Chapter 4 The Sorrow After Retaliation

Chapter 4 The Sorrow After Retaliation

"Stop filming, all of you! Aren't you afraid of dying? I'm warning you, anyone who dares to film again, I'll make them pay!"

But there were just too many people around, and no one was afraid of him. Some people even started live streaming on their phones, and Jian Fei became an internet celebrity overnight.

The live stream chat was instantly flooded with comments.

"This guy is too awesome, is he going to run around naked in the hotel?"

"Could this be the legendary Emperor's New Clothes?"

"Is this guy sick? He has such a handsome face, it's a pity he's not mentally healthy!"

"Wow, this guy has a pretty good body! Are live streamers this daring these days? They'll do anything to get famous, they have no moral bottom line!"

Tang Wan'er felt much better after leaving the hotel. How dare he talk back to her with his limited abilities?

They didn't beat him to the point of being childless, which is already giving him face. How dare he make her kneel down? Who gave him the nerve?

Just thinking about how pathetic he looked when his towel was ripped off makes her want to laugh. He'll probably become a national internet sensation tomorrow.

But then, the smile on her face quickly faded, little by little.

It has faded away.

She felt like crying whenever she thought about An Ran betraying her.

She and Anran were the best of friends in college. She would always take Anran with her when she went out, and she would always think of Anran when she got something good.

Knowing that her family was not well-off, she never had to pay for anything, whether it was going out to play or dining out.

She asked herself honestly and felt that she hadn't done anything to wrong her.

But why would she do this to herself? Is it wrong to be kind to a friend and simply trust someone?

Although in many people's eyes she is the type who is fiery, arrogant and domineering, as if no one in the world can hurt her.

But only she herself knows how fragile she truly is deep down.

The more you care about someone, the deeper you will get hurt in the end.

Her eyes welled up with tears.

The sweltering summer heat made her even more irritable, and she wanted to find a way to vent her frustrations, but she didn't know what to do.

Just as she was lost in thought, someone called out to her from behind.

"Tang Wan'er!"

The voice was so familiar, but now it only made her want to vomit.

She stopped walking, but did not turn around immediately.

Tears still glistened in her eyes. She always maintained a high and mighty demeanor in front of others; she couldn't let anyone see her inner vulnerability, especially not wanting to admit defeat in front of An Ran.

She tried hard to widen her eyes to hold back her tears.

I tilted my head back and finally let the tears well up in my eyes until they disappeared completely.

Just then, An Ran slowly walked up to her and stood there.

An Ran was a bit smaller than her and had a particularly sweet appearance, especially her big, bright eyes, which always looked innocent and made people unconsciously want to protect her.

But at this moment, her innocent big eyes gleamed with schadenfreude, as if she were deliberately showing off how amazing she was.

"Wan'er, you must be furious right now, right? Do you wish you could eat me alive?"

Tang Wan'er finally saw An Ran's true colors today.

So all along, her innocent appearance was just a facade, and her ugly face today is her true self?
