Chapter 79 Taming Me. 3/23.01.08

"You didn't know Ru Feng could play the cello? The cello music you heard today was her playing!" Teddy exclaimed in surprise.

He introduced An Rufeng to the company and seemed to trust her completely, yet he didn't know this.

An Rufeng nodded and casually asked, "Why are you suddenly asking this?" An Rufeng was a little confused by the sudden change of topic.

Anjou Feng is actually that woman from Paris!

Anru Feng is an illegitimate child!

Kwon Ji-yong was shocked and incredulous.

Kwon Ji-yong stared straight at An Joo-bong, the person he had played a duet with in Paris, the person he looked forward to seeing again. How could this illegitimate child be the one in front of him?

That's impossible; there must be a mistake.

Kwon Ji-yong composed himself and said calmly, "It's nothing, I just wanted to ask if you're in a cello ensemble."

"Why do you say that?" An Rufeng asked, puzzled.

Quan Zhi said, half-jokingly, "When I was in Paris in January, there were guests playing the cello at the hotel I stayed at. Then I went to listen to the Philharmonic Orchestra's cello concert, and I think I saw you going backstage."

"That's Ran Lu's orchestra. I'm going backstage to see her." An Rufeng had a sudden thought: Could it be that he went to the concert to hear her cello performance?

Upon hearing this, Ran Lu recalled how Ru Feng often played the cello in hotels when she was in Paris, and asked Di Quan Zhilong in surprise, "You don't mean you're staying at the XX Hotel near the Grand Palais in Paris, do you?"

Kwon Ji-yong's eyes flickered, and he nodded.

"What a coincidence! The cello music you heard must be Ru Feng's. We lived there back then, and she often played the cello, even doing duets..."

Quan Zhilong had no heart to listen to what Ran Lu was saying anymore. His heart sank, and a deep sense of loss welled up inside him.

"You," Kwon Ji-yong looked at An Ru-feng, his voice soft, as if it had been sanded, as if asking An Ru-feng but also himself, "Why did you become a stalker?"

Kwon Ji-yong stared intently at An Yeo-bong, as if afraid of missing her expression and words.

She's been mistaken for a stalker by him for a long time, and she can't explain or prove herself, so she's gotten used to it and doesn't care anymore.

So, upon hearing this, An Rufeng casually tugged at the corner of her mouth, her tone light and indifferent, and said, "I am not a illegitimate child."

Kwon Ji-yong thought she would give a reasonable explanation, but she only gave a perfunctory rebuttal.

He was almost consumed by a deep sense of loss and frustration.

Kwon Ji-yong's hand holding the wine glass was white at the knuckles, as if he wanted to break the glass.

"Why did you become a stalker!" Kwon Ji-yong suddenly took a step forward, closing in on An Ru-feng.

He smelled a familiar perfume scent.

The scent he could always smell every time they switched bodies was pleasant, but now it was mixed with the hazy, dangerous atmosphere of a nightclub, feeling like a fermented, deadly poison.

Little did she know! It's never going to end!

An Rufeng dodged his breath on her neck. She sensed that Quan Zhilong seemed a little angry, as if he was angry again about her being a illegitimate child.

He had long since accepted that she was an illegitimate child, and since the two reached an agreement, he had become more at peace with the fact that she was an illegitimate child.

An Rufeng couldn't understand why he suddenly got angry about this again.

baffling.

Hearing his question, An Rufeng became impatient and said irritably, "What else could it be?! You made me do it!"

You've assigned me this identity!

Kwon Ji-yong's expression was complicated: "You could have passed..."

"Never mind," Kwon Ji-yong swallowed, his Adam's apple bobbing. The fact that she was a bastard child was undeniable.

So what if we got to know each other through Kenichi Hirayama?

Kwon Ji-yong straightened up, stared at An Joo-bong for a moment, and then calmly turned and left.

An Rufeng rolled her eyes slightly as she watched Quan Zhilong stride away, then went to look for Ran Lu, who had disappeared sometime earlier.

·

After leaving Kwon Ji-yong's private studio, Kwon Ji-yong and An Joo-pung walked one after the other.

Because she had exchanged different perspectives with other artists, Anjou's frustration at suddenly switching bodies halfway through her painting dissipated.

Anru was in a good mood and strolled along leisurely.

Kwon Ji-yong walked ahead, looking into the distance with a slight smile on his lips, lost in thought.

Kwon Ji-yong suddenly frowned, stopped in his tracks, and abruptly turned to face An Ru-feng: "Why did you become a stalker?"

An Rufeng was taken aback, not expecting Quan Zhilong to take the initiative to speak to her.

Since he suddenly asked her twice at the club why she was a sasaeng fan, Kwon Ji-yong has not spoken to her or communicated with her proactively for several days.

Whenever she practices, as long as he is present, he will take the initiative to point out her problems or ask her to do things his way. Even if An Rufeng does not change or does not do what he asks, he will still patiently repeat the same thing next time.

He always wanted her performances to gravitate towards his style, but she didn't want to.

She already has a hard time overcoming her own style, so how could she possibly have the energy to replicate his unique style? She doesn't think she can replicate it anyway.

After all, he didn't let Ran Lu debut directly; she felt that as long as she met the standards and didn't make any mistakes, that was enough.

Since that day at the club, he stopped saying anything he disliked about her and remained quiet.

Anru was happy to have some peace and quiet.

He hasn't spoken to her for a long time now, and the first thing he does is ask her this question. Could it be that he's been trying to figure out why she became a bastard child all this time?

An Rufeng was speechless. She said she wasn't a stalker, but no one believed her. Annoyed, she simply went along with it and said, "What else could be the reason for being a stalker? It can only be because you like someone too much! Don't ask such a simple question again!"

An Rufeng didn't know why he was worrying about this. What was the point of figuring it out? It was meaningless.

"You don't seem stupid."

Today, Kwon Ji-yong discovered that An Yeo-poong is not just a spoiled young lady who only knows how to eat, drink, and have fun.

He will be holding an art exhibition called "PEACEMINUSONE" this year, in which he will collaborate with many artists.

Today he was exchanging ideas with some artists when he and Anjou suddenly switched bodies.

He thought he was going to mess things up, but when he rushed over, he found that Anru Feng was getting along quite well with the group of artists.

He was afraid she would give herself away, so he made up an excuse to get involved, only to find that she didn't need his cover at all.

He discovered that she was not only well-versed in the forefront of art, but also had an intimate knowledge of various schools, works, styles, and concepts in the art field. When she communicated with various artists, her views were always unique and insightful, combining breadth and depth.

Kwon Ji-yong didn't understand: "You don't seem stupid! Why are you a sasaeng fan?"

If she wanted to get close to him and get to know him, wouldn't it be better to do so through her friend, Kenichi Hirayama?

Since they knew each other that way, he wasn't on guard, and it was easier for him to do anything to her or achieve any goal than to be a stalker.

Of course she's not stupid!

"Because you're stupid! Don't believe me, I'm not smart enough to become a stalker!"

"You opened my door, what should I say?"

"Everyone says it's muscle memory."

"Okay. I believe that. Did you know me before?"

"I don't know him."

Seeing An Rufeng lie without hesitation, Quan Zhilong gave her a deep look, said nothing, and left.

I don't recognize it! The engraving on that watch, the unique syllables, 'wedding ring,' the familiar singing style—where did it come from?

When Kwon Ji-yong returned to the company, he listened to the melody he had composed earlier, but suddenly couldn't stand it anymore, finding it particularly jarring.

Kwon Ji-yong couldn't write any more songs; he felt an unnamed fire burning inside him.

He wanted to vent, but couldn't find an outlet. He felt trapped in a giant net, unable to find a way out.

Kwon Ji-yong reached for a cigarette in frustration, then saw his current body—it belonged to An Joo-feng.

His hand moved to the other side of the chewing gum.

He unwrapped the chewing gum, chewed it, but felt nothing. Kwon Ji-yong's mood became even more irritable.

He wanted to get a cigarette, but halfway there he grabbed some chewing gum, unwrapped it, and put it in his mouth.

An Rufeng is still cooperating and hasn't done anything wrong. She's still a friend of Hirayama Kenichi, and they'll still have to get along in the future, so it's best not to make things too ugly.

Anru went to the production studio to find Quan Zhilong.

Whether it was just his imagination or not, Kwon Ji-yong felt that the nameless fire in his heart seemed to burn even brighter when he saw An Yeo-bong.

Anru Feng looked at her own fluffy hairstyle.

She likes neat and tidy hair, but Kwon Ji-yong prefers a casual and relaxed hairstyle, and he always styles his hair like that.

She wouldn't care about such a hairstyle on others, and might even appreciate it, but when it appeared on herself, An Rufeng really couldn't stand it.

His clothing style wasn't her style either.

"I've maintained your image, but what about you? How can you do as I ask?"

Upon hearing this, Kwon Ji-yong raised his eyelids slightly, "I haven't seen you do what I asked."

Is it because you're the one who's going to be a stalker and swap bodies? You can't even tolerate that?

Kwon Ji-yong leaned back in his chair, looking relaxed and casual.

He looked up at An Rufeng standing in front of him, chewed his gum, and smiled slightly: "There is a way."

"What method?"

Kwon Ji-yong smiled freely, with a hint of provocation: "Tame me."

If you're capable.

"tame?"

Anru looked at Quan Zhilong.

Kwon Ji-yong raised an eyebrow at her, looked back quietly, and exuded an air of untamed arrogance.

Anru met his gaze calmly: "The moment you uttered those words, I had already tamed you."

“Here,” Anru Feng lightly tapped his collar with her fingertip, “he’s been wearing my collar for a long time.”

Author's Note: In some places, my expression wasn't quite straightforward, and I'm not sure if I've conveyed the meaning behind the male protagonist's questions each time. What I wanted to express was:

The first question I asked was: Why did you become a sasaeng fan? It was because I didn't want to believe that the female lead was a sasaeng fan, and I asked why I became a sasaeng fan in the hope that she would give me a reasonable explanation.

The second question, "Why did you become a stalker?" came after the facts were confirmed. He felt the woman shouldn't have done that, and his question carried a hint of anger and disappointment. It was similar to the feeling that of all things to do, she had to be a stalker.

The third question: Why did you become a sasaeng fan? It's because he felt that being a sasaeng fan wasn't a smart way. If he wanted to get to know him and do something to him, going through friends was a better way.
