Chapter 717 The Four Embark on the Journey to the West, Refining Their Golden Bodies in the Alchemy Furnace

Hu Le came to the alchemy furnace, looked at it, and gently shook his head.

Compared to that Primordial Creation Cauldron, the wonders of this alchemy furnace are undoubtedly far inferior.

You must know that it is a supreme innate treasure. Not to mention the alchemy furnace in front of us, even the innate Bagua furnace in the hands of Laozi is far inferior.

Unfortunately, he had already bestowed that treasure upon his disciple, who took it to another universe. Even if he wanted to borrow it, he no longer had the chance.

Fortunately, the Six-Eared Macaque was not his disciple after all, so he didn't need to do everything perfectly.

Amitabha Buddha only asked him to create an indestructible body for him; he was not asking for an eternally indestructible body above the primordial chaos.

With his Dao Integration Realm abilities, he didn't necessarily need to use the Innate Creation Cauldron...

"Monkey, bear the pain, we're about to begin."

Hu Le casually informed the Six-Eared Macaque, who immediately activated the true fire inside the furnace.

This fire was condensed from a primordial flame of creation collected by Hu Le. It is not only capable of burning all things, but also contains supreme creation.

By taking advantage of this opportunity, one can increase the quality and success rate of alchemy when refining pills on ordinary days.

Today is also a good day to create a new body for the Six-Eared Macaque...

"ah!"

Under the intense heat of the real fire, the Six-Eared Macaque screamed in agony.

Both were being refined by true fire in the alchemy furnace, but compared to Sun Wukong, he suffered far more.

It should be noted that although Sun Wukong was thrown into the Eight Trigrams Furnace and refined for forty-nine days,

But he had been hiding in the Xun position and had not been truly tempered by the real fire inside the furnace, which was completely different from the treatment the Six-Eared Macaque received.

The Six-Eared Macaque screamed incessantly, but Hu Le remained unmoved and began to slowly and methodically throw various innate treasures into the furnace.

"Master, I can't take it anymore, please let me out."

The voice of the Six-Eared Macaque echoed inside the alchemy furnace.

"You monkey, how can you achieve indestructible body so easily? You'd better just endure it obediently."

Now that he had already started, why would he give up halfway just because of the Six-Eared Macaque's mere pleas?

Anyway, it's not like he's the one suffering...

As the True Fire of Creation rose, the Six-Eared Macaque's physical body gradually dissolved, turning into a wisp of mist, surrounded by countless innate creations.

This is different from alchemy. Hu Le used primitive minerals such as innate gold crystals, not those innate spiritual herbs.

After all, he was refining a person, not an alchemist...

After Hu Le placed all the innate spiritual objects into the alchemy furnace one by one, he sat down on the futon next to the furnace and began to quietly control the changes in the true fire inside.

The timing and temperature of the heat are extremely important; he doesn't want to accidentally turn the Six-Eared Macaque into a pile of ashes.

The screams of the Six-Eared Macaque had completely disappeared; its physical body had turned into a ball of primordial energy, and its primordial spirit was now hiding deep within that primordial energy, trembling with fear.

"Monkey! I will now pass on a secret technique to you. You should cultivate according to this method, which will ensure that your primordial spirit will not be lost in the fire."

Hu Le's voice rang out from outside the stove.

After listening to the secret technique, the Six-Eared Macaque dared not slack off and quickly began to cultivate.

This is an extremely profound primordial spirit technique. Once mastered, it not only preserves the clarity of one's primordial spirit, but also, because it contains a trace of the wonder of innate fire escape, allows one's primordial spirit to roam freely in true fire without suffering any harm...

As the saying goes, a day in heaven is equivalent to a year on earth.

Hu Le created the Six-Eared Macaque outside the Thirty-Three Heavens, and the Journey to the West truly began in the human world.

The eastward transmission of Buddhism can be traced back to the journey to the west.

The Buddha gathered eighty-one volumes of Mahayana Buddhist scriptures at Mount Ling, and then found an excuse to banish his second disciple, Jin Chanzi, into the cycle of reincarnation, sending him to be reborn in the Eastern Tang Dynasty.

They were just waiting for Jin Chanzi to grow up so he could come to the Western Paradise to seek the true scriptures.

However, true teachings should not be easily granted to others.

Jin Chanzi had to undergo numerous trials and tribulations to reach Mount Ling and obtain the true scriptures.

After Jin Chanzi was reincarnated as a monk, he embarked on a journey to Mount Ling under the guidance of the unseen.

However, he didn't go far before he met his end on the Liusha River.

Later, Jin Chanzi was reincarnated as a monk again, continuing his journey to the Western Paradise to seek the true scriptures, but he once again perished in the Flowing Sand River.

Then, Jin Chanzi repeated this for nine lifetimes, dying one after another on the Liusha River.

In his tenth reincarnation, he was still reborn as a monk, named Tripitaka Master.

After he came of age, he was fortunate enough to receive guidance from Guanyin Bodhisattva. In order to seek Mahayana Buddhism, he left the Tang Dynasty again and went to the Western Paradise to obtain scriptures.

This time, the monk was not alone; he first rescued Sun Wukong from under the Five Elements Mountain.

Sun Wukong also received guidance from the Bodhisattva and became a disciple of the Tripitaka Master, who protected him on his journey to the Western Paradise to obtain the true scriptures.

Next, the master and disciple captured the little white dragon at Eagle's Sorrow Gorge.

The white dragon immediately transformed into a white horse, which the monk Sanzang could ride and drive.

After experiencing some hardships, he took in Marshal Tianpeng as his second disciple in Gao Village and named him Zhu Bajie.

Finally, they recruited Sha Wujing at the Flowing Sand River.

From then on, the four members of the pilgrimage team were finally complete, and they began to support each other on their journey to the Western Paradise.

The four travelers endured numerous trials and tribulations along their journey. Although they encountered danger repeatedly, with the help of various immortals and Buddhas, they were always able to turn peril into safety and get closer and closer to Mount Ling...

...

Thirty-three days away.

Floating Dawn.

Inside the Heavenly Palace.

At this moment, the Six-Eared Macaque had reconstituted his physical body and was sitting cross-legged in a blazing fire of creation. With each breath, the surrounding fire pulsed rhythmically.

And now, a faint golden light was beginning to emanate from his body.

Outside the alchemy furnace, Hu Le suddenly calculated with his fingers and knew that the time had come, so he immediately extinguished the true fire in the furnace.

"Alright! You can come out now!"

Hu Le's voice suddenly rang out from outside the alchemy furnace, and then the furnace was pushed open a crack.

I'm finally free!

The Six-Eared Macaque was overjoyed. With a strange cry, it leaped out of the alchemy furnace and stood firmly in front of Hu Le.

When Sun Wukong escaped from the Eight Trigrams Furnace, the first thing he did was kick it over before going to seek revenge on Laozi.

But this time it was the Six-Eared Macaque, and he didn't have the guts.

Not only did he not dare to overturn the alchemy furnace, but he immediately knelt down in front of Hu Le and kowtowed repeatedly.

"Thank you so much, Holy Master, for granting us this blessing!" the Six-Eared Macaque exclaimed.

Hu Le's eyes flashed as he scanned the Six-Eared Macaque. He noticed that the golden light on the macaque's body had somehow disappeared beneath its fur, indicating that its indestructible body had reached its perfect state.

"Your destiny has come to pass, there's no need for you to stay here... Alas, you should take good care of yourself from now on!"

After saying this, Hu Le flicked his sleeve and sent the Six-Eared Macaque out of the Heavenly Palace...
