Zhang Fan invited Jiang Tao to a private room and served him a cup of Biluochun tea.
Jiang Tao picked up the tea, first gently inhaling the aroma through his nose, then taking a small sip.
I couldn't help but exclaim, "The tea soup is golden yellow, and the tea leaves have a delicate fragrance. This is pre-Qingming Biluochun tea, a fine tea indeed."
Zhang Fan smiled slightly: "I'm glad the teacher likes it."
Jiang Tao put down his teacup, his expression serious and concerned: "Zhang Fan, how are you now?"
Zhang Fan told the truth: "Teacher, I'm doing well."
“I really regret that your family arranged for you to take a leave of absence from school. If you want to study, you must choose my major.”
Jiangcheng is a comprehensive university, offering programs in agriculture, military science, and economics.
Zhang Fan studies at Jiangcheng University, but not in aquaculture. His acquaintance with Jiang Tao was a misunderstanding.
Jiang Tao was so engrossed in scientific research that he often went to check on his fish late at night. Unexpectedly, he slipped and fell into the water, and then suffered a leg cramp, nearly drowning.
Just then, Zhang Fan happened to pass by, handed him a wooden stick, and pulled him out of the water.
Then Jiang Tao was determined to take Zhang Dan as his last disciple, but Zhang Fan refused no matter what.
Jiang Tao tried to persuade him many times, but to no avail. After Zhang Fan got into trouble, the two lost contact.
Zhang Fan definitely wants to go back to school to take revenge, but now is not the time; he has more important things to do.
He changed the subject: "Teacher, did you come to Peach Blossom Town this time to conduct research?"
Jiang Tao understood Zhang Fan's meaning and didn't continue the previous topic. He adjusted his glasses, slapped his thigh, and said, "Oh no, I forgot I had a date with my blind date."
He quickly stood up: "Zhang Fan, I'll come find you another day."
Zhang Fan greeted the person with a smile, saying, "Teacher Jiang, you should go now."
After seeing Jiang Tao off, only Zhang Fan and Bai Rou'er remained at the Guest Restaurant.
Bai Rou'er gave the remaining employees the day off. She cleaned up the restaurant efficiently and then walked to the window, taking a deep breath.
Looking at the bustling traffic outside, she felt a weight lifted from her heart.
Kelai Restaurant has been saved for the time being.
Zhang Fan walked up behind her and hugged her from behind, taking the opportunity to pinch the tender flesh on her leg with his unseen hand.
Bai Rou'er blushed deeply and quickly closed the window: "Zhang Fan, you're so mean."
Zhang Fan: "Women don't love men who aren't a little bad."
After playing around for a while, Bai Rou'er was a little tired and leaned against Zhang Fan's chest: "Thank you for today."
Zhang Fan raised an eyebrow: "How do you plan to thank me?"
Bai Rou'er turned around and kissed him with her rosy cherry lips. Zhang Fan went from being passive to being active, their breaths mingling and their eyes gently closing.
Bai Rou'er grabbed his collar and shoulder blades, her expression still shy despite having already been intimate with him.
Clothes were scattered all over the floor, and rhythmic sounds came from the desk.
Zhang Fan felt the softness in his palm, as if he were playing with a jelly, casually shaping it into whatever form he wanted.
As Bai Rou'er's city was captured, her eyes gradually became hazy, and glistening physiological tears hung on her long, curled eyelashes.
The voices grew louder and louder until Bai Rou'er's voice became hoarse and she could no longer make a sound.
Zhang Fan kept his strength under control, afraid that Bai Rou'er might faint.
Bai Rou'er still had no strength left in her body and could only slump on the desk.
Before they could even react, there was a knock on the door of the Kelai Restaurant.
Zhang Fan opened the window and looked out. Bai Xinxin was standing downstairs, standing on tiptoe and looking up. When she saw Zhang Fan, she smiled and her eyes lit up instantly: "Brother-in-law, where's my sister?"
Zhang Fan: "Your sister is sleeping."
Bai Xinxin: "Brother-in-law, open the door for me."
Zhang Fan turned around and whispered, "Hurry up and get ready, I need to open the door."
Bai Rou'er was so exhausted that going downstairs to open the door was simply not feasible.
She could only prop herself up and get up to tidy up.
Zhang Fan opened the door, and Bai Xinxin complained, "Brother-in-law, I saw you were clearly awake, why didn't you open the door for me for so long?"
Bai Rou'er blushed and froze: "What...what did you see?"
Bai Xinxin: "I can't see clearly, I just saw two dark figures moving around. Are you two fighting?"
Bai Rou'er's ears turned so red they looked like they could bleed, and she quickly changed the subject: "My dad saw that you hadn't come back for a while, so he sent me to check on you. Sister, did your husband chase away all the people who were stopping you earlier?"
"Zhang Fan is very capable." Bai Rou'er looked at Zhang Fan gratefully.
Bai Xinxin looked at Zhang Fan with eyes full of admiration: "Brother-in-law, you're amazing."
She went straight to the third floor, and Zhang Fan couldn't find a good reason to stop her.
When Bai Xinxin arrived at the office on the third floor, Bai Rou'er opened the door, looking flustered, and was fixing her hair.
Bai Xinxin asked with a puzzled look, "Sis, are you sleeping?"
She sniffed; there was a faint scent of photinia in the air, fleeting and elusive, and upon closer inspection, she could smell nothing at all.
Bai Rou'er blushed, unsure how to explain. Bai Xinxin suddenly teared up: "Sister, you've been working yourself to the bone lately. It's all because I'm growing too slowly. I'm so useless."
Bai Rou'er ruffled Bai Xinxin's hair: "With you at home taking care of Dad, I can have time to work on the restaurant. We each have our own responsibilities. By the way, where did you run off to just now?"
Bai Xinxin said proudly, "Sis, I just poured boiling water on Wei Luo's money tree. Now he definitely won't have time to make things difficult for us."
Bai Rou'er smiled as she looked at her younger sister's innocent expression.
It's getting late, I need to take Bai Xinxin home so Bai Nongrui won't worry.
Bai Xinxin took her phone out of her pocket and handed it to Bai Rou'er: "Sister, you forgot your phone."
