Chapter 456: Blood Flows Like a River

After Li Yunzhou left the Shen family, he went back to the Prince Shan's Mansion without going anywhere. As for the people following him, he didn't care at all.

Seeing that the Li family's main gate was just ahead, Li Yunzhou turned back and retreated into the dark. Not long after, the four men were thrown into the yard through the main gate by Li Yunzhou.

The gatekeeper was so frightened that he was almost hit by these people.

Just as I was about to ask what was going on, Li Yunzhou walked in from the gate.

Without giving anyone a chance to speak, he raised his knife and slashed, and four heads fell to the ground instantly.

The head rolled in the yard for a while, and blood was everywhere.

The servant was horrified and crawled to look for someone.

Li Yunzhou saw them go to call for help, but he did not leave. He sat down on the steps of the side room, took out a handkerchief, and carefully wiped the knife in his hand.

A breeze blew by, and the clothes fluttered.

At first glance, it looked like a ghost messenger that had just crawled out of hell, specifically here to take souls and take lives.

After a long time, no one came, and Li Yunzhou's already limited patience disappeared.

I thought that the Li family needed to be disciplined. They were so slow in calling someone over, which showed that they hadn't been doing their job properly.

After a while, Li Yunzhou yawned and prepared to go to sleep.

Li Jingchuan hurried over, looked at the corpses and heads on the ground, and then shouted at Li Yunzhou, "What are you doing? Rebellion?"

Li Yunzhou stood up and walked to Li Jingchuan. "I also want to ask what father is going to do? I am the Prince of Ning, who was personally appointed by the emperor. On the first day I returned to the capital, my father sent someone to follow me."

"What does Father want to do?"

Li Jingchuan frowned and looked at the people on the ground. They should be Princess Yongjia's men.

He was not aware of this matter.

But Li Jingchuan didn't want to explain. Instead, he said coldly, following his usual attitude towards Li Yunzhou: "I followed you for your own good. Look at yourself, you've messed up my home like this."

Li Yunzhou looked at the glaring red on the ground and chuckled. "For my own good? Following me is for my own good? Then I killed them for my father's good. This kind of stalking will be discovered, and it will cause trouble for my father sooner or later."

Li Yunzhou's cynical smile angered Li Jingchuan.

As before, he raised his hand to strike.

Li Yunzhou's eyes flashed with coldness. He reached out and grabbed Li Jingchuan's wrist, squeezing it hard.

"Hiss, let go, you evil boy."

Li Yunzhou swung Li Jingchuan hard, and he staggered and almost fell to the ground. Fortunately, he was a military general and was able to steady himself before falling.

"Is my father done scolding me? I'm going to go see my mother. People say she treats me like her own child, so I have to go and take care of her."

Li Jingchuan stood there, looking at Li Yunzhou's back with a slightly stunned expression.

Only then did he realize that the Li family was about to change. This rebellious son would not stop until he turned the Li family upside down.

Li Yunzhou strolled to the main courtyard of the Li family. Li Jingchuan followed him for fear of something happening.

At the main courtyard gate, Nanny Qing, who was beside Princess Yongjia, blocked Li Yunzhou's way.

"Fourth Young Master, the princess has gone to bed. Please go back."

Nanny Qing has been a close confidant of Princess Yongjia for decades and knows very well that the princess is not suitable to meet the Fourth Young Master in her current condition.

Li Yunzhou raised his eyelids, with a hint of sarcasm on the corner of his lips.

He slapped her in the face and said, "Who the hell do you think you are? How dare you stop me?"

Young Master Li Si, who used to be cautious and servile in the Li family, is like a god of death today.

Matron Qing looked at Li Yunzhou in disbelief. Ever since she had followed the princess, no one had dared to treat her like this. In the Li family, she was almost half the master.

After beating the man, Li Yunzhou didn't look at her again and walked straight inside.

Li Chaoyun heard the noise and came out. Seeing Li Yunzhou coming in, he looked unhappy and said, "What are you doing here? My mother doesn't want to see you."

Li Yunzhou glanced at her coldly and said, "As a married woman, you have no right to ask about the Li family's affairs. Get out."

Li Chaoyun's expression froze for a moment, then he pointed at Li Yunzhou and cursed, "Who do you think you are? You're a bastard born of a concubine, and you dare to run wild in my Li family."

Li Yunzhou stopped walking when he heard this and suddenly smiled. "A bastard born from a concubine? Do you want to tell the emperor this again?"

Li Chaoyun realized belatedly that she had said the wrong thing. She had often said this before, but now was different. If the emperor heard it, it would be troublesome again.

At this moment, Li Jingchuan also caught up. Seeing that Li Chaoyun looked unhappy, he shouted at Li Yunzhou with a red face.

"What on earth are you trying to do? Do you really want to cause unrest in the house? This is your sister, why are you bullying her?"

Li Yunzhou looked at his father, who had no blood relationship with him, with a puzzled expression. He thought of his adoptive mother, Princess Yongning, and felt sorry for her.

"I'm causing unrest in the house? I just came to see Mother, and look at you all, you want to chop me into pieces."

"I'd like to remind you that the Emperor is paying close attention to the Li family. Please think carefully before you speak. Otherwise, if the Emperor punishes you, don't say it was me who filed the complaint."

Li Yunzhou rolled his eyes at the father and daughter, then walked into the inner room.

At this moment, Princess Yongjia was half leaning against the head of the bed. Although she heard the noise outside, she didn't have the strength to get out of bed.

After Li Yunzhou entered the room, he stood beside the bed without bowing.

He stared at Princess Yongjia for a long while, then suddenly said, "You look like my mother, but she looked like a compassionate Bodhisattva, and why do you look like an evil ghost?"

"Buddhism says that appearance is determined by the mind, and it is indeed true."

Princess Yongjia thought that Li Yunzhou was here to settle accounts for the past few years, and she was determined not to show any weakness in front of him, so she acted like the princess in charge.
