Chapter 255 The Haunted Ghost is Here (2/2)

"Shut up, don't talk." Old Master Wang warned. He stood at the very edge and carefully stuck his head out to look at the car. He found that the car was very strange. It looked very much like the double-decker buses before the end of the world, but it was longer and wider than a normal bus.

The car body was clean, without even a speck of mud.

It was normal before the end of the world, but now it seems out of place.

The car door opened and three men in black got out of the car. They didn't look like ordinary people.

When Mr. Wang saw the submachine gun slung over one of them, his face changed drastically. He quickly retracted his head and mouthed to his sons and grandchildren: There's a gun!

The Wang family members all turned pale.

"come out."

The cold male voice sounded like the voice of an evil spirit, making the Wang family's scalps tingle.

"I'll count to three, and if you don't come out, I'll shoot."

Grandpa Wang held down his children and grandchildren. He thrust a kitchen knife into his granddaughter's hand, his expression terrified yet resolute: "Don't move!"

Wang Meixin's eyes turned red and she anxiously grabbed the old man.

"I'm coming out! Don't shoot—"

Old man Wang pushed his granddaughter and walked out from behind the bridge pier with his hands raised. The high temperature made his eyes dizzy and his head felt dizzy. The place where he stood was right under the sun. There was already a shortage of water, and coupled with the tension, the old man's eyes went dark under the direct sunlight and he fell directly into the river.

“Master!!”

Wang Meixin didn't care about anything else and grabbed the old man's arm, but she was dehydrated and didn't have that much strength, so she fell down too. Wang Dawei and Wang Junfei hurried to grab the two of them, but the situation was really like the gourd baby saving his grandfather, one group pulling another, and the whole family was at the end of their strength, and the four of them were about to fall into the river.

The Wang family members only felt a sudden gust of wind blowing, and something grabbed them. When they came to their senses, the four of them had returned to the platform of the bridge pier, and standing next to them were three people with guns and live ammunition.

They were wearing the same black windbreaker jackets, with scarves covering their faces, and helmets and goggles obscuring their features. Not to mention their appearance, it was impossible to tell whether they were men or women.

The Wang family suspected that they were sunburned and that these three people saved them?

No... How did these three people suddenly appear here when they were so far away from them just now?

The whole family was confused.

"Grandpa...Grandpa, wake up!" Wang Meixin noticed the unconscious old man and ignored the three people. "Dad, water! Water!"

Wang Dawei quickly took out the little remaining water and wanted to feed it to the old man, but that little water was not enough. The old man swallowed the water almost mechanically but still showed no signs of waking up.

One of the tall men in black squatted down, and the Wang family stared at him warily: "What are you going to do?"

"I'm a doctor." Chu Han said, "If you don't want people to die, don't waste your time."

The Wang family was stunned. Perhaps they were frightened, or perhaps they had no other choice, so they stopped trying to stop them.

Chu Han checked the old man's condition and nodded behind him.

Following him down were Hong Xuan and Lan Xiong. Lan Xiong pretended to reach into the backpack behind him and took out a bottle of Houttuynia cordata water and handed it to Chu Han.

Chu Han unscrewed the bottle cap, and after the water entered his mouth, the old man began to swallow it on his own, and his drinking speed became faster and faster.

Old Master Wang felt like he was about to die and his consciousness was blurred, but the fragrant water that suddenly entered his mouth seemed to have magic, and the heat in his body was instantly relieved. He even felt like he was brought into an air-conditioned room.

Or did he go to heaven? Otherwise, why wouldn't he feel thirsty?

When Old Man Wang opened his eyes, he saw Chu Han's face covered with combat goggles and a black scarf. He closed his eyes again... Oh, he's dead! The ghosts have come! This chapter has been read (please click on the next chapter to continue reading!)
