Chapter 119 I really have no money!

The two bodyguards were so frightened that they turned pale and almost ran away on the spot.

The doctors and nurses finally rushed over and took Xiao Jibo to the emergency room.

Xiao Jibo was not in any immediate danger, but after Qin Huai's actions, it's uncertain whether he can survive.

Qin Huai sat on a chair outside the emergency room, his face filled with remorse and regret. He clutched his hair, his eyes red: "Brother! My brother! It's all my fault!"

Two bodyguards stood guard over Qin Huai, afraid that he would escape.

"Bodyguards, don't worry, this is my fault. I'll take responsibility for my actions and I definitely won't implicate you," Qin Huai reassured him.

The bodyguards exchanged a glance and silently thanked Qin Huai's entire family.

Xiao Jibo had been in the emergency room for almost half an hour, and the light outside the door remained on.

The sound of hurried, chaotic footsteps rose and fell, approaching from afar.

A middle-aged couple arrived with a group of bodyguards.

It was Xiao Jibo's parents, Leng Qiao'er and Xiao Jianhe.

"How is Jibo? I'm asking you! How is he? You two good-for-nothings, how did you protect my son? Tell me!"

Leng Qiao'er's face was still streaked with tears, and she was filled with ferocity and anger. She grabbed the two bodyguards and slapped them twice.

Qin Huai quickly stood up, his face sincere: "Auntie, please don't make things difficult for them. It's all my fault. Don't worry, it was just a head injury. Ji Bo will definitely be fine."

"Where did you come from, you little punk? Who gave you the right to speak here?"

Leng Qiao'er glared at Qin Huai, took two steps forward, and raised her hand to strike.

Qin Huai reached out and pinched Leng Qiao'er's wrist, using a slight, skillful force.

A look of pain appeared on Leng Qiao'er's face.

"Hey! You little punk, let go! Let go now!"

A group of bodyguards immediately rushed to the rescue.

"stop!"

Xiao Jianhe loudly stopped the bodyguards, stepped forward steadily, looked Qin Huai carefully for a moment, and forced a smile on his gloomy face: "I am Xiao Jianhe, the father of Xiao Jibo. Why should Young Master Qin bother with a woman with long hair and short brains?"

Qin Huai gave a thumbs up: "Uncle Xiao's name is really good. Just like Xiao Jibo, it sounds very profound. He really has a deep background."

Xiao Jianhe frowned slightly, still not quite understanding what was happening, when Leng Qiao'er, writhing in pain, screamed with red eyes, "You bastard! Let go! I won't let you get away with this!"

"Shut up!"

Xiao Jianhe shouted angrily, then looked at Qin Huai again: "Young Master Qin, can you let go first? Let's talk this out."

His voice trembled slightly.

His son was in critical condition in the emergency room, and his wife was being bullied right in front of him.

But I can't take action.

It's really frustrating.

Qin Huai then let go and said sincerely to Xiao Jianhe, "Uncle Xiao, Auntie was just anxious for a moment, I won't hold it against her."

Leng Qiao'er clutched her wrist and yelled, "You bastards, what are you standing there for? Beat him! Beat him to death!"

Snap!

Xiao Jianhe slapped Leng Qiao'er across the face.

The crisp sound of a slap echoed through the corridor.

Leng Qiao'er was stunned by the beating.

Covering her burning cheek, she looked at Xiao Jianhe in disbelief: "You...you actually hit me?"

"Get out of my way!" Xiao Jianhe shouted angrily.

Leng Qiao'er screamed hysterically, "Xiao Jianhe! Are you even a man? He caused my son to end up in the emergency room, and he even harassed me in front of you! Instead of disciplining him, you hit me!"

"No, no!"

Qin Huai's expression changed drastically, and he waved his hands repeatedly: "I didn't do anything to you! Don't slander me!"

Snap!

Another resounding slap.

Leng Qiao'er was slapped so hard she staggered and almost fell to the ground.

Qin Huai clicked his tongue inwardly.

Xiao Jianhe is ruthless; he hit so hard that there was no acting involved at all.

"Get back in your car! If you cause any more trouble, I won't let you off the hook!" Xiao Jianhe's face was as black as the bottom of a pot.

"I...I'm going back to tell my dad!"

Leng Qiao'er burst into tears and ran away.

As she ran, her high heels twisted, and she fell to the ground, crying even more heartbreakingly.

If you listen with your eyes closed, it feels like you're being swung around.

Xiao Jianhe took a deep breath and yelled at the bodyguards, "Are you all dead? Hurry up and help Madam up!"

Two bodyguards quickly ran over and helped Leng Qiao'er up.

Leng Qiao'er slapped the bodyguard in a fit of anger, shook off his hand, and walked forward.

He lost his footing and fell forward, landing face down.

The high heels flew up.

Qin Huai bared his teeth, unable to bear looking at him.

Xiao Jianhe was so angry that he was trembling all over.

The bodyguard who had been slapped stepped forward again and helped Leng Qiao'er away. The mournful cries grew fainter and fainter until they disappeared.

Xiao Jianhe composed himself and smiled at Qin Huai, "Young Master Qin, I'm sorry. My wife was just too concerned about our son. Concern can cloud judgment. Please don't take it to heart."

This patience made Qin Huai take him more seriously.

A dog that bites doesn't bark.

Xiao Jianhe is far more dangerous than Leng Qiao'er.

"I understand."

Qin Huai sighed, "It's all my fault. I regretted it after the conflict with Xiao Jibo, so I came to the hospital to visit him. I never expected this accident to happen."

"It's not Qin Shao's fault."

Xiao Jianhe said solemnly, "Xiao Jibo has been spoiled by us and has offended Young Master Qin. I am ashamed and grateful that Young Master Qin still came to visit me despite past grievances."

"I'd like to take this opportunity to apologize to Young Master Qin on behalf of Xiao Jibo."

Qin Huai sighed, waved his hand, and then, as if he had thought of something, ran into the ward, took out two apples, and handed them to Xiao Jianhe.

"It's better to resolve conflicts than to let them fester. What's past is past. Please accept these two apples, Uncle Xiao. I originally wanted to buy a fruit basket, but I really didn't have any money in my pocket. Please don't mind, Uncle Xiao."
