Time flew by, and before we knew it, it was already past nine o'clock at night.
Night had fallen, and the lights were dim.
Xu Guojun checked the time countless times.
Finally, Qin Huai stood up and said, "It's so late, I have to go back."
Xu Xin stood up and said, "I'll see you out."
Xu Jing also stood up and said, "Brother Qin Huai, it's so late, why don't you stay at home for the night?"
"Huh?" Xu Guojun's eyes widened.
Qin Huai scratched his head: "How could I possibly accept this?"
"What's the big deal?"

"Thank you for the meal, Xiaojing. Thank you for your hospitality, Uncle Xu and Xiaoxin. I'll be going now. I'll come again next time."
As Qin Huai spoke, he walked towards the door.
"You better not come, or I'll kill you!"
As Xu Guojun was thinking this, he saw Qin Huai stumble and almost fall.
Xu Xin quickly helped Qin Huai up and rolled her eyes.
She knew Qin Huai was faking it.
Xu Jing, unaware of the situation, gasped in alarm and asked with concern, "Brother Qin Huai, what's wrong?"
"No...it's nothing...maybe I drank a little too much, it's a minor issue, no...no problem."
Qin Huai smiled, his face showing signs of drunkenness.
Xu Jing quickly said, "Brother Qin Huai, how are you going to get back like this? It's too unsafe so late at night. Why don't you stay the night and leave tomorrow?"
"Xiao Jing!" Xu Guojun exclaimed anxiously.
Xu Jing ignored him and stepped forward to support Qin Huai's other arm: "Brother Qin Huai, listen to me, wait until you're sober before you leave, otherwise I won't feel at ease."
Xu Guojun angrily asked, "Where is he going to sleep? On the sofa? Or am I supposed to sleep on the sofa?"
Xu Xin said calmly, "Sleep in my room, I'll sleep with Xiao Jing."
"You...you all...I..."
Xu Guojun watched helplessly as Xu Xin and Xu Jing helped the feigning drunk Qin Huai to Xu Xin's room, and he broke down.
