Chapter 124 I'm determined to keep up the act!

"Alright, why bother arguing with him?"

Qin Huai pulled Tang Yuan down to sit down again.

Many people in this world are like this: they judge others based on their limited knowledge and always assume that the world is the same as what they see.

The blond-haired youth persisted: "Weren't you going to try and bury me in money? I'm waiting, why aren't you doing it? You three penniless guys, what are you trying to prove by pretending to be rich in front of me?"

"Fuck you..."

Tang Yuan's eyes blazed with anger; he truly couldn't hold back any longer.

This is the first time that a spoiled young master has been called a penniless pauper.

Qin Huai glanced at the young man and said, "Is your boss here? Call him out."

The blond-haired youth sneered, "What? Trying to tattle? This shop is owned by my dad, what do you want to say?"

Qin Huai didn't say anything. He got up, walked to the door, and dialed the number on the transfer sign.

The call connected quickly, and a middle-aged man's voice came through: "Hello, who is this?"

Qin Huai said, "Hello, is this a shop for resale? I'd like to buy it. I'm in the shop right now. When can you come over?"

"Ah, I'm nearby, I'll be right there!"

"Okay, please hurry, I have other things to do."

Qin Huai hung up the phone after speaking.

The blond-haired youth remained seated behind the counter, sneering, "Still pretending, huh? Get out of here! My dad has a bad temper. If you keep putting on this act, you'll be the ones who suffer later."

Qin Huai smiled and sat back down.

"Tch, they won't shed a tear until they see the coffin." The blond-haired youth curled his lip and ignored him.

Less than ten minutes later, a burly man with broad shoulders and a thick waist strode over.

The blond-haired youth quickly stood up, a hint of fear on his face, and called out, "Dad!"

"Who wants to buy the shop?" the man asked, looking at Qin Huai and the other two.

There were only three strangers in the store.

But they all looked very young and dressed casually, not like people who could afford to buy a shop.

The man frowned, a fierce glint appearing in his eyes.

Qin Huai stood up and said, "I want to buy it. How much are you willing to pay, boss?"

"Dad, don't believe them. They can't even afford cold drinks, they just order three glasses of water. They're just bragging." The blond-haired youth shouted.

The man looked Qin Huai up and down, then said with a stern face, "Including everything in the shop, 800,000, no bargaining."

This price is actually quite reasonable.

Upon hearing this, Qin Huai took out his bank card: "I've bought it. We can sign the contract now."

"Brother Huai?"

Tang Yuan didn't understand why Qin Huai wanted to buy a cold drink shop.

If it's just out of spite, there's really no need for it.

The initial investment was not much to begin with.

"Really buying?" The man was still skeptical.

Qin Huai nodded: "I really will buy it."

The man strode behind the counter, rummaged through drawers and cabinets, and found the sales contract that had been printed out long ago.

Two copies.

Qin Huai signed his name and pressed his fingerprint, and the man swiped the card with the card reader.

bite……

After Qin Huai entered the password, the man's phone rang.

Upon seeing the payment confirmation text message, the man smiled and said, "Congratulations, young boss, this shop is yours from now on."

The blond-haired youth stood there dumbfounded.

Qin Huai nodded, walked to the bar, picked up the kettle of hot water, and poured two glasses.

He poured the first cup onto the ground.

The second cup was also poured onto the ground.

He then smiled at the blond-haired youth and said, "We may not be rich, but I'm going to show off today."

Upon seeing this, the middle-aged man realized that his son must have offended someone due to his own behavior.

He quickly apologized twice, grabbed the young man by his blond hair and dragged him out, then kicked him hard twice while cursing incessantly.

I couldn't quite make out what he was saying, but I guess he wasn't swearing; he was just stating a fact.

After the father and son chased and fought their way away, Tang Yuan stroked his chin, looking thoughtful: "Brother Huai, I think you didn't put on a good show just now."

"What's wrong with it?"

"They buy the store and then smash it right in front of you. How awesome is that?"

Qin Huai rolled his eyes: "Are you out of your mind? Why would you smash something you bought for 800,000? If you're so rich, show me a million."

Tang Yuan looked aggrieved.

All the money went to Qin Huai to start a company.

Even if someone were to open their heart to him now, he probably wouldn't sell for a million.

"Brother Huai, why are you buying an ice cream shop?" Tang Yuan asked.

"You think I acted on impulse just to show off?"

Qin Huai said, "I plan to make some adjustments. It will not be open to the public and will be exclusively for company employees as a company benefit."

Is this necessary?

"Of course there is. If you want a horse to run, you have to feed it. Good company benefits and atmosphere can enhance employees' sense of belonging. You'll see later."

After drinking the sweetened water, the three of them left the cold drink shop and locked the door.

It was already 7 p.m., and night had quietly fallen.

Qin Huai declined Tang Yuan's offer to take him home, and instead asked Tang Yuan to take Fei Wu home, while he took a taxi back to the Phoenix Lake villa area.

He had intended to visit Ye Jingya, but then decided against it.

With Wei Shengnan guarding them, the safety of the orphan and widow is not a problem.

After thinking for a moment, Qin Huai took out his phone and dialed Zhui Feng's number.

Zhui Feng was eating instant noodles in a studio apartment when his phone vibrated. He peeked out and saw that it was Qin Huai calling, so he quickly answered.

"Good evening, Lord Buye. What can I do for you?"

Qin Huai was pleased with Zhui Feng's pragmatism and asked, "You're in Chongcheng, aren't you?"

"Yes, I won't go anywhere without your orders," Zhui Feng said respectfully.
