Rong Mo clapped his hands, gave a cold laugh, and said, "Miss Xiao's performance was absolutely brilliant! I've seen plenty of top-tier movie stars, but Miss Xiao's acting today truly amazed me! Impressive!"
Shen Zhi Qiu walked to Rong Mo's right, while Lu Jia followed behind her warily, alert that someone might accidentally bump into her.
Seeing Shen Zhi Qiu appear unharmed before her, Xiao Wan Qing's face immediately fell.
Rong Mo keenly noticed this, and his gaze grew even colder.
"What nonsense are you spouting? I've been framed!" Xiao Wanqing retorted defiantly, rubbing her numb arms with both hands.
"Oh? Is that so?" Rong Mo looked at her with a mocking expression. "Miss Xiao may not know, but there are surveillance cameras in the wards and corridors of this hospital. The cameras have clearly captured the scene of you pretending to be a nurse and sneaking into the ward at night. If you weren't here to harm anyone, why would you impersonate a nurse?"
With that, Rong Mo snorted coldly, "Go and copy the surveillance footage over!"
Those present were stunned, unsure of whom to believe.
Xiao Wanqing's face paled. From what he had just said, she was certain that Rong Mo really did have evidence. She glanced at Gu Qingyan, who was only a meter away from her, with some fear, but Gu Qingyan's gaze was fixed on Shen Zhi Qiu.
Xiao Wanqing felt a pang of pain in her heart, and hatred immediately welled up inside her.
Taking advantage of everyone's attention being focused on the surveillance camera, she quietly slipped her right hand into her pocket, then suddenly rushed towards Gu Qingyan, shouting fiercely, "Nobody move! If you move again, I'll kill him!"
