Chapter 660 Tathagata is recognized by the Heavenly Dao

It is unknown whether Tathagata has been recognized by the Heavenly Dao.

But the ancient Buddha Dipankara really passed away, and the entire Western world was instantly in an uproar.

When a Buddha was cleaning the ancient Buddhist temple, he found that the tablet of the ancient Buddha Dipankara had been broken. He immediately spread the news, and in an instant, the entire Western Paradise was in chaos.

Countless people were wailing in grief, and all the disciples of the ancient Buddha Ran Deng were crying and wailing.

They all wanted to know, what on earth happened?

As a peak quasi-saint, the ancient Buddha of Burning Lamp has immense strength, boundless magic power, and great supernatural powers. There are very few people in the world who can defeat him.

And there are only a few saints who can kill him.

But no one had any reason to kill him, so how did the ancient Buddha Ran Deng fall?

Countless people were looking for answers, and when the Buddha returned to Lingshan, everyone came to the main hall, waiting for the Buddha to give them justice.

The Tathagata Buddha naturally did not hide anything and directly stated that the ancient Buddha Dipankara died in the Flowing Sand River and was forced to expose himself by the sand and dust.

The entire Lingshan Mountain was boiling in an instant. From the Buddha to the novice monks, all were furious.

Everyone was clamoring to avenge the ancient Buddha Dipankara. In just a moment, hundreds of thousands of monks expressed their willingness to join forces and go to the Liusha River to seek justice.

Only a very few Buddhas suppressed their anger, their eyes filled with shock and disbelief.

Their thoughts at this moment were not about revenge, but about when the sandstorm became so powerful that it could force a peak quasi-saint to self-destruct.

The most terrifying thing is that Tathagata Buddha also followed him, and looking at his condition, he was obviously very weak.

This also shows that Shachen's strength is even stronger than Tathagata and the ancient Buddha combined, which is no longer something an ordinary saint can do.

Could it be that Shachen has reached the saintly realm?

But let alone saints, even if they are promoted to the quasi-saint realm, it will cause changes between heaven and earth and attract countless attention.

If Shachen had reached the saintly realm, he would definitely not be able to hide it from anyone.

Tathagata knew what everyone was thinking and sighed, "Shachen hasn't reached the saintly realm yet, but he has cultivated his physical body, magical powers, primordial spirit, and various magical powers to the state of great perfection."

"He possesses many magical weapons, and his various magical powers have reached great perfection! Even the combined efforts of this Lord and the Ancient Buddha are no match for him, and the Ancient Buddha was even forced and humiliated by him, ultimately choosing to self-destruct to defend the dignity of our Buddha."

The Buddhas were even more furious!

Shachen has been portrayed by Tathagata as an unforgivable evildoer who is irreconcilable with their Buddhist sect.

In fact, Sha Chen had anticipated this a long time ago, but even if he had not forced the ancient Buddha Dipankara to death, the Buddhist sect would not let him go easily.

Medicine Buddha stepped out and said, "Buddha, Shachen is too deceitful. He doesn't take our Buddhist sect seriously. He has killed our Buddhist masters one after another. I cannot let him off easily. This matter will never be let go."

All the Buddhas nodded, clamoring for revenge for the ancient Buddha Dipankara.

"Let's flatten the Quicksand River now, capture Shachen alive, and let him reincarnate endlessly."

"Shachen is really too much of a bully. I've given him so many chances, letting him participate in the Journey to the West catastrophe and giving him great fortune. But not only does he not know what's good for him, he even dares to attack and kill the top leaders of our Buddhist sect."

"This matter must not be dismissed lightly. Shachen must pay the price he deserves."

"Buddha, what do you think we should do about this? Please lead us and fight back."

The Buddhas knelt in front of the main hall and prayed to Tathagata Buddha to lead them to fight in the Quicksand River again.

But how could the Buddha Tathagata go to the Flowing Sand River again? At least it was impossible for him to go there in the short term.

Secondly, he gained something from this battle, and felt that his faith seemed to have been sublimated.

The difference between a sub-saint and a saint is that a saint has been recognized by the way of heaven, while a sub-saint, although he has faith, which has caused a tremendous change in his strength, and is even not inferior to an ordinary saint, but he has not been recognized by the way of heaven, and ultimately cannot be called a saint.

The Buddha Tathagata did not receive the recognition of Heaven, but for some reason, after the battle, his unwillingness and anger made him feel the call of Heaven.

This is an opportunity. If he seizes it, he may be able to truly gain the recognition of the Heavenly Dao and thus completely step into the realm of sainthood.

With his cultivation, if he is recognized by the Heavenly Dao, he will surely step into the extremely high realm of the Saint in one go. By then, the Six Saints of the Heavens will become history, and it will be his turn, the Tathagata Buddha, to control the Three Realms!

Therefore, Tathagata must seize this opportunity. How could he possibly go to the Flowing Sand River again?

He even wanted to go directly to the Western Paradise to find the Two Saints of the West and ask them for help to see if he could get the approval of the Heavenly Dao.

However, before he set off or opened his mouth, the two saints from the West had already arrived at the main hall together.

When the Buddhist disciples saw the two saints of the Western religion, they immediately felt like they had found their backbone and knelt on the ground in a large number.

Tathagata also walked down from the main hall and paid his respects to the two saints of the West.

The Saint Jieyin remained silent, but it was the Saint Zhunti who spoke first: "We already know about the incident in the Flowing Sand River. This matter is of great importance, and the dignity of our Buddhist sect must be maintained."

Upon hearing this, all the Buddhas breathed a sigh of relief and at the same time shared a common hatred for the enemy.

The Saint Zhunti continued, "However, the Flowing Sand River is easy to defend but difficult to attack. With your strength, going there would only mean you would die. The two of us are still in seclusion at this moment, so if we come here now, we are just clones."

"If we want to conquer Shachen, we must take a long-term approach. Once we break through the barriers in a few years, the entire Buddhist community will unite against this enemy, and the Flowing Sand River will surely be wiped out."

When the Buddhists heard this, they knew that the Bodhisattva Cundi wanted them to swallow their anger temporarily.

Although I am unwilling, I can do nothing about it.

Then, the Sage Zhunti looked at the Buddha Tathagata and nodded slightly, "I didn't expect that you would turn a disaster into a blessing in disguise in this battle and have already gained the recognition of the Heavenly Dao."

Tathagata had been hesitant and unsure to begin with, but now that he had received personal recognition from the Saint Zhunti, he was immediately overjoyed.

He quickly said, "Please help me, Saint."

Zhunti Saint nodded and said, "The more saints our Buddhist sect has, the better. Don't worry. In fact, after the Conferred God War, the Taoist Master descended and said that he would open up another saint position in the near future."

"Now it seems that Daozu has chosen you. You need to seize the opportunity to master this feeling of the Heavenly Dao, and the two of us brothers will help you become a saint."

Tathagata quickly expressed his gratitude, and the Buddhists were also ecstatic.

The fact that Tathagata had been recognized by the Heavenly Dao naturally spread throughout the three realms along with the passing of the ancient Buddha Dipankara.
