When Jiang Manyue stepped out the door, she was stunned by what she saw outside.

Knowing he couldn't take these people with him, and that everyone in the police station who could mobilize officers was at odds with him, he remembered what Director He had said in his office before, and then dialed Director He's number to report the situation.
"Okay, okay, I'll personally lead the team there now."
After hearing this, Director He was overjoyed. If it really was a human trafficking den, Sun Yue could make amends and might even be promoted to section chief, saving him the trouble of pulling strings for her. He hung up the phone excitedly.
"Secretary Wang! Quickly call the police."
