Jun Moyi was stunned.
I originally thought she was awake and was about to lower my head to tease her, but when I lowered my head, I still saw Sang Liwan's sleeping face.
Her crow-feather-like eyelashes cast a faint shadow under her eyelids. Even when she was asleep, her brows were still slightly frowned. I don’t know if she was dreaming about something, but she slept so restlessly.
Jun Moyi tried to remove her arms that were wrapped around his neck, but as soon as he moved, Sang Liwan's brows furrowed even more tightly, and she muttered something unhappily.
Jun Moyi didn't hear clearly.
He sighed softly in his heart, and without forcing himself, he lay down in Sang Liwan's position. Sure enough, as soon as he touched the bed, the dishonest person in his arms arched towards him again. Jun Moyi's face froze, and when he moved his eyes, he saw that the person who had been frowning now had relaxed brows, half of his face buried in his chest, and he was sleeping with his eyes closed.
Jun Moyi chuckled softly and couldn't help but reach out and touch the tip of Sang Liwan's nose. "You bumped into this on your own this time."
As he spoke, he tightened his arms, clearly indicating that he would not let her out again.
Sang Liwan, who was sleeping, didn't know that Jun Moyi had returned. She just felt that the breath that made her feel at ease had returned, making her subconsciously hold on tightly and unwilling to let go.
When Sang Liwan woke up the next morning and saw this scene, he no longer felt the shock he had felt in the previous times. Instead, he felt that it was as he expected.
She even began to feel fortunate that she had not gone to the trouble of letting Jun Moyi sleep on the couch last night. Otherwise, if she had crawled over to him in her sleep again, she would have been too embarrassed to face anyone.
Jun Moyi had woken up a long time ago, but he was afraid of waking her up, so he didn't move. When Sang Liwan's breathing changed, he knew that the person in his arms had woken up.
He had been quietly waiting for Sang Liwan's reaction.
Unexpectedly, Sang Liwan was very quiet, as if he was already used to the scene before him.
She used her white and tender fingers to hook the lapel of Jun Moyi's inner shirt on his chest.
It was obviously a very subtle movement, but Jun Moyi felt that his chest was tingling because of her movement.
It was not until an unfamiliar impulse arose in his body that Jun Moyi could no longer bear it and reached out to grab her fingers that were messing around.
Sang Liwan already knew that he was awake, so she didn't react much to his actions.
She just raised her eyelids slightly, bit her lip, and said hesitantly: "That... I..."
Jun Moyi, who originally felt a little uncomfortable, suddenly became interested after seeing Sang Liwan's reaction.
He lowered his head and looked at her in surprise, "When did our princess start to hesitate around me?"
Sang Liwan always said whatever he wanted to say in front of him. Even if it was inconvenient to say it out loud, he would say it in his heart so that he could hear it.
So today, it was the first time that he seemed to be hesitant to speak but was calm in his heart. No wonder Jun Moyi felt a little surprised.
Sang Liwan lowered her eyebrows, but saw a small piece of skin exposed through his inner clothes at a glance. Sang Liwan's breathing tightened and she quickly looked away, just in time to see Jun Moyi's arm resting calmly on her waist.
"Was it me who took the initiative last night?"
It would be understandable that they hugged each other tightly on the couch because the space was small.
But last night on this big bed that could accommodate three people, the two of them were still hugging each other tightly. If you say that it was all Sang Liwan's initiative, I'm afraid no one would believe it.
At least Sang Liwan didn't believe it.
She took the initiative, but Jun Moyi might not be innocent either.
Jun Moyi stared at her awkward little face for a long time, then suddenly raised his thick eyebrows and smiled, "Last night I just got up to drink a glass of water, and when I came back, someone kept hooking their arms around my neck. I was really embarrassed."
Sure enough, after hearing Jun Moyi's words, the expression on Sang Liwan's face became very interesting.
Her first reaction was that it was impossible.
But just when she raised her head to refute, she happened to see Jun Moyi's confident eyes, and she felt a little weak again.
After all, it's not surprising that she would chase Jun Moyi after falling asleep.
Thinking of this, Sang Liwan lowered his head like a deflated ball, not knowing what he was thinking.
Jun Moyi tilted his head and leaned back. He pinched Sang Liwan's chin with one hand to lift her head up, and poked her delicate and smooth face with his fingertips.
The wonderful touch made Jun Moyi linger for a while longer.
"What's wrong? Did I say something wrong?"
Facing Jun Moyi's clear and bright eyes, Sang Liwan subconsciously shook his head, "No, you didn't say anything wrong."
Having said that, she paused, bit her lip and asked, "Am I..."
The last few words were spoken very softly, and even though Jun Moyi was so close to her, he couldn't hear it clearly.
He couldn't help but lower his head again, "What?"
Sang Liwan glanced at him and said, "Your Highness, don't you mind that I'm so close to you? You didn't throw me out."
After hearing her words, Jun Moyi sighed heavily: "I do want to, but unfortunately you're holding me too tightly, I can't pull you away, so I can only leave it like this."
"Pfft." Sang Liwan was amused by his words and couldn't help but reach out and punch him on the chest. "Your Highness always says that I'm sharp-tongued. I think Your Highness is no less."
Jun Moyi laughed and said, "This king is like the saying, 'If you keep company with vermilion, you will be red; if you keep company with ink, you will be black.'"
Sang Liwan raised his head and asked, "Then Your Majesty wants to say that I am Zhu or Mo?"
Hearing this, Jun Moyi raised his eyebrows and looked her up and down, half-seriously, then said seriously, "You were indeed sleeping like a pig in my arms just now."
After realizing what he was saying, Sang Liwan's cheeks instantly became hot, and she gritted her teeth and shouted, "Jun Moyi!"
But Jun Moyi didn't take her anger to heart. He just gently stroked her hair with his fingers, and hooked the strand that covered her eyebrows behind her ear, with a smile between his eyebrows.
"Here I am, my princess."
As a result, Sang Liwan's face became even redder.
…
At breakfast time, Gu Huaizhi still did not show up.
Sang Liwan raised his eyebrows, looked at Jun Moyi with a half-smile and said, "It seems that Master Gu is very angry this time."
Jun Moyi didn't care much. He tasted a piece of bamboo shoots and thought it tasted good, so he picked up another piece for Sang Liwan.
"Try this."
Seeing his actions, Sang Liwan was stunned, "Why is the prince serving the dishes?"
Jun Moyi just raised his chin and said, "The ones I picked up myself are more delicious."
