Sheng Ying and Rong Mo left the hospital, both feeling uneasy. Seeing Sheng Ying's distressed expression, Rong Mo felt terrible himself. It wasn't that he didn't love the child, but what would happen to the child if he suddenly went back?
Rong Mo couldn't help but comfort Sheng Ying: "Jiao Jiao, don't worry. Now that the child has come, it's our destiny. We just need to take good care of her as she grows up. Even if we suddenly go back in the future and can't take her with us, we can leave her with Qing Jun and Rong Lu. I believe they will make sure the child grows up healthy and happy."
Sheng Ying looked aggrieved: "But I'd be very reluctant to leave her here."
Rong Mo sighed, "It's all my fault. I couldn't control myself."
Sheng Ying shook her head: "Aqi, don't say that. The child is a matter for both of us, not something you can have on your own."
If she hadn't been unaware of her ovulation period, she wouldn't have gotten pregnant so easily.
“Aqi, I’ve thought it over. Now that the child is here, I’ll give birth to her. I can’t possibly abandon her. We’ll stay with her for as many years as we can. Besides, we might not be back for a long time, and we can still watch her grow up, get married, and have children!”
Seeing that Sheng Ying had come to terms with it, Rong Mo also breathed a sigh of relief.
"Yes, Jiaojiao is right. This is my and Jiaojiao's child, and also Wanwan's little sister. She must be very cute."
Sheng Ying tilted her head and looked at him: "Aqi knows she's your sister now?"
Rong Mo said with an air of knowing: "Now we have two rascals, so this one is naturally a little sister, who can keep Wanwan company."
Sheng Ying pouted: "If it's really as Aqi said, two boys and two girls would be great. Then Aqi, let's wait three months and see if it's a boy or a girl. We can name her then."
Rong Mo shook his head: "No need, we can think of names now, let's think of names for the baby girl. I think it must be a girl."
Sheng Ying was utterly exasperated by Rong Mo's doting attitude towards his daughter: "What if it's a boy? Should we use a girl's name too?"
"It doesn't matter. Modern writing is profound and complex. There are many words that mean the same thing but have different meanings. We can just change the word when the time comes."
Rong Mo felt that his intuition was always very accurate, and he always felt that he had another daughter, which must be the one in Jiao Jiao's belly.
Sheng Ying spread her hands. Rong Mo had learned modern writing. Back in the Tianling Continent, he was limited by the lack of writing, but now in this civilized era, nothing could stop him.
"Alright then, think about it. You pick a few names, and then I'll choose some more."
After the two returned home, Sheng Ying went to rest, while Rong Mo went to his study to begin his journey of thinking of a name.
An hour and a half later, Sheng Ying woke up. Hearing the door open, Rong Mo quickly came out of the study, carrying a glass of warm water.
Rong Mo handed her the cup in his hand: "Jiaojiao, have some water first."
Sheng Ying took it and drank it all in one gulp.
Rong Mo pulled her into the study, sat her down at the desk, and took out several names he had just written down from the drawer. These were the names he had chosen from a hundred or so.
Sheng Ying was quite helpless about his actions. She had only mentioned it at noon, thinking that it was still a long time before she would have a baby. But Rong Mo took it seriously, and after a nap, everything was taken care of.
Sheng Ying picked up those names and looked at them repeatedly: Rong Muyan, Rong Muning, Rong Muxi, Rong Muying, Rong Musang...
Sheng Ying sighed. This A Qi really wants to make the little baby's name and Wanwan's name sister names, right?
"Aqi, which one do you like?"
Rong Mo pointed his finger at Rong Muying's name.
"Jiaojiao, look, this name contains both your and my names, representing that our little baby is the fruit of our love. Or Rong Muxi, which represents day and night, the ebb and flow of time."
Sheng Ying then pointed to the others: "What about these?"
Rong Mo smiled and said, "The others are just nice to listen to, I like them."
Sheng Ying raised an eyebrow. What A Qi said made a lot of sense, but it just seemed a bit nonsensical.
"I think all of these are good, but I like Rong Muxi the most."
Rong Mo waved his hand and said, "Then let's call him Rong Muxi. If he turns out to be a brat in the future, we can change the character 'Xi' to the 'Xi' in 'Xi Liu' (stream) or the 'Xi' in 'Xi Rang' (bustling), they all sound the same."
Sheng Ying's eyelids twitched violently. As expected, A Qi's attitude towards his son and daughter was the same as before, still so infuriating.
"Aqi, I'm hungry."
When Rong Mo heard her say she was hungry, he quickly put down the paper in his hand and pulled Sheng Ying downstairs.
"Jiaojiao, watch TV for a while. I'll go make you some steamed egg custard and a small bowl of noodles. You can't go hungry right now."
Sheng Ying nodded happily: "Okay, Aqi, you go ahead, I won't move."
Rong Mo had just stepped into the kitchen when he suddenly turned around: "We can't eat junk food either."
Sheng Ying withdrew her outstretched hand.
"Okay, then Ah Qi, hurry up."
"OK, give me fifteen minutes."
And so, Sheng Ying began her new round of pregnancy rest.
