Chapter 1: I saw something I shouldn't have.

"Hey, be gentle, why are you in such a hurry?"

"Hu Xue, I haven't seen you for almost seven days, I've been so bored."

"You rascal, be quiet, someone might hear us... Ah!" Her delicate cry was shattered by the impact.

"What does that idiot know? How about we do something more exciting and let the idiot give us leverage?" the man panted.

"You rascal, I don't want to." Hu Xue said shyly.

In June, Zhangjiapo had already entered summer, and the chirping of insects carried a hint of restlessness.

Zhang Fan, with a blade of grass dangling from his mouth and a silly grin on his face, pounced on the chirping cricket, already used to the noise from inside the house.

The cricket hopped to the corner of the room, and Zhang Fan pounced on it, his tall body crashing into the earthen wall, making a loud noise as the wooden window slammed open.

The two people stuck together on the bed quickly separated, startled into silence.

Zhang Sili stood by the door, holding his breath and listening for a long time. Only when there was no movement did he dare to peek out through the crack in the door.

Zhang Fan was peeking through the gaps between his fingers, grinning foolishly.

Seeing this, Zhang Si angrily shouted, "You idiot Zhang, how dare you scare me? I'll beat you to death today!"

As he spoke, he kicked the door open and grabbed a low stool from the ground, throwing it at him.

Bang!

Zhang Fan couldn't dodge in time and was hit on the forehead by the chair leg, which opened up a gash and caused blood to gush out.

He felt a sharp pain in his head, followed by dizziness, and a warm stream ran down his cheek. He subconsciously looked into the room.

Inside the room, Hu Xue sat up, covering most of her body with the blanket, revealing a large expanse of snow-white skin on her chest and two firm thighs.

His hair, damp with sweat, clung to his forehead, and his slightly sunken cheeks were still flushed from the tenderness. He glared at Zhang Fei with his squinty eyes and said, "Zhang Fan, are you looking for death?"

Zhang Si, panting heavily with his nostrils flared, walked to the door cursing and swearing, picked up a fire poker, and headed towards Zhang Fan.

"You son of a bitch, you ruined my good time, I'll beat you to death, you dog!" Zhang Si raised his fire poker and cursed as he struck down.

The commotion was quite loud, which caused the dogs nearby to bark wildly.

Hu Xue was a little flustered. She casually threw on a T-shirt and ran over barefoot, grabbing Zhang Si's hand: "Stop fighting, or we'll attract attention."

Zhang Si flung Hu Xue away, saying, "My thing was terrified! That was aphrodisiac wine I bought at a high price, and this bastard ruined it all."

Zhang Fan's dizziness had subsided considerably, and seeing the other party approaching aggressively, he immediately took off running.

"If you dare to run, I'll beat you to death today!"

Zhang Si chased after them with a fire poker.

Before he could even run out of the yard, he tripped over a stone on the ground.

When he got up, his mouth was full of mud and his lips were bleeding from being hit.

"Pah!" He spat out the mud from his mouth, and a puff of white mist flew out.

Hu Xue stared in shock, pointing at Zhang Si's mouth, her voice trembling: "You...you lost your teeth."

Zhang Si was so angry that his head was practically steaming, and a surge of rage welled up inside him.

He threw down the fire poker and turned to the kitchen to get a cleaver.

Looking at Zhang Si's sinister face, Hu Xue swallowed and asked, "Where are you going?"

Zhang Si sneered, his face darkening. "It's late at night, even an idiot wouldn't be able to find his way. Of course I'm going to go and check..."

Hu Xuexin jumped, her voice trembling as she said, "This... this will get us arrested."

Zhang Si snorted coldly, picked up the kitchen knife, and walked out.

It's perfectly normal for someone like Zhang Fan, who's mentally challenged, to fall into the water or off a cliff...

...

Zhang Fan's eyes were filled with fear as he ran around aimlessly like a headless fly.

After running for an unknown amount of time, Zhang Fan suddenly slipped and then felt a sense of weightlessness.

Thump!

Zhang Fan landed on the ground, and the huge impact caused him to faint immediately.

hiss--

Zhang Fan woke up in pain.

He opened his eyes, but it was pitch black and he couldn't see anything.

He opened his eyes and groped around, when suddenly he saw a faint light in the distance.

Driven by curiosity, Zhang Fan walked over.

Upon closer inspection, the luminous object was a jade bead.

Zhang Fan stretched out his finger, and his fingertip touched the jade bead. The bead was scalding hot, and Zhang Fan quickly withdrew his hand.

The bead seemed to have a life of its own, suddenly flying into Zhang Fan's palm, then dissolving like water and slowly merging into his palm.

A burning sensation rose from his palms and flowed through his meridians to his limbs and bones.

"Ouch! That hurts!"

Zhang Fan was in so much pain that he curled up like a shrimp, lost his balance, and fell into the water, the veins on his forehead clearly visible.

"Ah!" With a scream, Zhang Fan fell into the water and passed out completely.

In his dream, Zhang Fan felt as if he were floating on a cloud, his body light and comfortable like never before.

Suddenly, a sharp pain shot through his head, and a flood of unfamiliar memories rushed into Zhang Fan's mind.

This is no ordinary bead. It belongs to Li Bi, a famous Taoist practitioner from the Tang Dynasty. Li Bi served as prime minister twice, but resolutely resigned to pursue Taoism. This jade bead is engraved with his Taoist insights, which were later compiled into a book.

The book is titled "Wuji Jing" and is divided into five parts: Mountain, Medicine, Destiny, Divination, and Physiognomy.

Qi is the energy that sustains life, and it is constantly dissipating. When Qi is gone, a person is gone.

The "mountain" refers to various methods of cultivating Qi. This bead is engraved with methods of cultivating "mountain" as well as some simple medical techniques.

Zhang Fan suddenly opened his eyes, feeling an inexhaustible strength throughout his body. He practiced the Bagua Fist technique from his mind, each punch carrying power and making a sound as it cut through the air.

As the fight went on, long-lost memories slowly returned to my mind.

Zhang Fan was not born stupid; on the contrary, he was very smart from a young age and was the first college student in Zhangjiapo.
