Chapter 1077 The Dao Ancestors Gather

The rainbow bridge stretching across the sky resembles a magnificent, colorful dragon, seemingly without end.

The towering Wuliang Immortal Mountain, seemingly connecting heaven and earth, is even more awe-inspiring.

However, such a spectacular sight did not cause much of a stir for Hu Le and his group.

The group moved with graceful ease, like fairies dancing in the wind, their clothes fluttering in the breeze, exuding elegance and freedom.

They traveled alongside the cloud chariot, seemingly becoming one with this fairyland.

When everyone finally reached the end of the Rainbow Bridge, a wide, flat, and mirror-smooth plaza came into view.

They calmly stepped off the rainbow bridge, steadily onto the ground of the square, and then walked straight toward the gate of the Taoist Palace without hesitation.

Xuan Su Daoist only stopped his carriage when they arrived at the palace gate.

Then, the curtains on the carriage were gently lifted, and the Dao Ancestor Taiyi slowly stepped out. He alighted from the carriage with steady steps and then walked step by step toward the palace gate.

Seeing this, Hu Le and the others quickly started walking and followed closely behind.

Not long after, a female immortal dressed in pure white robes walked gracefully out from the depths of the Taoist palace.

Hu Le couldn't help but look up and was instantly captivated by the fairy-like aura of the woman.

Her face was stern and her expression serious, exuding an awe-inspiring aura of authority.

The magnificent feathered crown atop her head added to her solemn and dignified air. Despite being a woman, her imposing presence was in no way inferior to that of the male immortals.

Especially her bright and dazzling eyes, as deep as a bottomless abyss, inspired fear in those who looked at her.

Deep within those unfathomable eyes lies the primordial chaos, where all things in heaven and earth are subject to birth and death, and the immeasurable power of the Great Dao flickers within.

Hu Le only glanced at it before quickly looking away, not daring to look any longer.

He had never seen this woman before, but he recognized her eyes.

Back when he achieved the Primordial Dao Fruit, he was once gazed upon by these very eyes…

The female immortal, with her graceful figure, floated lightly before the Taiyi Dao Ancestor as if a fairy had descended to earth.

She had a handsome and elegant appearance, and her temperament was refined and otherworldly, exuding an aura of transcendence.

The two stood facing each other, smiled and bowed to one another, exchanging greetings.

Without a doubt, the beautiful and captivating female immortal before us is none other than the Tai Su Dao Ancestor, one of the three Dao Ancestors who shook the primordial world.

All the immortals stepped forward and respectfully bowed to the Grand Ancestor Tai Su, saying, "Greetings, Uncle Master! We wish you long life and boundless happiness!"

Tai Su Dao Zu nodded slightly, parted his lips, and uttered a melodious "Goodness," a sound so enchanting it was like heavenly music that captivated the listener.

Then, she and Taiyi Daozu walked side by side towards the magnificent main hall in the distance.

Seeing this, Hu Le and his entourage dared not delay and hurriedly followed behind, step by step.

Before long, they arrived inside the main hall.

Tai Su Dao Ancestor stepped gracefully onto the crystal-clear jade steps, as light and ethereal as if he were walking on water.

After reaching the top, she turned and sat on the ethereal, jade-green bed, her posture dignified and graceful, yet exuding a sense of majesty and solemnity.

Immediately afterwards, she raised her slender hand and casually waved it, and another cloud bed instantly rose up beside her, inviting the Dao Ancestor Taiyi to sit down and rest.

Hu Le and the others stood respectfully below the jade steps, heads bowed, holding their breath and waiting for the two Dao Ancestors to speak.

At this moment, the Dao Ancestor Taiyi took a cup of fragrant celestial dew from the servant boy beside him, took a small sip, and savored its refreshing sweetness.

After a brief pause, he asked softly, "I wonder if you also invited Fellow Daoist Tai Shi?"

His tone was calm and composed, revealing a serene demeanor.

Upon hearing this, the Grand Ancestor of the Tai Su Dao smiled faintly and nodded slightly again, replying, "I have already extended the invitation. He should arrive as promised in a few more hours."

Speaking of these three Primordial Dao Ancestors, Taiyi was the first to be born and attained Dao before the other two Dao Ancestors, so he can be considered the eldest brother.

Next, the Great Beginning Dao Ancestor, and then the Great Primordial Dao Ancestor...

As the two chatted casually and pleasantly, time slipped away silently like flowing water.

Hu Le and the others stood respectfully at the bottom of the steps.

At this moment, he closed his eyes, as if entering a state of ethereal tranquility, immersing himself in the ethereal realm, and trying to comprehend the various laws and principles of the Great Dao that flowed endlessly and changed infinitely within this hall.

You must know that this is the place where the Dao Ancestor lived, and it is also the place closest to the mysterious and unpredictable Great Dao. If you can devote yourself to understanding the true meaning of the Great Dao here, you will surely achieve wonderful results with half the effort.

And so, in the darkness, his mind wandered freely within the Great Dao. He didn't know how much time had passed when suddenly, a strange fluctuation surged within him. He slowly opened his eyes and calmed his mind.

Just then, Taiyi Daozu suddenly let out a soft laugh: "Fellow Daoist Taishi has finally arrived. Let's go and greet him together."

Upon hearing this, Tai Su Dao Zu nodded slightly in agreement.

Immediately afterwards, the two of them walked out of the magnificent hall side by side.

Not long after, they were seen accompanying an old Taoist priest with a white beard into the hall.

The Taoist priest was old and decrepit, with an indifferent expression. He had no Taoist aura whatsoever, nor did he exude any sense of majesty or oppression.

However, upon closer inspection of his weathered and clouded eyes, one can discover that they seem to contain endless primordial mysteries, with all the great principles constantly evolving and changing.

Without a doubt, the ordinary-looking old Taoist priest before us is none other than the renowned Primordial Dao Ancestor.

Behind him followed several respectful Taoist priests. These were all direct disciples of the Tai Shi Dao Ancestor, each possessing immeasurable supernatural powers and an extraordinary temperament.

Holding a snow-white whisk in his arms, the Tai Shi Dao Ancestor slowly stepped onto the jade steps that shone with a warm light, displaying the demeanor of a grandmaster in every gesture.

Then, with a casual flick of his sleeve, a cloud bed as soft and light as a cloud appeared out of thin air before him.

The three Dao Ancestors exchanged a glance and then sat down on the cloud bed.

At this moment, Hu Le and the others stepped forward one by one, bowed deeply to the Tai Shi Dao Ancestor in unison, and said in unison, "Disciples greet our senior uncle (elder brother)."

Tai Shi Dao Zu nodded slightly, a faint smile on his face, and replied in a slightly indifferent yet majestic voice: "You need not be so polite."

Then, Hu Le nodded and smiled at the disciples of the Tai Shi Dao Zu...
