Chapter 99 I'm Going Out to Play
It was still some time before lunchtime, and besides, Feng Qingge felt her ears were about to fall off from listening to the two of them talking non-stop.
"Hey, I'm going out for a walk, do you want to come?" She raised her elbow and nudged Hei Ming, her bright eyes looking at him.
Hei Ming paused for a moment, then nodded, saying that it was indeed very boring here.
Mo Linyuan had already noticed their movements. Although he was talking to Shi Kong, he could still see them out of the corner of his eye.
Just as the two were about to leave, Shi Kong noticed Mo Linyuan's gaze, turned his head, and saw Feng Qingge trying to slip away.
"Qingge." With a half-smile, the two on this side also clearly saw the two people's furtive movements.
"Hehe, Master, I'm going out for a bit, you guys chat." She turned around, grinned, waved to them, and then dashed out the door, ignoring Hei Ming behind her, even though she was the one who called them in the first place.
Hei Ming remained where he was, utterly innocent, while the other man vanished in a flash, leaving him bewildered and lost in the wind.
Well, this is the first time I've skipped work, and I got caught red-handed by the prince.
Just as Hei Xiang was about to apologize, Mo Linyuan finally spoke, "Go, follow them." He knew how boring the two of them were.
"Yes." Surprised, he accepted the order, turned around and left the room, then turned back to close the door behind him.
As soon as Hei Ming stepped out of the Zen temple, he saw Feng Qingge under a bare tree with only branches remaining.
He took a step forward and walked over, "Third Young Master."
"Oh, you actually came out?" Feng Qingge looked up at him with a smile, but there was a hint of malice in her eyes.
Hei Ming was speechless. What do you mean he really came out? Oh, so you were just using him as a scapegoat from the beginning?
It has to be said, the Black Netherworld really hit the nail on the head.
"Let's go." He turned around, dropped the branch he was holding, and it landed in the snow, making a small crater.
Where to? Hei Ming was clearly not on the same wavelength as Feng Qingge, but he didn't ask and just followed her.
The snow was thick, but there were cleared paths, so it wasn't difficult to walk on. However, the paths were soon buried again by newly falling snowflakes.
But compared to the snow that was half a knee deep, this was obviously much easier and more convenient to walk on.
Moreover, along the way, every now and then a young monk would pick up a broom and sweep the falling snowflakes aside.
Feng Qingge walked ahead, with Hei Ming following behind, the two of them one in front and one behind, as if they were keeping to themselves.
"Third Young Master, where are we going?" Hei Ming followed behind. He didn't know a single place in this temple. Apart from the direction, he didn't recognize any of the buildings in the snowy landscape.
"Let's go play with the little monks in the temple." The person in front of him was leisurely, as if the heavy snowfall didn't exist.
"Why look for a little monk?" Hei Ming frowned, wondering what this little monk could do.
Feng Qingge snorted, "Why ask so many questions? Just keep up." Why look for little monks? Because they're fun, unlike those other people who run away like mice before a cat when they see her.
Sensing that the person in front of him was somewhat angry, Hei Ming kept quiet and didn't ask any questions.
The reason why the senior monks in the temple would avoid Feng Qingge was because she was playful and always played pranks on others whenever she came to the temple. So, whenever she came, the senior monks would immediately run far away to avoid her.
Following Feng Qingge to a training ground in the temple, the people in front stopped and hid behind a wall to secretly peek inside.
