Chapter 6 Returning Home

Jun Moyi quickly had people pack up their things, harness the carriage, and return to the general's mansion with Sang Liwan.

Today, Sang Liwan was wearing a light green dress. Because she had not recovered yet, she had a white fox fur scarf around her neck, which made her face look delicate and moist.

Jun Moyi had to admit that his princess had a very good appearance.

In the past, because Sang Liwan was stupid, her face was not very attractive in his eyes. But now, because he had developed some interest in her, he actually began to think that Sang Liwan looked quite pleasing to the eye.

Jun Moyi suddenly felt that he was just an ordinary person.

Sang Liwan had been leaning against the carriage with his eyes closed, resting. Qingshui, who was sitting on the side serving, noticed that the prince had never taken his eyes off his young lady since he got on the carriage, and it was obvious that he looked like he was "falling in love".

But after taking a few glances, she couldn't help but pursing her lips and smiling, but she didn't dare to be too blatant, so for a moment, she was very difficult to hold back.

Prince An's Mansion was not far from the General's Mansion. It took only a cup of tea after getting on the carriage when the coachman's voice was heard outside.

"Prince, Princess, we have arrived at the General's Mansion."

Hearing the word "Princess", Qingshui couldn't help but take a breath. She subconsciously looked at Sang Liwan, fearing that the other party would get angry because of this title.

Another person who was also looking at Sang Liwan was Jun Moyi.

But unlike Qingshui's worry, Jun Moyi looked very interested.

He also had not forgotten how stupid Sang Liwan was the last time he heard someone call her Princess. He wanted to see what kind of bloody storm would happen today because of a title.

However, their worries were destined to be unnecessary.

There was no unnecessary expression on Sang Liwan's face.

She simply lifted her eyelids lightly, and asked with a puzzled tone, "Are we there yet?"

Seeing this, Qingshui was stunned at first, and then he breathed a sigh of relief.

She had finally seen the prince and princess get along harmoniously for a while, and she didn't want it to end so quickly.

She nodded repeatedly, supporting Sang Liwan with both hands and helping her sit down, "We're here, Miss."

Jun Moyi raised his eyebrows slightly. He tilted his head and carefully observed the expression on his little princess's face. He found that although she was frowning, it was obviously because she had not woken up yet.

He couldn't help but narrow his eyes. Could it be that he didn't hear it?

After thinking about it, Jun Moyi placed his palm on the back of Sang Liwan's hand again.

Now, Sang Liwan was completely sober.

She didn't know what this man was up to. Why did he always have physical contact with her?

[Didn't you say you're not allowed to touch me? What are you doing?]

Jun Moyi's face froze.

Sang Liwan was right, he did have some quirks. Over the years, he never allowed anyone to get close to him, let alone touch him.

But ever since that day when I accidentally touched Sang Liwan's jaw, the expected feeling of disgust did not appear as expected...

A hint of surprise flashed through Jun Moyi's heart, and his doubts about Sang Liwan became deeper.

He concluded that there must be something strange about this woman.

Seeing Jun Moyi just holding her hand without saying anything, Sang Liwan snorted unhappily: "Your Highness, aren't you going to get out of the car?"

Jun Moyi leaned lazily in the wheelchair, supporting his chin with one hand, looking very elegant.

And Sang Liwan's words seemed to hit the nail on the head, causing a slight curve at the corner of his mouth.

"I have been sitting for a long time and my legs are numb. I am afraid I will have to trouble the princess to support me." When Jun Moyi spoke, he deliberately emphasized the word "princess".

However, Sang Liwan's attention was all on the first half of his sentence.

Are your legs numb?

You're kidding me.

Does he have legs?

Oh, there are legs.

It's just useless.

[This man really wants me to touch him with this excuse? ]

Jun Moyi's smile froze in an instant.

What is this woman saying?

simply……

It's so shameless!

However, even Jun Moyi himself did not notice that, because he heard Sang Liwan's inner voice, a faint pink appeared on his ears.

As soon as Sang Liwan and Jun Moyi entered the mansion, they saw Madam Sang Xu sitting in the hall wiping her tears.

Her eyes were also red, and it was obvious that she had been crying.

Only after hearing the servant's report did she come to her senses.

He stood up and first bowed to Jun Moyi, then wiped the corners of his eyes with a handkerchief, with a hint of joy in his eyes.

Unlike her hypocrisy in the past, Xu was now genuinely happy to see Sang Liwan.

Especially when she saw Jun Moyi coming back with them, she thought that this girl was quite capable. It had only been a short time since they got married, but she had already managed to control Prince An so well.

She had originally thought of asking Yuyan to go to Prince An's mansion to try to say something good to get Prince An to come forward, but she didn't expect that this person would actually come to her door on his own initiative.

Ever since Jun Moyi entered the door, he has been looking down at the sandalwood beads in his hand, without even glancing at Xu.

Until he heard Sang Liwan's inner voice.

[I told you not to let him come. Look at the look in my mother's eyes. She wants to eat him alive. She's like a wolf looking at a sheep.]

sheep?

Jun Moyi couldn't help laughing in his heart.

Was I so weak in her eyes?

Xu had no idea what these two people were thinking. When she saw them come back, she felt like she had seen a life-saving straw. She grabbed Sang Liwan and started crying.

"Wan'er, your father, your father is in trouble."

"Mom, don't be anxious. Tell me slowly. What happened?"

[Hey, I knew that a long time ago. I came back just to watch the fun.]

"What on earth did Dad do to deserve being temporarily detained by the Emperor?"

This old fox must have anticipated this day, which is why he was so eager to marry me off to Prince An after my engagement with the Second Prince fell through.

Jun Moyi raised his eyebrows in surprise, as if he had not expected Sang Liwan to think of this.

I have to say, if it weren't for this face, he would really doubt whether the person in front of him was the Sang Liwan he married.

Xu cursed angrily: "It's that Chen Yan again! She is too cruel! Not only did she snatch the Second Prince away, but now she dares to frame your father..."

Having said this, Xu suddenly stopped talking. She looked at Jun Moyi with embarrassment and said with a smile: "Your Highness Prince An, I, your wife, did not mean that..."

Xu wanted to continue explaining, but Jun Moyi only smiled sarcastically, "Mother-in-law, that's not true. What happened between Wanwan and my second brother is a long time ago. I'm not that petty."

[Tsk, if you don't want to be so petty, then don't hold my hand so hard.]

Jun Moyi: ...
