Chapter 13 He made a wish to the evil spirit and he also raised a little ghost

Ivan frowned and thought for a while before he spoke slowly: "He seemed to be saying that he couldn't come anymore and he wouldn't be able to come in the future."

"I heard it again later. He said, 'What? The connection was lost.' He noticed me from behind, and I left quickly!"

"Oh, yes, he seemed particularly angry when he said that!"

When Wen Yan heard this, his face turned even paler.

He took a deep breath and knew he had to go to the dressing room to find Ajie. He patted Ivan on the shoulder.

After turning around and going to the dressing room, Jia Luo turned to Ivan, waved his hand, and said sweetly: "Uncle, goodbye!"

Ivan quickly waved his hands at him.

They walked through the bustling event and arrived at the dressing room.

Wen Yan stood at the door of the dressing room, took a deep breath, and then slowly pushed open the door.

The lights in the dressing room were dim, and the air was filled with the smell of cosmetics and perfume. These familiar smells seemed particularly strange at this moment.

Wen Yan's heartbeat quickened and he could feel his palms beginning to sweat.

They pushed open the door of the dressing room, and found it empty with only a few dim lights flickering.

"Ajie?" Wen Yan's voice echoed in the empty dressing room, but no one responded.

Wen Yan turned around and whispered to Jia Luo who was following behind him: "Lolo, there's no one here!"

Carol didn't say anything, she just raised her little finger and pointed to a small door behind the dressing room.

Wen Yan looked in the direction of her finger. The door was half-open, letting in a faint light.

Wen Yan nodded, and they walked cautiously towards the small door.

Under the dim light, a man sat at the table, seemingly talking to something, looking terrifying and abnormal.

"What's going on? Didn't you say it could be resolved? How come we suddenly lost contact?" The man's voice was low and angry. His words echoed in the small space, causing Wen Yan's heartbeat to accelerate.

They hid behind the door and observed the man through the gap. The man's face was distorted in the dim light, his brows were locked, and his eyes were full of anger, which made Wen Yan feel a chill.

"I don't care. I give you so much every day, why can't you do anything for me?"

"You swore solemnly that you could exchange his fate for mine, and now you want me to change someone else!"

The man's voice rose a few notches, and his anger seemed to have reached its peak.

At this moment, Luo Luo gently pulled Wen Yan's clothes and whispered, "Let's go!"

Wen Yan wanted to continue observing, but Jia Luo's eyes revealed determination. She shook her head, indicating that now was not the time.

Wen Yan nodded, and they retreated quietly, trying not to make any noise.

After coming out, Jia Luo asked him seriously: "Fourth brother, do you know the man inside?"

Wen Yan nodded and said with a pale face: "He is Ajie! He is also..."

"He is also my good brother!" Wen Yan took a deep breath and said this slowly.

"Lolo, Ajie..." He looked at Jialuo hesitantly.

Jia Luo sighed softly and looked at him sympathetically: "Fourth brother, you are so pitiful!"

When Wen Yan heard what he said, she let out a light click of the tongue and then pinched her face.

"Fourth brother is so bad!" Jia Luo rubbed his face which felt a little uncomfortable after being pinched by Wen Yan.

Wen Yan looked at her and couldn't help but smile: "Lolo, what's wrong with Ajie?"

Jia Luo snorted, turned his head away and ignored him.

"Lolo, good Lolo, Fourth Brother apologizes to you and will never pinch your face again. Otherwise, pinch Fourth Brother's face too, and you won't be angry anymore!"

As he said this, he moved his face closer to Jia Luo.

Jialuo pushed his face away with her little hands and said with a smile: "Fourth brother, Luoluo is not angry!"

"Just teasing you!"

Then, her expression became serious, and she looked at Wen Yan: "Fourth brother, your friend is making a wish to the evil spirit, and he is raising a ghost. The thing on your body was put there by him!"

When Wen Yan heard Luo Luo's words, he felt a chill rushing from his feet to his forehead, and his hands began to tremble involuntarily.

Jia Luo's words were like a sharp knife, piercing his heart. He never thought that his most trusted brother Ajie would do such a thing.

"Lolo, this can't be true." Wen Yan's voice trembled slightly, and his eyes were full of disbelief.

"Why, Lolo, why did he do this?"

"We have known each other for eight years. What did I do to deserve this?"

Jia Luo hugged Wen Yan tightly and patted his back gently: "Fourth brother, you didn't do anything wrong, he was the one who was wrong!"

"He is the one who wants to take away your fate!"

Wen Yan didn't say anything. He knew Jia Luo was right, but he really couldn't accept that his best brother betrayed him and even wanted to kill him.

At this time, Alvin twisted his waist and walked towards them.

"Oh, you two are here. It took me so long to find you!" Ivan's voice was a little coquettish. His eyes moved between Wen Yan and Jia Luo, as if he was looking for something.

"Didn't you go to look for Ajie? Why did Ajie say he didn't see you?"

Wen Yan took a deep breath, trying to calm himself down, and asked, "Where did you go to find me just now?"

"Dressing room, didn't you say you were going to see Ajie? I just saw Ajie, and he said you said you went to see him!"

Wen Yan heard what he said, grabbed his wrist, pulled him in front of him, and said to him in a low voice: "Aiwen, listen, stay away from Ajie, he is really a little bit abnormal!"

It seemed that Alvin had never seen Wen Yan like this before. He was frightened by him and nodded blankly.

Wen Yan's fingers loosened from Ivan's wrist, and he turned to face Jia Luo with a frown.

Ivan rubbed his aching wrist and spoke timidly, his voice trembling: "Ah Yan, what happened to Ajie?"

Wen Yan frowned and said to him, "I don't know yet, but haven't you seen enough of the things in the entertainment industry?"

"You said Ajie raised..." Ivan screamed, and suddenly realized that he couldn't say such words casually. He quickly covered his mouth and looked around. Seeing that no one noticed him, he breathed a sigh of relief.

Then he approached them and asked quietly, "Are you sure?"

Wen Yan nodded and said in a muffled voice: "Sure, and..."

"And what? Oh, you're making me so anxious!" As he said this, he used his hand covered with red nails to pull the inkstone.

Wen Yan didn't say anything. Jia Luo said in a baby voice, "Besides, he wants to kill my fourth brother!"

"Ah!" Alvin screamed again.

"What should we do? Ah Yan, why don't we call the police?"

Wen Yan shook his head, his voice a little low: "No, we can't call the police. Now we have no direct evidence to prove that Ajie wants to harm me. Besides, do you think the police will believe those things?"

"Fourth brother, can you call third brother first to see if there is any solution?" Jia Luo suggested.

"Yes, yes, A'yan, isn't your third brother a policeman? Ask him." Alvin said anxiously.

Wen Yan nodded. He knew that what Jialuo and Ivan said made sense. Now this matter was no longer within his control, and he could only ask for help from his third brother.
