of the heat it had left after these people rushed through Chen Zhou's wall of fire.
Chen Zhou continued to clearly sense the usefulness of this combat armor. After a while, Chen Zhou immediately looked at everyone present.
"Now that I've obtained this combat armor, and my goal has been achieved, you people should leave immediately," Chen Zhou said coldly, looking at them.
After saying that, Chen Zhou immediately walked straight towards Yuan Ziyi.
Walking up to Yuan Ziyi, Chen Zhou said, "Let's go. Otherwise we won't make it before noon."
Hearing Chen Zhou's words, Yuan Ziyi didn't quite understand. These people were still surrounding them, so how could they leave now? But Yuan Ziyi didn't say anything and simply followed Chen Zhou to leave.
Chen Zhou strode forward, with Yuan Ziyi following closely behind. Chen Zhou seemed oblivious to everyone around him, as if he didn't even see them.
They were prepared to walk right through those people and leave.
"Are you just going to leave like this?" Yuan Ziyi's heart was pounding with anxiety. Was Chen Zhou really going to leave right now?
"Otherwise what?" Chen Zhou retorted directly. Chen Zhou's bewildered expression led Yuan Ziyi to believe that Chen Zhou truly didn't take those people seriously.
"What? You took what I gave you, and you're just going to leave like this?" the burly leader finally asked.
The leaders' men immediately took a few steps around Chen Zhou, tightening the encirclement.
"Oh, right. I forgot to thank you for the armor."
