After the loud bang, a large section of the taxi's hood was dented.
White smoke rose up.
The driver in the driver's seat was knocked unconscious by the violent impact.

Qin Huai took out his phone and dialed the emergency number, then looked towards the bar entrance.
There stood a burly man, the one Qin Huai had called "Seventh Brother" earlier.
Seeing Qin Huai staring at him, Seventh Brother's expression shifted, and he seemed somewhat guilty. He then turned and went into the bar.
Qin Huai sneered inwardly.
SEVEN Bar is owned by Ye Jingya.
Black Wolf is Ye Jingya's right-hand man.
Seventh Brother is under Black Wolf's command.
It's obvious who tipped off Black Wolf.
Remember this grudge for now; pursuing the Fierce Blade is the priority.
Qin Huai strode to another taxi, and under the driver's stunned expression, got into the back seat: "Driver, take the ride."
"I...you..."
Qin Huai said in a deep voice, "Drive!"
"Okay, okay..."
The driver was startled, fearing he might anger Qin Huai, and quickly drove away.
Qin Huai looked at the map that his glasses had synced to his phone and said, "Go to Xinglong Road."
"Oh... handsome, you're bleeding from your head. Should I take you to the hospital first?"
"No need, it's just a minor injury. Do you have any tissues?"

The driver handed the tissue to Qin Huai and drove in silence the whole way, not daring to say a word.

After returning to her bedroom, Lu Qingxue didn't actually go to sleep. Instead, she took Qin Huai's pair of original designer replica shoes from the door and went to the bathroom.
"It stinks."
Lu Qingxue looked disgusted, turned on the tap, soaked the shoes, added some cleaning solution specifically for washing underwear, and then scrubbed them little by little with a brush.
Halfway through washing the shoes, Lu Qingxue suddenly stopped and muttered to herself, "Why would I wash this slut's shoes? What a waste of time!"
He muttered something under his breath, but his hands didn't stop moving.
Even she herself didn't realize that Qin Huai, that despicable and scoundrel who made her grit her teeth countless times, had unknowingly and forcefully barged into her heart, leaving an indelible shadow.
