Gu Lili shook her head and smiled mysteriously, "I'm full. I'll take you to play something fun later."
Gu Chenxi immediately became interested when she heard that there was something fun to be had.
"What's so fun, girl? Why are you using flour?" Gu Chenxi became increasingly curious.
Gu Lili then put the kneaded dough into a basin of water and gently kneaded it repeatedly in the water.
Seeing Gu Chenxi's curious expression, Gu Lili said mysteriously, "You'll find out in a bit!"

Catching cicadas?

That day, Gu Lili complained that Fang Chuntao was making a headache.
He knew that Gu Lili didn't like noise.
These cicadas come out as soon as summer arrives. Even if you catch them today, they'll come out again tomorrow. You can never catch them all.

The group looked at each other, and Chang'an spoke first.
"Since Lili wants to play, let's play with her."
Everyone nodded in agreement and followed them out the door.
They were all guessing that Gu Lili might be preparing some unusual and delicious food.
However, they still didn't believe that cicadas were edible.
He was just thinking that even if Gu Lili failed to make the food, the cicadas could still be fed to the chickens and ducks, so it wouldn't be a waste.
Once inside the woods, the sound of cicadas grew even louder.
Looking up, you can see at least a dozen cicadas perched on a tree.
Because no one knew they were edible, no one caught them, so the trees were almost completely covered with them.
These are all adult cicadas, and their taste is not as good as those that have just molted.
But they are edible, so Gu Lili planned to use the light to catch the adult cicadas first.
