When the song ended, everyone started clapping again, but Tang Yue gestured for them to stop: "My singing skills aren't the strongest in the whole venue, so you don't need to be so enthusiastic."
After saying that, Tang Yue jogged up and kindly pulled Qiao Zhen, who was sitting in the audience watching the show, up to the stage. She then said to everyone enthusiastically, "I think Miss Qiao's singing is much better than mine. Everyone, please focus more on her!"
Upon hearing this, Qiao Zhen was stunned and turned to look at Tang Yue.

However, Tang Yue was right. Qiao Zhen had been in a choir since she was a child and was very talented in singing.

Qiao Zhen was completely in the zone, unleashing her charm to the fullest.
When the song ended, thunderous applause erupted from the crowd. This time, the applause contained no flattery, but was purely an affirmation of Qiao Zhen.

After finishing her performance, Qiao Zhen didn't linger. She thanked everyone and then left the stage.

Helpless, Tang Yue called a halt to the program.
The birthday party ended quickly, and everyone dispersed.
Just as Lu Zheng and Qiao Zhen were leaving, Tang Yue suddenly called out to them from behind.

Tang Yue asked with a smile, "Did Miss Qiao study it before? No wonder she sings so well."
"I haven't studied it before; I just learned it at home out of interest."
Qiao Zhen answered casually.
Upon hearing this, Tang Yue put on a disappointed expression: "Oh... I see. Miss Qiao is truly talented."
"Thank you, we'll be going now." Qiao Zhen was too lazy to waste any more words with such a hypocrite, and turned to leave.
Tang Yue watched the two figures walk further and further away with a smile until they disappeared from sight, at which point the smile on her face slowly faded.
"You bitch, all you can do is sing and have a good voice? You dare to dance in front of me? What else can you do besides singing? You're not even a singer."
Her face was gloomy, and she casually smashed a teacup.
"Miss Tang, don't hurt your hand."
The maid standing nearby carefully offered a reminder.

Back in the car, Lu Zheng said to Qiao Zhen as he drove.

“What I mean is, you can come to me if you have any problems.” Lu Zheng’s tone was somewhat displeased.

Despite the scolding, Qiao Zhen quickly tidied up and then went out to buy food to eat at the company.
