The three of them played on the beach for a week, and on the last day Chenchen was so tired that he went to bed early.
Xia Youyou held Chenchen and sat in the co-pilot seat of the aircraft. She watched Qi Siling put the yacht into the space and slowly walked towards the aircraft on the beach.
She looked away and looked at the dim sky.
Qi Siling got into the driver's seat and glanced at her as he fastened his seatbelt. The two of them had remained silent for the past few days, sleeping in separate rooms at night.
Cao An called the next day, and Qi Siling told him everything, but Cao An wanted to talk to Youyou, but she refused.
After that, Cao An would video call her every day, but she just asked Chenchen to answer the call while she avoided him and refused to show her face.
Chenchen felt that things were bad, and he stuck to Xia Youyou all the time, saying that it must be his father who made her angry, and he firmly stood on his aunt's side!
Because my dad said that no matter what happens, my aunt should be put first!
He always remembers it!
Xia Youyou held Chenchen in her arms. As the aircraft ascended, she covered his ears with her hands to prevent the cabin pressure from changing due to the small space and altitude changes, which would stimulate the eardrum and cause a stuffy feeling.
Looking at the sleeping little guy, she bent down and kissed him lovingly.
Qi Siling was always keeping an eye on her. In this situation, he couldn't help himself any longer and raised his hand to cover her head.
Xia Youyou's body stiffened. She didn't avoid it, but she didn't respond either.
The man didn't make any unnecessary movements. He comforted her and then withdrew his hand.
The cold and gloomy atmosphere continued until the aircraft landed in a secluded area not far from the manor.
They were away for a week. Xiao Hai provided cover for them on the day they left, so they naturally had to go back through outside.
Put away the aircraft and release the jeep.
The car's chassis was high, and it was difficult for Xia Youyou to get on with Chenchen in her arms, so she could only hand him over when he reached out his hand.
As she stepped on the pedal, the man behind her helped her up. Xia Youyou acted calmly, and after she sat down, Qi Siling put Chenchen back in her arms.
It's late at night in Shenzhen, on a mountain road. The solar-powered streetlights on both sides of the road look eerie, standing on the quiet road.
Xia Youyou didn't dare to look outside and shifted her gaze to Chenchen's face.
The little guy must have dreamed of something delicious, and smacked his lips.
She smiled and tapped his nose with her finger.
Qi Siling resisted the urge to hug her and drove quietly.
It only took a few minutes to reach the manor. The car stopped at the gate and honked the horn. The security guard had been notified long ago and knew that the owner would be back tonight. When he heard the horn, he hurried out to confirm.
Seeing the owner sticking his head out, he quickly pressed the remote control and opened the iron gate.
As the vehicle drove in, the villa area in the distance was brightly lit.
After only a few minutes' walk, Xia Youyou was infected by Chenchen's sleepiness and was so sleepy that she couldn't even open her eyes.
She stayed up all night that day and didn't sleep well in the following nights. It was a great effort for her to be able to hold on and return to the manor.
The car stopped in the parking lot. Xia Youyou hurriedly opened the door, and a huge black shadow rushed out, scaring Xia Youyou so much that she almost screamed!
Looking at Cao An who suddenly appeared at the car door, she was unable to react for a moment.
I haven't seen him for a week, and Cao An didn't even shave...
It’s not long, it looks like it hasn’t been shaved for a day or two.
Cao An's eyes were a little fierce, and he stared at Xia Youyou with some sinisterness.
"What are you...doing?" Xia Youyou looked puzzled, her sleepiness frightened away. She hadn't offended him, had she?
Cao An gritted his teeth. This heartless man had been angry with him for so long!
Qi Siling came around from the driver's seat and together with Cao An blocked Xia Youyou in the passenger seat.
Both of them looked at her in silence.
"What are you two going to do?" Xia Youyou hugged Chenchen tightly, with a vigilant look on her face.
Cao An laughed angrily and pinched her face with both hands.
"I haven't seen you for a week, and you've lost weight again!"
Xia Youyou frowned and shook her head vigorously, shaking off the big hands. She was furious, but she still held Chenchen in her arms.
"Go away!" Her voice was cold. She carefully stepped on the pedal, wanting to carry Chenchen out of the car.
Cao An had no choice but to take her son over first, and Qi Siling helped her get out of the car.
Xia Youyou felt the weight in her arms disappear. She glanced reluctantly at Chenchen who was lying on Cao An's shoulder, and walked towards the villa without saying a word.
The two men followed her closely, neither of them speaking first.
Xia Youyou saw Naru standing by the door and smiled at her, "Sister-in-law."
Without waiting for her to speak, she changed her shoes and headed straight for the elevator. It was already this late, and she was so sleepy that she couldn't stand it any longer.
The elevator door closed, blocking Qi Siling who was chasing after them.
He almost regretted installing the elevator, otherwise he could have caught up with him by taking the stairs!
Xia Youyou went downstairs on the third floor, randomly found a guest room, locked the door, put a mattress in the middle of the empty room and lay down on it.
Qi Siling waited for the next elevator, but didn't notice she was getting off on the third floor. Cao An, carrying Chenchen, got off the elevator on the second floor. He went straight to the master bedroom on the fourth floor, but after searching everywhere and not seeing anyone, he hurried downstairs again.
After Cao An and Na Ru settled their son in the guest room, they heard Qi Siling looking for someone outside and hurried out to check.
"Didn't he go back to the bedroom?"
Qi Siling shook his head, took out his computer and started checking the surveillance footage.
He didn't feel relieved until he saw her enter a room on the third floor. He was afraid that she would go up to the rooftop and fly away in a flying vehicle!
Cao An patted his shoulder and felt very wronged!
He was just imagining how he had provoked her into this state. Thinking of the fierce and cold look she had just given him, Cao An felt a headache.
