His hand slid down his raincoat, which was soaked with rainwater, and grasped Hua Mi's wrist.
"My hand is injured."
He whispered, then, holding Hua Mi's wrist, led her towards the armored vehicle.
"You're good at fighting and killing, so why don't you protect yourself properly?"
Hua Mi was dazed as Gong Yi dragged her by the hand. The two walked through the rainforest and arrived at the armored vehicle at the end of the path.
She watched as Gong Yi took a bottle of ethanol out of the armored vehicle and poured it on the small cut on her hand.
"Hiss~!"
Hua Mi suddenly felt a bit of pain; the wound that had been pinched by the ethanol was hurting.
She looked at her hand in surprise, where there was a tiny wound. She wondered which man she had accidentally scratched while killing him.
She would never have paid any attention to such a small wound before.
It actually hurts now?
Is it true that people who are cared for are particularly spoiled?
"Just bear with the pain."
Gong Yi rummaged through the first-aid kit in the vehicle, found a band-aid, and put it on Hua Mi's small cut to clean it before looking around the armored vehicle.
The body has disappeared.
"Is there anything you want to ask?"
Hua Mi looked at Gong Yi's expression and hesitated.
"How about I explain to you how the body disappeared?"
"No need, I have already achieved logical consistency."
Gong Yi pinched Hua Mi's cheek in an annoyed manner.
"Even if a fox spirit cultivates into a human, it can't change its habit of eating people. I understand!"
I'm on my way back to Changsha. Is Changsha cold?
