Suddenly the firewood moved, and one end bent to the side.
"Ah—" A sharp pain shot through Wen Tian's knee. He instinctively dropped his hand and clutched his knee.

Ji Zhi forced himself to calm down, made Wen Tian lie on the ground, and checked Wen Tian's injuries by the firelight.
There were two clear red spots on the back of his knee, swollen and black, clearly from a snake bite.
Ji Zhi quickly took out his military knife, made a cross on Wen Tian's skin, and bent down to suck out the poisonous blood.
Wen Tian wanted to refuse: "Boss, let's not. What if you get poisoned too?"
Ji Zhi pressed down on Wen Tian: "Don't worry, I have experience."
Yan Wang then searched everywhere for a signal with his phone, but to no avail; there was no signal at all.
