Shen Zhi Qiu felt something rubbing against her feet and was startled. Looking down, she saw that it was Yuan Qiu running back and rubbing its head against her thigh.
She squatted down and affectionately patted her little head. The ball lay down and turned its belly over so she could continue patting it, while making a comfortable gurgling sound in its throat.
"Sister Zhi Qiu, we're back!" Lu Xiaoyu ran up with a plastic bag in her arms and handed her a bottle of milk.
Shen Zhi Qiu smiled and thanked her, then accepted the gift. "Where's Lu Jia?"
"I'm here. What, you missed me after not seeing me for a while?"
Lu Jia slowly walked up from below, carrying a basket full of fruit.
Seeing the grapes at the top that still seemed to have water droplets hanging on them, Shen Zhi Qiu's eyes lit up.
"Did you buy it down the mountain?" Shen Zhi Qiu stood up and asked curiously.
"These were all grown by us," Lu Xiaoyu said with a smile, full of pride.
Shen Zhi Qiu showed an incredulous expression.
"I can take you to see our orchard during the day." As Lu Jia spoke, she had already washed the grapes, placed them on a plate, and brought them out. "Have a taste."
"Lu Jia." Shen Zhi Qiu picked up a grape and put it in her mouth. It was so sweet. "Can I ask you for a favor?"
“Sure. A hundred items are fine. Just tell me what you want, and I’ll pluck the moon from the sky for you.” Lu Jia also popped a grape into his mouth and started eating.
“I want you to go to Nancheng in a couple of days and bring my grandmother over,” Shen Zhi Qiu said.
"Okay, you've decided? Don't you think this place is great and you don't want to leave?" Lu Jia leaned closer and said with a grin.
Shen Zhi Qiu smiled and said, "It is indeed a place with excellent feng shui."
"Get some rest. I'll take you out for a stroll tomorrow." After saying that, Lu Jia pulled Lu Xiaoyu away.
"What are you doing? I haven't finished my grapes yet! I still need to talk to Sister Zhi Qiu. Let me go, why are you so annoying..." Lu Xiaoyu struggled desperately, but she was no match for Lu Jia's strength and was dragged away.
The round ball followed Lu Xiaoyu's feet slowly, its chubby body swaying back and forth.
Shen Zhi Qiu couldn't help but laugh. She yawned, turned around, and went inside to sleep.
The next day, she was awakened by a commotion.
After a quick wash, she opened the door and came out, only to be stunned by what she saw.
A large patch of roses, her favorite Pink Dragon variety, had been transplanted to the open space next to the swing, creating a sea of pink flowers from afar.
"Hurry up, your sister Zhi Qiu will be up soon."
Lu Xiaoyu was leaning over a wooden ladder, securing rose branches to the fence behind him, while Lu Jia was below, holding the ladder for him.
"Why are you here so early?" Shen Zhi Qiu stretched and slowly walked towards them.
"Were we too noisy? It's all this kid's fault. He's so clumsy and couldn't get it right. I was planning to give you a surprise as soon as you woke up this morning." Lu Jia pouted in disgust.
"What?! This branch has thorns, Sister Zhi Qiu, I'm having such a hard time! How could I have such a big brother?! I was arrested at six o'clock this morning." Lu Xiaoyu started to play the victim when she saw Shen Zhi Qiu come out.
"Shut up, you're lucky to have anything to eat." Lu Jia said irritably, then turned to Shen Zhi Qiu and said gently, "Are you hungry? I brought you some good food, wait for me a moment." As she spoke, she was about to go to the table next to her to get some food.
"Hey, Brother Lu, don't go!" Lu Xiaoyu looked at the ladder and was a little scared, so she quickly called out to him.
"I'll go. You hold the ladder steady for Xiaoyu so she doesn't fall," Shen Zhi Qiu said softly as she walked towards the table.
After she opened all the food boxes, she couldn't help but feel a surge of appetite. Just then, Xiaoyu finished tying the branches, so she told them to come and eat as well.
Shen Zhi Qiu took a sip of the seafood porridge and exclaimed, "It's so delicious!"
"Of course, my brother Lu's cooking is superb." Lu Xiaoyu also took a big gulp.
"You cook so well? How come I never noticed before?" Shen Zhi Qiu asked with a smile.
"It's not too late to discover it now. I have many good points." Lu Jia glanced at her and said with a proud look in his eyes.
"We'll set off after we finish eating."
After getting in the car, Shen Zhi Qiu became sleepy and fell asleep immediately. When she woke up, she found that they had arrived and the car was already parked in the parking lot.
She sat up, feeling a little embarrassed. Before she could speak, Lu Jia said, "You're awake? Xiaoyu just woke up too. Perfect timing, let's go."
Lu Xiaoyu was completely bewildered. When did I fall asleep? But Brother Lu said that if he fell asleep, then he fell asleep. "Yeah, Sister Zhi Qiu, it's so comfortable to sleep on the road. Let's go for a walk."

Shen Zhi Qiu looked at the two clowns and burst out laughing.
Where are we going?
"Let's go buy some clothes," Lu Jia said with a smile. "I noticed you didn't bring many clothes with you. Your suitcase is so small, you probably can't fit many items."
“Alright.” Shen Zhi Qiu agreed and followed him into the mall.
"This one, this one, this one, and this one too!" Lu Jiahao pointed angrily, instructing the shop assistant to pack up all the clothes that Shen Zhi Qiu had just tried on.
When Shen Zhi Qiu came out, she hadn't decided which item she wanted yet, but she saw Lu Jia already carrying a bunch of bags, smiling and waiting for her to come out.
Shen Zhi Qiu raised an eyebrow. "You bought them all?"
“Yes, if you like it, you can have it all.” Lu Jia said casually, “What else do you want? I’ll buy it all for you.”
Shen Zhi Qiu chuckled, "How come you're so rich and powerful? It's like you're going to buy the whole mall."
Lu Jia thought for a moment and said in a low voice, "It's not impossible. I just checked the money in my card, and it should be fine. I've made quite a bit of money in the last few years, hehe."
Shen Zhi Qiu patted him on the shoulder, "Thank you for being so generous, Brother Lu. I'm hungry, let's go find Xiao Yu."
The two walked towards the food street.
Suddenly, a child rushed out from a side path and was about to bump into Shen Zhi Qiu. Lu Jia quickly reached out and pulled her back. Caught off guard, Shen Zhi Qiu cried out and fell into Lu Jia's arms.
"Holy crap! Isn't that Shen Zhi Qiu?! I heard Gu Qing Yan has been looking for her like crazy." After saying that, the man took out his phone and started taking pictures of Shen Zhi Qiu.
