He slightly raised his head, his eyes bloodshot. He wanted to smile at Gu Qingyan, but when he managed to force a smile, his face was full of bitterness and sorrow.
"Can I see Wanqing? I haven't seen her for days." Lin Su curled his fingers, lowered his head, and his shoulders trembled slightly. He clenched his hands tightly, desperately suppressing his emotions.
Gu Qingyan frowned. After that day, Lin Su disappeared. He thought Lin Su had returned to Country A. Lin Su was no longer the spirited young man he had when he first came to the hospital. Now he had messy hair and his clothes were loosely draped over his body. It was easy to tell that he must have had a hard time these past few days.

“If you’re worried, you can arrange for more bodyguards to keep an eye on me.” He paused for a moment, then looked at Gu Qingyan with a calm expression.
"Miss Xiao, you can't do this! Help!" Zhang Ma's terrified voice suddenly came from the ward.
