After two days of hunger, Xia Qing and Meng Yu were both extremely weak. Li Ke, on the other hand, was in better condition, having fully recovered to her peak state. However, she still had to put on an act and pretend to be weak.

Li Ke was no longer impressed by Chen Nanxing's showing off: "When will we arrive at our destination? When we arrive, can we meet with Xiao Yi?"
Xia Qing and Meng Yu looked over when they heard this. Chen Nanxing walked up to Li Ke and took out another chain: "That depends on your performance."
Li Ke allowed Chen Nanxing to fasten the lock around her neck. Her subordinates stepped forward, unfastened the locks on her hands and feet from the bed, and then fastened them back together.
Li Ke stood up as Chen Nanxing pulled her. Although she was the one who had been captured, Chen Nanxing was petite. Li Ke looked down at her without feeling embarrassed about being locked up.
Chen Nanxing tilted her head slightly and smiled at Li Ke, her eyes crinkling: "Even if you look at me like that, I won't soften my heart."
